My daughter bought a Verizon phone from this store. Instead of starting a new line for her they connected the line to us and the phone number to a prepaid account that someone else was paying on. My daughter spent six hours on the phone with Verizon in order to get this fixed.I went to the store and talk to the manager today. As I explained what happened all he said was “yes that happens sometimes and here’s why“ I said “so you’re giving me excuses for what she did?“ “No ma’am I’m not giving you excuses, but this is what happened and it happens sometimes. It sounds like your problem is already solved.”Never once did he say he was sorry for the 6 hours it took to fix the issue. An issue which Verizon tech support said he had no idea how she did it. So they don’t see it. How does it happen sometimes to this office?My main complaint is that he never apologized. He never said how can I make this better for you? Never said I’m sorry you had a bad experience. And as I left he snarkily he said “have a blessed day”

Have had my old phone for many years & was apprehensive about getting a new upgraded phone. But the Verizon representative, Anthony, made this a very easy and pleasant experience. He went above and beyond what he was probably required to do. I’ve been with Verizon for almost 20 years and their excellent customer service, cell phone coverage & store employees are a few of the reasons I will stay a Verizon customer. Thank you Anthony! My iPhone 8 recently died after years of over using it! When it stopped working my husband and I went up to the the Verizon store in Highland Village to upgrade to the newest iPhone. The gentleman I worked with was so nice and showed us all the options. They got us in and out very quickly, offered additional upgrades and protections but took our answer as final when we said no. No pestering! Thank goodness. We were in and out in under 30 min! Whoohoo. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an appt today in Flower Mound at 2 and needed new phones. When we asking about an advertised deal and found how many strings were attached we mentioned maybe checking a similar deal at AT&T. We were told ITS A FREE COUNTRY and we now have a different provider!!

Kelsey is the Manager at the store and is beyond AMAZING, she was extremely helpful, patient and provides WORLD CLASS customer service! She went above and beyond and stayed after closing hours to make sure all our phones were installed properly! She found this the best deals and made sure we were happy. I guarantee if you use the Verizon store in Flower Mound and ask for Kelsey you wont be sorry! She is a 5 star employee!

Had an issue with my Samsung S7 today.They were so kind and got rid of an application that appeared on the screen when I took it off charging mode this morning. The appl would not shut off, ven when the power was shut off and turned back on. The phone was not useable.I am very thankful and will be going back to the Verizon store next week to check out the new Models, and deactivate my android. 5 star service!

The staff there was very knowledgeable of about the resources I would need to go through to fix a line of service issue. Unfortunately could not help because of limitations at their level of power but gave me detailed information on who I need to talk to. The amount of information I would need to type is a bit much to provide a clear situation of circumstances, but the caliber of costumer service that day was great. And I was able to resolve my issue.

This store is ridiculous. Selena the door greeter will take your name (you cannot enter the store) and not give you an ETA in when you can expect to be called. Could be a few minutes, could be hours, she cannot tell you. Really helps you plan your day. Avoid IMO

This review is entirely based upon my initial carrier switch over with two new phones. I arrived on Black Friday at 8am opening. I was out if the door by 9:10am with two newly activated phones. Brandon was attentive and not overbearing. Honestly, the transaction was a lot smoother than anticipated.I cannot tell you at this point if anything was over promised but the initial customer service was excellent.

Pedro claims to be the manager at this location. We have met with him twice in person. He has a horrible “bedside manner” just kept shrugging his shoulders and was extremely curt and not interested. He gave us wrong information for traveling outside of the U.S. so ultimately our phones didn’t work. We asked to upgrade five iPhones and didn’t seem to understand the possiblepromotions involved or willing to understand any of our concerns. Horrible customer service.

Met with Bryce who was curt and totally unhelpful. The guy just kept shrugging his shoulders and telling me your phone wont work with Verizon. Its obviously not unlocked. Honestly you just need to get your money back. The Well the Verizon on Cross Timbers didnt seem to have any problem with it. If youve bought a device from a 3rd party dont go here, go to the Verizon operated by R Wireless on Cross Timbers. They represent Verizon better as a company than the actual company store.

Great store friendly associates. Ordered my sims ahead of time and picked them up, pretty easy. While I was waiting I was going to pick up a case for my phone. They have a wall of accessories, unfortunately, nothing had prices on them and I didnt have time to wait.

Excellent customer service. Recently changed from AT&T to Verizon. Jamie, the customer service rep I dealt with at the Flower Mound store provided excellent service in steering me to the plan that best suited me, the products that I required and how to go about it while saving as much money as possible. I have only good things to say about her. If this is typical of Verizon, after 30 years as an AT&T customer Im in for a treat.

