My experience at this location was amazing. After dealing with horrible customer service at the T-mobile store down the road, I’m glad I made the switch to at&t. When I walked in the store I was instantly greeted and service was fast. My sales rep (mike) gave me the best deal with a iPhone 12 Pro and Apple Watch, which was buy one get one half off. Mike was very friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer my 101 questions. I highly recommend anyone to go to this location. The sales reps are friendly, the service is worry free and fast in my opinion! Thank you Mike, stay awesome!!!!!

Horrible staff. Waited 45mins and then I had to leave. I understand the short staff but really. They didn’t want to wait on people. I just needed a phone cover and they made me wait while they took new customers orders…. Never ever going back.

Was greeted very nicely by Kevin on entering the store, which was nice and clean. We where then assisted by a nice young lady whose name I failed to remember, but whose service I wont soon forget. She was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Me and the wife left feeling pleased with the service we received and was thrilled that it didnt take a long time. 👍🏽

I had made an appointment and was greeted soon after I entered the store. My Samsung phone no longer had any tech support and the Samsung cloud was ending. I picked out a new phone. Justin transferred information from my old phone to the new phone. The transfer took a long time..Justin was very patient, set up up thumbprint and answered my questions.I also noticed that an elderly woman came in with a box. She had received a new flip phone and needed help. I was impressed with how patiently and kindly the AT&T representative assisted the woman.

Tay greeted me at the door and provided the best customer service experience Ive had in a very long time. She was very informative, patiently waited for my download to complete and double checked my order to make sure everything was correct. She also reviewed my current bill to make sure I received the best package. She also discovered I was paying extra for a service already provided! Tay is the best!

Very sad. Poor service. Waited 1/2 hour, when our name came up they went to someone else and started talking to them.I told them I was unhappy then they started working with me. However, the price for new phones were terrible. Everything was pushed towards Auto pay and a monthly amount. We finally walked out.Ill try Amazon or even maybe a different carrier. Been with them for decades. Its a shame. AT&T should be embarrassed.

I had a very good experience at ATT Florissant with Tae my representative...that was very patient and thorough and knowledgeable for setting up my new Galley A32.....she was able answer any questions that I had, then showed me how everything needed to work....I was ported over from another Carrier and very pleased I did.

My family and I purchased 3 iPhone 12s and a SAMSUNG S21 5G today and Mauro was the customer service/technician representative who was very knowledgeable with answering questions and sharing his great experience with our products from AT&T Florissant store. We were provided Super service***** and we are pleased and very satisfied for the excellent service we received today. Mauro kept us in the loop and he was on point. I came in for an online order pick up and was immediately greeted by Telvin. I could see his smile through the mask. I originally came in to pick up a s21 but was up sold after Telvin explained all the wonderful benefits. Telvin made sure I left with everything for the my fathers phone accessory wise. I also was contemplating upgrading my iPad mini 2 Telvin didn’t judge me for having such an outdated device and was able to get me to upgrade to the iPad Air. I am so happy that Telvin took care of me he has a great sense of humor as well and presentation was everything he represented himself and att well. What an asset!

I got my iPhone 12 at the Target down the street. Something went wrong with my phone activation and I was without a phone for 4 days. I went back to the same Target and after an hour or so being there I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I was furious and made my way to the at&t store. Yall the service was excellent and I was well taken care of by Trevon. He was patient and fixed my problem with diligence. My only regret is not coming into the store sooner.

Earlier this month I came into this location to switch from Verizon. Taking advantage of the iPhone buy one get one we walked out with two devices. One week later a bill was received for well over $400. Now obviously this includes the activation charges, and the first month of service as well as the monthly charge for the phones. However this comes out to $280 not $400.After calling corporate I was informed that the salesman Justin opened two accounts with one phone each instead of one account with both devices on it. This caused double charges for the baseline $120. Instead of two devices for $130 monthly access I was set up with two monthly access charges of $120.The individual(s) at corporate told me weve had problems with this taking place lately. This was done intentionally and benefits the salesman and the store. The kind women at their corporate kindly corrected this and provided credits which fixed the intentional wrong doings.AT&T is a great cellular provider with excellent connectivity however I would call them directly instead of being lied to and stolen from walking into this store.

Not helpful what so ever...This location is nowhere near professional than other locations in the Greater St Louis area. Usually there is someone standing at the front ready to sign you in with their tablets and there was none of that. I was waiting for atleast 5 minutes before i was assisted. I went there mailny to see if my phone could be repaired due to my advantage insurance plan and the female told me to go online to phoneclaim.com with mo specific instructions. I call another location when i get home and they said that i could fillout and affidavit form there and go from there. PLEASE HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES that are more hands on. If i could give this location a zero I would. THANKS FOR NOTHING! : (

Good service very friendly and understanding. Got a Galaxy Note 9 and noticed the next day that my S Pen doesnt work. Samsung told me the store would replace it so I went back up there and they told me Ill get a whole new phone in the mail within 3-5 days.
