This is twice I have purchased the chocolate teddy grahams and every box is burnt! How is this possible that they have such a huge bad batch that on two separate times that all of them are burnt and money wasted because you cant return them because you have to open the box to check inside freaking ridiculous

Their carts are fantastic if you want to let someone 4 aisles down know you’re coming or if you have a sense of adventure and would enjoy your cart making a hard right turn randomly. Awesome job to the big, new Kroger Marketplace for being resourceful and recycling the worst carts other stores were getting rid of.

Im not sure whos in charge for ordering merchandise at this store but its absolutely ludicrous how one thing that I come for all the time and evidently so does everybody else its gone three and four hours into the store opening and its like this on a constant regular basis seems like if youre selling that much its not rocket science wouldnt you make sure theres more product there for the customer I mean hello????????? so annoying constantly going to other stores because of it and Im not talking about a week or two were going on to a year that Ive lived by the store and cannot ever find my things on a regular basis because its always empty and I dont understand it I dont understand why thats such a hard thing to achieve especially when you got a sale going on five to get one free and you dont even have enough for hours after the store opened are you kidding me

Just so you know, this Kroger has the smallest sushi selection compared to the Ft. Mitchell and Union locations. But I do like the California Roll, which can be found at any location, and boy was it delicious. Overall, pretty nice Kroger that seemed clean and organized.

I used to like Krogers but now I simply hate them. Fresher than fresh and low prices commercials are atrocious. Its just the opposite. Salad I bought was frozen inside so once thawn it was so mushy I had to toss it. Soda 12 packs are 4 for $12 Friday morning, but when the working class people show up during the weekend its 3 for $16. What a scam. Thats their LOW PRICES. Click list is a joke as well. Ordered stuff for 100 bucks and got one bag worth of 35 because the rest was out if stock. No substitutions with pricier products! You Kroger managers need to do pickup at Walmart to see how its done. I will take my business elsewhere. Never again!

Pretty good Kroger. Always busy and crowded but overall good.

7:30 on a Wednesday evening and theres one lane open. They have 16 lanes and only one person at the cash register. This is unacceptable. If I wanted to bag groceries at the self-checkout I would get a job here. This place is getting as bad as Walmart. You got 15 Lanes in only one open. If I hadnt spent so much time getting my groceries I would leave them and go somewhere else.

The Krogers on Mall road is terrible had a cashier wasnt very friendly at all she looked and I had to ask for a bag three times then I had a problem with the order I had to go up to cashier Christina I think was her name at the customer service desk she wasnt very friendly either she said theres a coin shortage and then I couldnt get my money how can there be a coin shortage from Krogers is the only one saying there is nobody else is that store is gone to hell

In a word, understaffed.8:30 p.m. on a Monday evening and only one cashier available and six self-serve stations open.I currently am staying right next door to a Remke store and chose to travel to Kroger because of previous experience with the location near my home in Tennessee..I will definitely not return to this location ever again.

I was at this Kroger location on Friday July 17, 202, in the evening, and was not good. The floors were dirty, the restroom seemed like it had not been cleaned since before 12 noon, and the customer service was average at best. I am not sure what is going at this Kroger location in the area of management, especially during the evening hours

Upscale Kroger store, nice, clean, larger selection of products. Pleasant staff.

Entered store at 6:28 P.M. Thursday 3/4. Entrance had no baskets or sm carts. Had to search. No sanitary wipes at door. Walked to first check out stand and grungy worker leaning on self serve stand next to a huge stack of baskets. Used restroom near floral dept. as one near pharmacy is usually unattended. Picture of one of stalls attached. Woman in other stall yelling about deplorable condition. Left restroom headed for bakery were no one was attending to looking for Irish Soda bread featured in ad on 3/3. Finally found someone to ask and they were clueless and I even had coupon for any bakery bread. Get other items that I could find. Get to self-serve check out and of 18 registers 6 were open. No one was attending. There were at least 20 people in line. I asked service desk to perhaps get someone to check out area. Finally, when my turn comes I rang my 13 items but scanner didnt like my last 2 items. Light above my register flashes, no one comes. Again finally when someone does come, NO SENSE OF URGENCY, ambles over hes clueless. Had 13 items and my receipt check out time reads 7:10 P M. There was a line at service desk do I couldnt address errors on receipt. I asked who the mgr. on duty was. I know who it was and she had told me on a previous visit, that positive change w/corporate was a dead end. I have written, called, begged even before Covid for these stores to quit gouging, over ringing, etc. This particular store has always been a problem, along with several in Boone County. Shameful when your just a few miles from corporate headquarters! I have seen multiple managers quit in the last 6 months. I will be silent no longer!

