I got a phone from there. Saturday, two days later (today) i tried to get a different one because it overheats and causes cancer and they wouldnt trade it for me when I just switched to them. But all the other metro stores said they could do it if I would have bought it from them. It has to be from the location i bought it from tho and they refused, customer service even said they could do it. I thought it was pretty ignorant. Also theyre phone number online isnt in service when I tried to call them Sunday to tell them I didnt want it while I was working.

I would not go to this store if it was the last one in the world. The employee totally got over on me. Acted like she didnt know the promotions, tried to charge me an activation fee when it said NO SWITCHER FEE on the window. Then played me and made me get two separate accounts, then LIED to me and told me there was no four for $100 when it says it online. I get you work on commission, but ripping off the customer is a good way to make someone never want to go to Metro again. Id rather pay a higher bill and get honest service then pay a cheaper bill and get taken advantage of. I will def be cancelling my Metro plan bc its not about the money, its about the principle.

These people are extremely rude to a deaf person! She can only read lips. So they kept talking to my daughter-in-law. If she cant read your lips she has know idea what your saying. So I understand everyone wants to keep your masks on but they went out of the way to make her feel bad! Shame on you and your store!

These two girls that work there Tiffany and her co-worker are absolutely worthless. They are not friendly or even knowledgeable. They make you feel like you are an imposition on their day. I dont understand how this store survives. The person who hired them should be fired. I will drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid this store at all cost. Why would anybody go to this store with your hard earned money just to leave angry. I challenge any legitimate person to go to this store and tell me I am wrong.

Metro by T-Mobile on highway 67 pure scam. I purchased a phone case from this store and then went online and seeing that the phone case through metro PCS by T-Mobile for $19.99. I was charged $27 for the case in the store. I often go to the store and they always say how theyre not corporate or franchise. Yet and still when you pull it up online it comes up as MetroPCS by T-Mobile. Theyve also try to influence me to get a new phone with a new phone number when a phone I purchased from them was defective instead of replacing the phone. They pocket money overcharge and when they cant get over on you they get really annoyed and upset and rush you in the process of your purchase. I think the Better Business bureau should come and investigate this store in particular because its sad that theyre stealing people money and they think its okay. Never again will I allow this to happen.

This is the best mobile phone store by far. The customer service is exemplary, professional, and helpful. Buying a phone is a pleasant experience and needing help with your current phone is always available. Definitely a recommended must shop!

I used to work here back in the day tried to call to see if they had the phone i wanted in stock. They heard my voice and hung up. This is the closest location to my home and nice to see that this location has gone further down the water.

Avoid this store at all cost. I really didnt get any assistance....NO offer to factory reset, network reset, upgrade phone, lets see what deals we have, lets see what we can do, let me me troubleshoot. NONE OF THOSE WORDS CAME OUT OF NEITHER OF THEIR MOUTH. Metropcs what are you doing just hiring bodies? Why are you not hiring people with some kind of thinking skills? They offer no benefit to your company, unless you just want bodies. There was a male and female there and both were lazy, they did no troubleshooting and just offered no help, no suggestioms. I dont know how they got their jobs. Metropcs I am really surprised you have this type of stuff going on...Just please you all, avoid this location. The male even spoke to and helped a male before saying one word to me. The lady also asked me where I got the phone and I told her from the state I live in. I am just here visiting but I need my phoe for work. And she said well take the phone back to where you got it and let them help you. At this time, I am baffled, horrified, in disbelief. After this horrifying moment, I cant stay with Metropcs..You have went down...all to save a buck..

I went in to buy a case, bought the case. Asked seconds after the drawer was closed if I could know how much the protector was and was told I could have purchased it together for 5 extra dollars. So I said that was fine lets just refund it and cash it out right. I Was then told they couldnt do a refund and that Id have to pay $20 for the protector, and that it was my fault I didnt get the deal because shes only obligated to sell what you asked for then stated the girl who sold it was new so she forgot.1. No sales were posted anywhere in, around or outside the store.2. A sales person is obligated to sale and better yet up sale to generate more profits. (I needed a protector, charger, headphones and another case for backup but since no one is obligated to see the needs of the customer these things were missed.3. When I told her in her eyes to have a good day she made sure not to say a word and hurried to break eye contact.4. She told me my salesperson was new and forgot. Thats an excuse and if you have an excuse then you were the problem.5. When I asked to speak with her manager hes out of town and has 13 locations so theres no way to get in contact with him. Alli D. Olli D. Or something of the sort.Bottom line, Ive been spending money there and encouraging ppl to spend money there for years BUT when my mother asked me about switching I made sure to tell her about my recent experience and well be avoiding his locations because, come on. There our hundreds and I live in Il. now, I just wanted to use the location I was used to. Now Ill get used to Edwardsville area things because saint Louis just isnt what it used to be.

They didnt have a case in stock for my phone. They charged 15 dollars for a screen protector the put on for me, but it fell off two days later and wont go back on. The girl that works there is texting on her phone everytime I go in there. She wont even acknowledge you until after she is done texting and then contiue texting in the middle of taking your payment. They also advertised 50 dollars a month but actually charge 59. I wish I would have stayed with boost.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I bought a ZTE Max Pro and have had problems with the phone fresh out the box from it dropping calls, data cutting off, screen blinking in and out, memory problems and a host of other issues. I did a warranty exchange and was told I was getting a new phone. Well each phone Ive gotten has had issues, come to find out Ive been getting refurbished phones. Im on the 3rd or 4th phone and all they want to do is keep swapping them out for refurbished phones. No, something else needs to be done. I am beyond pissed that I paid over $100 for a phone and Im getting a piece of crap and theyre giving me used phones as replacements.Update: On 6th or 7th refurbished phone and still having issues. I have called the store multiple times and even gave my info for the top manager to call me, he never called. Apparently I need to switch companies because this is beyond ridiculous.

Horrible!!! They ran out of the phone that I wanted, and didnt tell me about a plan until it was too late !!!! They closed 20 minutes early which was extremely aggravating.Think about customers before closing this early!!!! Theres a closing time for a reason!!!!
