Not sure how this place has a 4.6star rating. My wife brought in her phone yesterday to get her phone fixed and to call me her husband ME with questions or when ready. She mentioned many issues with the phone to the person who worked there and confirmed they could fix it. When we went to pick it up we had not received a call in fact we had to call to find out it was ready or so we thought. They gave her the phone and said we fixed the screen but cant fix the rest of the phone but its $173.00.. WAIT A MINUTE..... We paid $173.00 and the phone was still broke and doesnt work??? Now they did fix the screen but if they would have called after the diagnostics to say Hey we cant fix the phone I know I wouldnt have them fix a cracked screen on a broke phone. I wouldve said no thanks and go trade it in. I called this morning to make sense of it and left a voicemail asking for a call back and no reply all day. I am sure they could tell I was upset paying that much for a broke phone when a call wouldve prevented the work from happening but why expect a call today when we didnt get one yesterday. Just beware as we are a tight community in Flower Mound and need to make sure people our aware of poor or none responsive customer service/business in our community.

Same day service with the needed parts in stock. (Galaxy Note 10+) Best price of the shops I called also. A bit of a drive for me but convenient for Flower Mound or Lewisville.

These folks KNOW what theyre doing!They are fast and professional - absolutely no complaints.Caution - most phone repairs will leave your phone less water resistant since it takes special magic to seal a phone up.

Told me a time for pick up. I called 10 minutes before that time to be sure it was done. They said it would be. Came in and said it would be 10 more minutes. No big deal. 30 minutes later still not ready. They said 30 more minutes. Had to pick up my kids from school so had to come back. Im know they were busy. I wish they would have said it would be an extra hour or so. That would be much better.

Two stars because they did fix my phone. I left my phone with them fairly early in the day…around 9 am. I was told to return at 2:30 in the afternoon to get it back. I returned at 2:20 and found a locked door with a sign on it that said “Gone to lunch, will return at 3”. I sat there and waited until 3 when they reopened. I asked the same guy that I left my phone with; why he told me to return at 2:30 when he knew it would be in the middle of his lunch break. My time is just as valuable as his. I didn’t appreciate having to sit and wait for 40 minutes in a near 100 degree parking lot. He never answered my question. All he did was give me a blank stare then refused to talk to me again. I doubt I’ll ever use them again.

Great place, I have always had my issue resolved here, and I also got the Asurion coverage based on their previous recommendation, which just saved me some money for a files transfer. Very knowledgeable staff.

I had a bad experience. I cracked my screen on my phone. What was supposed to be a 2 hour fix turned into nearly a week. They stated they broke a cable and it was going to take days to get the part. They recommended I file a claim for a new phone. They placed all the leg work on me for their mistake in the broken cable. After hours on the phone with insurance over a several days period, I couldnt get the claim processed for a new phone. I asked they just repair the old phone. But, they had they had closed the broken screen ticket. They basically were holding my phone hostage asking me to enter a new claim because they closed the first one. Jake also let me know there would be no warranty on the work on the cable because Asurion had paid for the claim and I only paid the deductible. I would have to continue paying Asurion insurance to have any warranty on the work. His customer service to a customer that they had inconvenienced without a phone for 1 week and caused a lot of trouble to was of no concern to him. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and dont recommend them at all. Find another repair place.

Perfect place to take your phone if you want to be given a brick back. Phone was factory reset due to being unable to install an update.. after a screen repair. Never coming back. Beware.

Do not take your phone here! I went in for a battery replacement and they damaged my screen while they had it. I didnt notice it until I got home so I called to tell them. They told me they couldnt do anything about it, and I would have to file another claim. This is horrible customer service.Also, they are not open on Sundays even though the website and their phone message says they are.

Update. Dont believe the follow-up to call them and they will help! This is only for show! We called them and the issue still was not resolved and they were again dishonest! Unprofessional! I plan to never step foot in another Ubreak!Horrible service! It appears the techs were dishonest and tried to swindle payment out of us. Not sure what they have going on here but you may want to avoid this location.