While the container service appeared to be helpful and friendly, I found that they were using deceptive sales tactics. I was offered AppleCare when I purchased my phone and I said yes add it. Then I saw that AppleCare was not on my account and upon investigation they had added their own internal insurance coverage instead. Also sold me a phone case that was “drop proof” (Not drop resistant or anything like that) but when my phone was damaged from a drop, there was no aid offered

They use a manager as a greeter liaison to customers which is nice. Problem is when no one else comes in and people are waiting the manager continues to stand there watching the weather. When asked about it their reply is really oh okay. Told them they had best job in the house and they said really yea because you just stand here and watch the weather outside while people are waiting. Very nonchalant cavalier attitude. It’s no wonder the Verizon dealer down the street has 4.4. Stars and this one under 4 stars. They really do need to change things up. It’s ashame.

Great customer service. Took my phone in because it wasnt charging, expecting to buy a new one. Had a new one picked out and was ready to check out. As a last check, the salesgirl said she wanted to blow out the charging port because it looked dusty. She did and it started charging. Saved me the cost of a new phone. Low pressure sales tactic/helpful staff will bring me back there. Thanks, Jamie!

I wanted to trade in my IPhone for a Samsung and Destiny was very wonderful in showing me all the in and outs of my new phone. She also took the time to download some of my apps that didn’t cross over. I had a terrible experience at the Grapevine Verizon 2 years ago but the Flower Mound store is awesome !

This store did not handle an issue with a defective phone very well and instead hid behind policies when it was clear I had a lemon. Another store close by was able to find a more suitable middle ground and help me with a solution that wasnt what I preferred but one I am more than happy to give in to given that I bought a brand new phone that was less than 30 days old. Customers arent always right but they arent always wrong either. I wouldnt recommend this particular store to a friend.

Wasnt sure what to expect as I had been with AT&T for 8+ yrs. Received fantastic customer service from Oliver. He was extremely knowledgable about all the different plans and phones. I moved 6 lines over from AT&T and everything went like clockwork. He was great at making sure everything was set up just right. I would definitely recommend this store above any other verizon store I visited in the area.

I have never really had an issue when I go to a Verizon store. Most of the time the sales people are pretty nice and try to make you happy. This was not the case at this location. I came in because my phone had stopped holding a charge for the most part and I wanted to get it fixed because it was almost to the point of having no power. I had never been to the store in Flower Mound but I was in the area and decided to just head over there. Upon walking in I was greeted and I approached the sales person who was not busy at the time. I believe her name was Sara. From the beginning her demeanor was as if I was bothering her which really turned me off but I thought she could be having a bad day or something so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After I told her the problem and she barely acknowledged anything I said I was instructed to sit down and wait for her to call me back. After a wait she tells me I have to get a replacement phone. Since I would not get a new battery with the replacement phone I asked her if there was anyway we could use a new battery to see if that solved the problem or to make sure that when I get the replacement phone that Im not stuck with a defective battery. She arrogantly flat out refuses to even try so I could have some peace of mind. I then preceded to order the replacement phone but when she gave me her tablet to sign I just wanted to make sure the address she was sending it to was correct which I told her and she says Let me see what your doing in a very rude tone and rips the tablet out of my hands. After that I thought why am I signing this? I want to make sure the battery isnt the problem and she is refusing to do that for me. I am a very calm and understanding person but this woman was being unnecessarily difficult and giving me horrible customer service. I told her to cancel the order which she did and I said I may be back but I was going to go somewhere that would at least try to test the battery to make sure that wasnt the issue. I go to Best Buy across the street. Since I didnt buy the phone there they are not obligated to help me but they do and are very nice even going so far to offer me a free battery if it was the actual problem. They put a new battery in my phone and the battery would still not charge so Sara was correct but at least I knew when I got the replacement phone my battery would work which was all I wanted to know. Something that could have been done in a few minutes at the Verizon store instead of making me go to another company to figure it out. The best buy employee was confused as to why the woman refused to test the battery and said from what I was telling her about the problem with my phone she was sure it was a battery problem before we actually tested it and understood why figuring that out would be important to me. I called Sara to tell her to go ahead and order the replacement phone but she was with a customer, took my number and said she would call me back right after she was done. Didnt get a call for an hour. I called back. She was on lunch break. Finally I was done with it. I called the head of our Verizon account (my grandmother) she calls and is told the same thing. Doesnt get a call back for another hour, She went to the Verizon Lake Worth location and the employee was horrified at my experience and ordered my replacement phone right away. He said putting a new battery in the phone to see if that worked should had been the first thing she did and flat out refusing to do it for a customer is unacceptable. At least I know it wasnt only me who felt this way. Sara never called me or my grandmother back and its been days. Nice customer service. Especially when I got better customer service at Best Buy and I didnt even buy the phone there. This woman should not be working with customers. Sorry but I said it.

Brad Liston was very informative in laying out features, capabilities, and prices of the newer IPhones.2. Information about Verizon internet service in Italy. Brad said another customer rep. there had that info. We found out what we needed to know.3. Information about setting up Samsung phone to international travel for lowest charges.