This store has turned into a joke over the past 6 months. Two visits in a row with no carts or baskets available. No crowd yet, got there at 4:55 today and no carts. When you do find a cart, they wobble, wheels lock up, or trash in the cart. If you buy produce, expect half of it to already be bad. Not sure what has happened, was a great place before. There is enough profit margin in groceries to clean up and take care of the place. I wont even begin to comment on the staff. Thank you for hiring our kids, but it sure would be nice to have some adults supporting them.

Great salad bar, pasta bar and about eight different types of olives. The beer selection was absolutetly mind boggling! What a great store! I hear the new one in Union Ky is just as nice. I will visit it next time.

I am becoming disappointed in my local kroger. My click list is either wrong or they state they are out of something and I will go in and find the product. Second the deli....three customers including myself....I wait an hour every time for just one pound of meat. Only one side of self checkout open as well. Its becoming so ridiculous that I am finding somewhere else to shop.

I had been here thousands of times and never asked for both I.d’s Kroger should be careful hiring they’re employees if they’re going to make they’re own “laws”.

Never stocked, limits on items which will push items to full price on purchase. Customers shouldnt have to worry about inventory of the store which has items such as the alfredo sauce which has not been in full stock for weeks. Overall work that needs done re-strategizing inventory to fulfill consumer peak demand especially during a pandemic. Limits shouldnt have to exist if daily inventory is ready in advance. Overall retrain the management to better support the employees and the consumer. Employees goes the extra mile during the pandemic and needs to be better appreciated. If I had to choose where to shop, I would choose Burlington krogers cause their employees are happy and aisles are always stocked. Maybe Florence management can learn more from the vision of the burlington store.

Probably the best Kroger I have been to before lockdown. Since lockdown they have secured the position as best Kroger with great pickup service. Their stock is always better than other stores. If youre looking for the best store for pickups it is here.

Stopped in 12/10/20 and could not wait to get out. It feels like a JAIL. Entering through some lighted gates, plexiglass everywhere, and the “safety” monitor in the front entrance. Very uninviting and frankly a waist of money for a virus that has a 99.9... recovery rate, approved and now available vaccines, & approved therapeutics. Plenty of other shopping options.

I have been coming to Kroger for a very long time and have never experienced someone so rude. Usually the people are very nice. This woman’s name tag said Lisa. I hate seeing people treat other people do rudely!If she does not like people she should not be working with the public.

I typically don’t do reviews, but what I witnessed today was unacceptable by a manager. I parked my car & the gentleman getting the carts, you could tell was struggling. It was raining. I walked beside him and asked if I could help. I helped push his carts uphill... he proceeded to tell me he had a prosthetic leg... he was a sweet heart. He thanked me & I walked into the lobby. I asked him his name so I could keep him in my prayers. But what I witnessed next was unacceptable.. Assistant manager Holly clapping her hands for Dan to hurry up... why did she not have the two younger men, who were just standing in an aisle talking & not working his out to get carts...??? She needs some leadership skills.

Every time I have to do a pick up order it almost 2 hours late. I can only get out of the house to get groceries once per week due to Chronic medical situations and I have to time everything out perfectly and they keep screwing it up.

Its a huge store, so you assume you pretty much have a great selection and for the most part that is true. Except for stocking days, which is understandable (I mean, they HAVE to stock sometime, right??) but if you are like I am and it is difficult to get out and you dont get a chance to go often, it can be disappointing to go and not be able to get what you need. They need to keep Kroger brand items in more stock, especially when they are in high demand. Like the Kroger brand diet soda for instance. In my opinion, do NOT, unless you are in severe need, use the delivery option. It isnt easy as they make it out to be. The people from Instacart are nice, dont get me wrong. But you inevitably miss out of getting some of the things on your list and when they say replaced some shoppers just dont get it at all, and some will ask you if you want another option. Its very random. I think I will just do shopping myself or the Kroger pickup option, because for the price of delivery and tip, it isnt worth it. It can be a very difficult and confusing process when the shopper doesnt communicate well. Overall, its often easier to pay a higher price at a smaller store than to go through all this trouble. Dont mean to sound ungrateful, but it is the truth.