I was told I could pick it up in a couple hours. Well, an hour later I was called and told that the price would be $169.99 not the $55 OR the $139.99. I was told my quote from the website was wrong and being told Google would fix my phone was wrong. So then I get told I was also emailed a quote which was for $219.99! I got four different prices within one hour. I asked how we get to $219 and thats the high quote and $169.99 is the low quote. I asked for a manager ... By the way everyone was extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncaring for the mistakes they were making. I simply wanted my phone screen repaired but was bombarded with misappropriated quotes on something that should have a set price. The manager, Jake was impartial to the situation and tried to cover the mistakes with wild excuses. He told me either agree or come get my phone how it is; I had to ask was this a scam and why so many prices and Jake says $219 is for repair and a phone case (which I never asked for). I agreed to the $169.99 and then was told on another phone call I MUST drive back up there to sign a new receipt before they could begin work. What a total waste of precious time. TBH - A simple apology and accepting accountability would have quickly resolved this issue. Instead they end up with a 1 star review on Google.

I had to get a new battery for my laptop. Geek Squad wouldnt touch it and recommended UBreakIFix. This was so much better than having to buy a new laptop!! Works perfectly!

We called around to many stores and this was the cheapest place to get my son’s android phone screen replaced. They did a great job! We purchased a liquid glass screen protector and they installed it in the store and it looks perfect!

Really great experience. Nice phone response when I was checking out if I was going to use them. Good drop off experience that felt Covid19 friendly with social spacing and mask policy, signage, etc.They told me 2 hours for an affordable price. I have tried to get a screen fixed before and it was going to take forever and be over $200. This was more reasonable. Less than 90 minutes later they called that it was completed.The pickup experience was nice and efficient with the price as quoted and they didnt try to upsell me or push me into other purchases. I am happy and hope I dont need their services again. If I do, I will 100% go back to them.A++ would use again.

Horrible experience here. They usually just have 2 to 3 people to work and they are so busy. All of them look so angry at all times. Avoid this location at any cost. And notice for the manager: Replace and change all the employees. They are so rude and unprofessional. Just don’t think of going to this place at all. They fixed my device and it went all dark within 2 days just like that. No dropping phones and anything.

Samsung customer care told this was their authorized service dealer. I had an international model phone, and was very much told during deposit for analysis. However, next day, when I called(instead of them calling me with status), I was told they didnt open the phone itself since its an international model. Why couldnt you say the same thing on the first day when I brought it and deposited for analysis? Utter waste of time and energy. Please respect peoples time. Cmon!!

We had a broken iPhone screen replaced 2 months ago, and now the screen stopped working. We went in yesterday, and they told us to come back today, and they would get it repaired. When we went in today, they changed the story, and told us we needed to file another insurance claim, and pay another deductible to get the phone repaired. Upon telling us that, the employee started ignoring us, and immediately called the next person in line. The rudest behavior I have encountered in quite some time.

Went to UREAKIFIX and Levi was very helpful. I had a boot loop s10 and within the hour was able to reset my phone and get me back to normal! Great service, nice people also quick and affordable. Over all great service and I grateful that Samsung sent me to UBREAKIFIX for my Samsung repair needs.

I will maintain neutral as it is difficult to assess if their work was partially the result of the problem we now have or mfr. Issue. Courteous and responsive store. Brought in an iphone xr for a cracked screen. Following screen replacement, A few months later it accidentally fell in a bathroom sink full of water for about 2-3 seconds. Phone is shot. For those considering a screen repair, the phone may lose its water resistant properties after the phone is opened and repaired. Its probably unintentional but a factor nevertheless. Bearing in mind Apple states it is resistant to 3 of water for 30 minutes. In my case it fell into 6 of water for seconds.Update:3/26/2021-based on reply from retailer. The fact that you lose water resistant features is a big deal. Its not a case of miscommunication but rather not being communicated at all. I would have reconsidered this repair and gone direct to Apple. I am now less than a neutral rating not because of the repair itself but rather the post condition of the phone that most if not all people are unaware. This is a critical concession to be made for a cracked screen and should be the first disclaimer to allow the public to make an informed decision. Lesson learned here the hard way. Be cautious and read the FINE print.

Replaced the screen 3 months back and the screen is now not working. Phone is completely unresponsive

I went in on last Sat since it was a authorized google repair shop. And they put in my info said will order my part and arrive next week. On Tues i called and checked and told them ill be there on the weekend. And now i just called them they used the part that was supposed to order for my repair on somebody elses car. They have no parts to repair my phone now. Been there put down my info, called to follow up on ordering status, couldnt believe they just used the part to repair some other walks in persons phone. No sense of priority and professional service. Hopefully they could have more for stocks for everyone since phone is essential for daily life and could take their guest more seriously

I took my laptop to Best Buys Geek Squad first, they even refused to look at laptop and based on my story they said its dead forever and i have to look for a new one. i am a student and my current laptop probably costs around 2000$ right now. it was the end of the world for me! i searched at google and i found this store, it was the best decision to visit uBreakiFix. they did a free diagnostic on my laptop and told me that problem is my charger. i went and bought a charger for 40$ and my laptop is now working fine again. thank you for everything!

