Employees are extremely rude, and I felt unsafe inside the store. While the guy cutting the meat for me, I asked if he could make the meat pieces little smaller. The guy got angry and asked me to cut the meat myself, and he also approached to me in very aggressive manner. I also told him if he could not make it smaller he can just tell me, but the guy keep insisting me go inside to room and cut the meat myself. I felt very insecure inside the shop.

They offer beef, goat, lamb, and chicken.However, if you want to buy fresh meat, make sure to call the store and ask when they’re bringing in new stuff because the fresh meat here is very popular and they run out of stock quickly.Usually fresh meat is available on Thursdays and Fridays. But it varies sometimes and calling is always a good idea. The staff will cut the meat according to your instructions, for FREE. You also get to choose which cut you want providing it’s still available.Cons: not well lit and not very clean. Customer service could be improved.

Nice place to Shop african foods and spices. You can get chikwang, bobolos, bitter leaves, casava and casava leaves, cow skin, cow meat, goat, salted fish, palm oil, potatos leaves, water fufu, atcheke, water leaves, eru, plantain, koupza bread, kola, and so many other african stuff. The parking lot is large. You visit that place and get your own experience.

Employees are very rude and unprofessional. I purchased 4 chickens and asked to bag them separately. The employee straight up told me to separate it myself when I get home. One other time they refused to cut the chicken because it was past 7pm. They close at 9 pm and I was there around 8pm. If your reading this review international market you lost a customer and your not the only halal market in Northern Kentucky anymore that sells halal meat. I have spoken to many other customers and they experienced the same. Teach your employees some manner and the value of customer service.

I started shopping here. But won’t come back anymore because of the stuff name “solaiman”. He was too rude to do his job. He refused to pack the meat in separate bags instead he said you do it yourself. Worst customer service. Owner should fire him to keep the business running.