Its a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot because of all the traffic on Mall Rd but the store is well stock, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great store, but they have their hours are listed wrong. They close at 1030 1045 on weekends, but they have a guard thatll stop you from coming in if its to late.

Is there such a thing as a Kroger thats too big? This one is pretty close, but for its size, it is easy to shop, because you have good visibility from one end of the store to the other. Selection of grocery and other items is better than any regular Kroger Ive been in. I did knock off 1 star because the checkout lines were fairly slow ... both manned and self-checkout. But beyond that, a nice experience for a big store.

Twice Ive done online ordering. It was 2 times to many. First order rasberries had mold on them. Charged me for two of an item when I only had one. Second order got 2 items I didnt order. Another item I asked for the large size, they gave me the small size but charged me for the large. The vitamins I ordered, they gave me the wrong strength. I dont think they read the orders close enough. When I called they said I had to come in to get it corrected. Defeats the purpose of online ordering.

Place was PACKED, and usually is. Im talking check out lines clear into the Isles. But one particular store manager really stood out to me. Her name is Scarlett, and she is the bomb! Just during my short visit I saw this woman do stocking and cashiering and everything in between! Love the hard Work!

Huge place, wide selection! Kroger has gotten much better at organic and even fair trade products at good prices. This is very important for me. Their own in house products are organic not just in food stuffs, but also in personal hygiene products. They also off a wide selection of other branded organic products as well. We typically go to the Union store, but. but this store is a bit larger with a bigger selection.

One of the nicer Kroger super centers. Cashiers are very nice and welcoming,. The produce section is second to none; such a wide selection of fruits and vegetables, that I dont see in other stores. The Kroger app. Also makes shopping here even better; because of the electronic coupons.

The Kroger on mall road is better than mount Zion, however falls short of other local Kroger’s.

Kroger pushes out brands for their own thus reducing choice. Less choice lessens your freedom. Avoid Kroger brands: Simple Truth, Private Select, etc. Kroger needs to stay in distribution, not manufacture.

I usually love Krogers, in spite of the slightly higher prices. This evenings experience, however, was pretty disappointing.Couldnt find the peanuts in shell. The only hot dogs left were quite expensive. Had a lot of trouble finding what was left of the 10 for 10 hot dog buns. Never did find biscuits.There were some good things to. $5 cakes for mothers day. Ice cream on sale.Everything else was pretty much the norm. Burger, a little high. Bacon a little high.Nice store but seemed to have been hit hard by shoppers and not re-stocked.

I like this Kroger a bit more than the one in Ft. Mitchell that I used to live near. The only cons Ive seen with this one, when its later in the evening theres a lot of full on grocery shoppers and not enough registers, even self check out gets super congested. Besides that food is fresh, people are are friendly!

I love this Kroger location. Its very clean and its easy to find everything. The shelves are always stocked with the items I need and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Great Kroger Marketplace. Make sure you check online for digital coupons to load to your Kroger Shoppers card. If you plan it our correctly, you can increase your amount of fuel savings at the Kroger Fuel Center.

This location is much nicer than the one in erlanger. Seems cleaner or newer too. Has a lot more to offer but the extra stores inside Kroger are useless for me, however I like the concept. I was impressed with how much more stuff seemed to be stocked at this location. It felt nice to be in this store. The self service lines were fast and the lady running the kiosks was friendly.

This Kroger is awesome. But the sushi is absolutely the best part! Extremely friendly workers, and some of the best sushi ive ever had. Always feel welcome to come and a grab some sushi and be greeted very kindly.

Went to krogers yesterday and I got a gift card when I get home it was not in bag got it from krogers in florence ky so I called krogers and I was told manager would call me back became she was busy and I never got a call back so I called them back and they said the same thing manager is busy I will never go back to krogers in florence

Parking is a nightmare any time of year except on weekday mornings. This is a very nice location though. Clean products, clear aisles, and fresh vegetables. The gas station usually has the lowest prices in the area and the employees are helpful and polite.

Very nice since they moved to the new location. They have fair prices and carry a wide selection. However, the clothing is outrageously priced. Im not going to pay $80 for a dress I got from the supermarket!