Yahn and Levi are very helpful. I had an issue with my phone and the warranty was expiring in less than 30 days. They replaced the microphone and motherboard and charging port. Pixel 2 screen was showing static and nothing else when on and off. uBreakiFix fixed my phone within the specified time and since the issue was just the screen cable being loose, they did not charge me for the fix! They were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend coming here.

Called twice about two weeks apart and got a higher price quote and a different answer on discount eligibility second time around. Ill take my device repair to someone at least consistent enough to trust with the pricing and practices, let alone an intricate and expensive repair.

I smashed my phone at the Waterpark at the great wolf lodge. I called them, was able to get in right away, and they fixed my phone in less than an hour. It looks brand new! Like it never happened.

I walked in with a my iPhone screen completely shattered wondering what problems I may have from this business and walked out hassle-free. This business/service was amazing!

I dropped my laptop off here for a screen repair. This location didnt have the part, as expected since I have an obscure laptop. I am a college student currently taking an online summer class, and the employees told me it would take up to a week to get the part and do the repair, and quoted me with a student discount. I ended up leaving the store without receiving a tracking number for my repair, or the part they had ordered. For the week that my laptop was being repaired, I called the store multiple times and was lied to multiple times by the employees who were giving me incorrect dates of which my laptop was supposed to be completed, and one employee even told me that there was no tracking number to check when the part would arrive because the store just doesnt do that.. which was a total lie because a different employee the next day sent me the tracking number for the part. I, a polite female, was being disrespected by the employees who felt like they could just lie to me and tell me incorrect information, but when my boyfriend who is in IT called to find out what was going on, he was actually able to get accurate information from the employees who couldnt just blow him off. My computer was completed in 8 days, and once I was finally contacted by the store, I arrived to pick it up. The employee brought out my laptop with the repaired screen (they did repair this part) but it was missing one of the rubber feet on the bottom of the laptop and they didnt know what had happened to it. I proceeded to pay for my screen, and the employee working tried to charge me the entire amount without the discount and when I said something about it he went to confirm it with the manager on duty, returned, and then still tried to charge me the full amount! Long story short, terrible customer service, the employees lie to their customers, there is no communication between employees or to the customers, and you can expect to get your device back with the repair youre paying for to be completed, but it might be missing some other unrelated part.

Service great. My phone was fixed in 2 hours. Price reasonable. Only complaint is I wish they were closer, but even so, it wasnt a bad driveupdate 09/2021.Even better now..theres a store in Southlae SO much closer to me. Service excellent; my phone was fixed within 4 hours ( which is what they promise) and still reasonable price!

Got my screen fixed a couple weeks ago, and the store added an adhesive screen protector, which I hadnt asked for. The screen was not responsive with the protector on, so I peeled it off. The adhesive was quite strong and as I peeled it off it left a hairline crack on my screen, which developed into a worse crack after a few days. Im told that this voids the 90 day warranty, even though it was their screen protector that caused the issue. So now I still have a broken screen and am out $120. Terrible exprience

Really impressed with this place. My wife’s screen shattered and I took my phone in for repair. Upon the phone being fixed- both camera’s unfortunately were not. I was informed it would be an additional 250 plus the 189 for the screen repair. At first I was annoyed with the situation as I assumed the 189 would fix the phone completely. A staff member and I were able to break everything down and we were able to resolve the issue. The gentlemen I spoke with was patient and listened to what I had to say instead of giving me the run around about what he couldn’t do. Long story short, when my wife arrived to pick up her phone they gave her a 50% off the $189 price tag. It’s rare you see places acknowledge their mistake and compensate with more than an apology.

Took longer than expected but that was because they made sure my device was working correctly. Highly recommend this place.Have used this place 3 times now for 3 different devices and they are amazing.

I had a slightly higher review but they promised my wife a gift card for a repair down the road after they failed to give her updates and strung her along for five weeks. They told us one thing and did another on at least three occasions. Once we got a call from a manager he did not flow through. I do not recommend this place at all
