I took my laptop for repair. They did offer a free diagnostic ! Maybe my lack of experience with repair shops but I was told Ill be contacted within a few days for the diagnosis and cost. After calling several times within two weeks and never receiving a return call I finally just said forget it and went to retrieve my laptop. When I went in person I finally got answers to the issue. The repair was affordable and I really needed my laptop fixed so I agreed. I was given a estimated week for the parts to be delivered and replaced. Another two and half weeks later I again had to return in person to get answers. My issue was fixed but the amount of time and lack of response was strange. Also my charger wasnt returned but I was given a extra one after going back and forth about it not being returned originally .

They fixed my back camera in 30 mins, it looks like brand new. They were also very nice, thanks!

Fully charged phone died in the middle of a conversation. Could not get it to come on. Took it to C&C Cellphone and Computer Repair. Was told to leave it and come back in an hour. Returned to find phone working, that I thought was fried and died. Highly recommend.

I bought a used iPhone and was given a free charger and cord. The price was comparable to other used iPhones but the difference here is that the service was much better than other stores selling used phones. I noticed that the battery wasn’t holding a charge very well and brought it back in. They replaced the battery for free and gave me two free screen savers and a phone charging wire free as well. I will be coming back for all future purchases and any service. They are very fast, friendly and super professional!!

The camera on the back of my iPhone XS was cracked. When I took it to Best Buy, they told me it would be a total replace at $549.I called around to multiple places on a Sunday and the only ones who answered (even though several other places in the St. Louis area claimed to be open) were C&C Cell Phone and Computer Repair. They were able to replace just the cracked piece for $25. They didn’t have the part on hand and to order one would’ve taken over a week, but they pulled some strings and got it to me overnight. I had great customer service, they did a good job, and I would use them again.

I had a problem with my laptop booting (so everything was wrong with it basically, there was no operating system because it was wiped clean and it would not boot up) but Magic was able to figure it out without a problem. Now it boots quickly and he was able to get Windows 10 running for me which is a huge plus.I can honestly say this laptop is running like new.I also like to know what is going on when someone fixes something of mine and Magic was more than willing to walk me through it step by step which was incredibly helpful for future reference. The front screen broke and was no longer working. Staff immediately identified the problem, quoted a good price, and gave me an accurate assessment about how long it would take. It was ready for me when I returned, fixed and as good as new. The Staff was also very professional in handling my emergency problem. I would definitely use them in the future.
