Every place I called had to order the creen but not CommDepot.They had in stock and replaced it within 40 minutes.At a much less cost than I was quoted from other place.Fast, friendly and professional. This is the place Ill recommend to my friends.

The experts at CommDepot could not have been nicer or speedier in fixing my phone. Id been walking around like a cowboy without a case on my phone, so of course I eventually dropped it, cracking the screen into spiderwebs. I brought my phone to CommDepot expecting to have to come back and pick it up later -- but they fixed in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes! They even had the right parts for my ancient iphone 5, and threw in a screen protector for free. They charged less than half of what the internet said a screen repair should cost. Ill definitely be going back here for any phone repair issues.

My phones screen was cracked and I was able to get it fixed the same day I brought it in. The location was clean, staff very friendly and I was back at home with my phone good as new within a couple of hours. (It probably took less time than that but I wanted to run some errands while they were working on it.) Would do business here again.

I wish I could give you zero stars.I went to have my Samsung J7 repaired. They told me they did not have the part but, could order it. I was advised to see my carrier for an upgrade. I did not like the selection. So I went back. When I get back a hour later. They are telling me they could NOT order the part. You just told me and confirmed with your manager that you could. Never coming back!

Today I stopped in to get a screen replacement. I worked with Seek and he was super professional and helpful. Not only did he replace my screen in 30 mins like promised, he also made sure that my phone was protected in the future. I had heard about this place from my sister, so we waited until we were passing through the area (were from SD) to have them replace my wifes iPhone 6 screen. They did excellent work for $60 + tax. The thing I appreciated most was their customer service. The man stayed after hours for an extra 10-15 minutes to wait for me to arrive and pick up the phone, and then finish the transaction. I offered a tip, but he didnt accept it. Ill definitely remember this store in the future!

Found this place on google & saw all the good reviews. I brought in an iPhone 7+ the was shattered to the point that it didn’t come on. No appointment fixed in a couple hours! The next day it was blinking the apple logo wasn’t sure why so i went back to the they had no problem fixing that problem issue. And they even fixed my home button!! Their screens are sooo cheap. Once you get your screen repaired, you are guaranteed to need it fixed again within a week or less!! And this is with a case on! They know the screens are cheap so they claim they’ll put a tempered glass on there but they don’t! They do NOT stand behind their services!!!*And I didn’t even drop this phone! It happened in my pocket, so i’m assuming from my keys. I just hit it fixed 12/28/19 SMH

When I tell you I was in and out. I was in and out !! I went to this location because my screen on my iphone went black and of course it needed to be fixed. Im really big on customer service because I am the type to recommend places to friends and family. I was instantly greeted but it wasnt like a bum rush greet but a warm greeting. I told them my issue and they were on it. I believe the gentlemans name was Brandon but he was very helpful, honestly everyone was helpful and it was so refreshing to see everyone help you. The tech told me it was just my screen and it would be fixed in less than 30 mins, gave me the price and I was in there less than 20 mins. There was a young lady who had blonde hair (didnt catch her name) who checked me out, she told me about the taxes and fees and I was done. The process was so smooth.