Use the gas pumps at your own risk. My debit card info was stolen (likely from a skimmer on the gas pump) for the third time in less than six months. This Kroger is one of the only three places I purchase gas. The other two places are the Kroger on Mount Zion Rd in Florence and the Sunoco also on Mount Zion Rd.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The lines always go fast. You can get food, clothes, baby accessories, shoes, and house hold items.

I really like that Walgreen’s and Kroger are joining together to give us a quicker store trip but I don’t think it’s right to pay more for the same groceries at Walgreen’s. Kroger can afford to do better.

I have made this Kroger the one I shop at ever time I have to go grocery shopping. I know where everything is and the service is outstanding here! They always have good bargains as well as fresh produce and meat. The deli is impeccable!

The card reader at Mall Road liquor store does not read the chip on my credit card without CHIP ERROR showing 2-4 times before I can make my purchase.Nice personal though.

Good sale prices on dairy. Whole fryer chicken at 0.99 $/lb is usually in stock. A small clothing aisle stocks jeans, t-shirts, socks - making replacing everyday lounge wear easy.The produce section is larger than a standard Kroger. The quality of the produce is excellent and the produce section is impeccably clean.The produce variety is inferior to the Kroger Marketplace in Union. Kroger produce selection in general is inferior to Meijer.

You know it’s very distasteful that I can never ring myself out in peace. Every time I am At this specific location the associates always seem to leave their desk and stand directly behind me as I ring myself out. Being an African American is already hard, I’m the least of your worries for stealing! Please get your employees together. Common sense should tell you if I input my # for my Kroger membership I have no intentions on stealing.

Despite being one of the newest Krogers, compared to others in the area it is lacking in a lot of options and always seems to close much earlier than other locations. The Kroger on Dixie highway by Mercedes is much more reliable when it comes to finding grocery you want and it is never closed.

Stopped here to grab a few drinks and snacks for my return trip back to Indiana. Its bigger than a typical Kroger, and it has home, clothing, shoes, etc. Ive never seen a Kroger like this throughout Indiana or the Louisville area, so I was pretty impressed. The restroom by the pharmacy was pretty sketchy. There were tons of checkout lanes and I didnt have to wait in line.

In general, I like the store. When this location first opened, I was happy to see a larger organic produce section. Sadly, it seems to be shrinking and I am having a very hard time understanding why you no longer carry heavy cream. You have replaced all brands of heavy cream with heavy whipping cream loaded with additives. You went backwards on that one. Since that particular ingredient is a staple in my home and in most of my recipe development, Im forced to shop elsewhere.

I feel like recently that all Kroger stores are stocking the majority of their shelves with Kroger brands and placing the name brand products that I use on a daily basis in an obscure place or on the highest shelf so that customers are forced to buy their product. It is for this reason I buy very little from Kroger nowadays.

The grocery part store is great ... but the liquor store? I stop by the liquor store every so often and one of the clerks just rub me wrong. Not every time but all the time. I spent $110+ at the store up to Christmas and the clerk asked me in a demanding way for my Kroger card (as I was punching it in on the terminal). I should add to the story; I was one of two customers ready to check out, waiting for 2-3 minutes before we were acknowledged by the staff(as they were doing their usual small talk). When I asked for 2 packs each of 2 different brands of cigarettes (sorry I smoke), the clerk asked me loudly to repeat my order in the usual “fuming” way - indicating my ordering of cigarettes is something bad for you (which is is). He did thank the other clerk (let’s call her girl with crazy colored hair) for getting the packs I requested. She did reach up to the top shelf to get my smokes as she stands about 1” taller than than the other clerk. Now Kroger, your liquor store at Mall Road has a great selection, but this dude has to go! Go to the US42/Union Kroger liquor store for a great staff being respectfull to their customers.

I live in Hebron Kentucky and yet I will drive to the Kroger in Florence on Mall Road from now on. They have the nicest employees especially in the deli. They are knowledgeable of the products and will go above and beyond ( one of the deli ladies even plucked olives out of a salad for me since I was paying by the pound and didnt like olives...) things like that mean the world to a customer and I certainly didnt get that treatment in Hebron...i will drive the extra miles to go to the BEST Kroger with the nicest employees from now on... its the little things that mean the most sometimes.
