Van was fantastic! Helpful and patient. When I called him, he answered a ton of questions for me, and was able to get me into the store. After asking a bunch more questions, he remained patient and helped me get the best deal possible for what worked with our family. I know how difficult it can be to work with customers like me, so I appreciate the time and dedication he has to showing his customers he cares. Great job. Will return to this location specifically because of Vans professionalism.

I went into this store one time and the girl was so rude and sarcastic I did not say a thing and just turned and walked out and left. The guy was there and didnt say a thing. My wife went in there a month later and the same girl was impatient and rude with her. My wife is very patient so she just put up with it. A few weeks later my wife was in there again and the guy helped her. He was very short and impatient with her also. She didnt say anything and left then went to the one in Highland Village where we usually go. They as usual were very nice and helpful. We live less than a mile from this store but will never go to it again. I cant believe she went there after previous experience. I sure wouldnt have!

This store is fantastic. Have been working with them for a few years. My phone shut down, the day before I was sent on a wild goose chase then I brought my phone to Chris and he got it handled! He was great to work with! Very satisfied!

I bought my almost 70 year old mom an iPhone. She made the big switch from Android to Apple. I gave her specific instructions to go into T Mobile and that they would be able to help activate her phone and set up cellular service with her existing plan.Not only was the guy who helped my mom NOT helpful, he sent her away and told her she needs to change the SIM card herself. Why would she need to do that herself? The whole point of her going into the store was to LEAVE with an activated iPhone!That kind of service is unacceptable. The man who helped her out had no idea what he was doing. I’m not sure if he was being lazy? Either way, terrible customer service.My mother left that store and went to the T Mobile in Lewisville on Main street and they were able to activate her phone, put a screen protector on, and transfer her contact and updated her plan to the senior plan. Wow. T Mobile in Flower Mound on Cross Timbers needs to get it together.Gladly, I’m a Verizon user so I don’t have to deal with T Mobile. My mother won’t be coming into this store any longer, the one in Lewisville seems to be much better all around!

Not happy after the Sprint merger. Terrible selection of iPhones in stock. Store can order them but can’t tell you how long it will take - was told it would be AT LEAST a week.

I lost my phone in Europe and was extremely concerned with fraud.When we came back to the states we visited the Tmobile in Flower Mound on Cross Timbers. Chris made himself readily available and put my mind at ease. He took great detail in explaining and giving me tips for future reference. He retrieved my info, introduced and set my new phone to appropriate settings.Top customer service and so savvy in product knowledge. Chris is a rare find and a top asset in the company!!!

Went in yesterday to upgrade my phone and the process was super simple. As soon as I entered Keegan greeted me with a warm smile and answered any questions or concerns I had, did have to wait a bit (not very long at all) because there system was having a technical problem but everyone at the store was very easy to talk too so it made the time fly by. Would highly recommend this store to everyone!!

Chris & Anthony were very friendly & helpful changing my Sprint IPhone & number over to a new T Mobile business account. They took the time to explain the new account details to me & answer all my questions without making a non-techie feel stupid! I appreciated that most of all! They told me to call or come by anytime I had issues, questions or concerns & they would be happy to help. Great customer service!!!

Called in to get a few questions answered about pricing and deals (I have 4 phones....). Liz said she couldnt pull up my account without me being there because we are a store. Alright no problem. Maybe you can just get pricing based on what I tell you, without pulling up any accounts.. Nope couldnt help me with anything since I was not in the store (I guess). At this point I was basically told by your store salesperson to go shop online. Ive been officially sent away to do business elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable. You just turned away a 4 phone deal and I never stepped foot in the store. Wont waste my time after that....I was sure that a sales person would know current deals and be able to give me an idea within minutes. Instead Im sent elsewhere to shop. No worries. Honest feedback here.

Wonderful environment as well as educated sales reps, I highly recommend coming to this location for anything. From what I experienced, the store is not crazy busy and the sales reps are very knowledgeable and friendly. Good experience overall.

After 2 employees assured us we were eligible for a phone promotion, we dropped off the old phone for a data transfer. They called to tell us the phone was ready. When we went to pick it up the manager came out and told my wife she would need to pay full price and wasnt eligible for the promotion. UNBELIEVABLE! I called the t-mobile online customer service office to get info to switch our account to another cell company. I was helped by an incredible associate who granted the promotion and gave me a better deal after profusely apologizing for the treatment we received at this location. Do yourself a favor and find another location. This manager is rude and doesnt understand customer service.

Ive upgraded my iPhone a few times at this location, the staff is as professional, knowledgeable and helpful as they come. Highly recommend this location, if upgrading iPhones I would suggest updating the phone to iCloud prior to visiting the store. Family has been with TMobile over 10 years and very happy with service and plan.

I have spent 3 hours of my life trying to get T Mobile to help replace the faulty phone that they sent to me. After two hours on hold and a massive run around they sent me from manager to manager and multiple disconnects I was finally told that my replacement business phone will be received in about 5 days. I then received a call today and I was told to go to T Mobile Highland Village to get a phone. The manager at T Mobile said that they wanted to keep my business and told me to come to this location and pick up a phone. I have been lied to and there is no such phone and the manager here has no idea what I am talking about and all but said I was lying. I am going across the street to ATT and transferring my business lines to ATT. I do not recommend that you use T Mobile for anything much less your company phones. Unreliable, slow response time, bad service.

The staff looks like a dog chasing their tails.. No clue what to do or what is going on. Switched over from ATT for the military plan. Very thankful for the saving, but in store service is horrible... I had to go back up there four or five times after the sale the SAME DAY.... Expectations were set from them and they were consistent in failing. Waiting on a phone to get overnighted and its been four days now.... Another expectation not met, and now they have my money.... Oh, and they setup my account using my middle name as my first I guess, so when I call someone it says my middle name... Not surprised........
