Would not normally post a review of Walmart because I think most people know what to expect. Went here to get a few things while on a trip to the area. The friendly staff stood out to me and the store seemed clean, stocked and organized.

Decided to stop here as there are usually smaller crowds... It was true & found everything I needed except my dog food... Was happy with my shopping experience...😊

Got my prescriptions at a great price and man who checked me out got me set up for notices on phone. He was very knowledgeable. Great place since my insurance cut out my old pharmacy.

Store is very clean and was being restocked in some departments when I was there . Every employee I saw was kind and smiling while efficiently performing thier tasks... even stopping to help when someone asked to find an item . I know its really just grocery shopping, but the pleasantness of the employees made it a notably nicer experience.

The pharmacy at this location is top notch. They are much, much better than any other Walmart Pharmacy Ive used.They have the same low prices that all Walmarts have, but they treat you like they need you, not like you need them.They remind me of a small family owned and operated Pharmacy.A+

If I only have to buy groceries I prefer the market to a full sized Wal Mart. Easy to navigate wide aisles and always friendly staff. Ive asked for help finding something on several different visits and the person was always willing to walk me to what I was looking for with a friendly attitude.

The Neighborhood Market is very nice but what I like best is now I never go to the Walmart Superstore. I like not have to walk a quarter mile to shop for a few groceries. Very clean, well organized, wide selection and nice friendly staff.Have had minor issues with self-checkout (is it just me?) Easy access from Florence Blvd.Open 24/7 except Christmas.

Britny with Green hair was at the customer service desk today and there was a line forming as we were patiently waiting on them to refund and let a customer repurchase some gloves. It appeared there was some confusion about the transactions on the left register at the customer service desk, the cashier was becoming frustrated and making faces and had Britny to come back out of the office. Other coworkers stood around ear-hustling but not even acknowledging that they had other customers waiting. Ex. We will be right with you guys! Sorry for the wait. I kindly asked Britny to open up the register to the right because she was just standing there as an on looker to the other cashier re-ringing the items for the customer that stalled the line. Brinty became irate with me when I asked her about opening up the free register. I asked could she called the manager of the store up to the customer service desk? Britny then proceeded to tell me she was the manager and at any point she could refuse service to me. I said “why would you refuse service to me? I have been a waiting too long and I know you are not the general manager!!!!!” Britny talker over me loud so loud sounded like she was yelling in a mega phone. Brinty lacks professionalism, and providing world class customer service! Britny needs to be trained how to treat customers when they voice their concerns not talk over or yell at them! There should have been a more pleasant experience than what I received today. Finally Britny opened the register and said very irate “next customer pls”! It was me, I continue to ask for the GM name and was told her name is Tracy or it could be a he. Tracy if you are reading this Britny needs to be demoted she shouldn’t be a manager anywhere with the attitude and disrespectful tone she had with me as a customer today. If Britny is the face of Walmart she made the entire store look bad. Britny needs retraining and I will be sending this same message to the corporate office.

Great place. Always very cold though

Fantastic, nice and clean and its easy to get in and out of. I prefer this to the Superstores any day. Best plenty of handicap parking spaces. They make sure their electric carts are charged which is so important if you have a handicap family member. The employees seem nicer than at the Superstores. I dont have any complaints because they always have sanitizer and always have wipes available for my cart. Cheapest prices in town.

The employees are always so kind at this store. The CSMs are always so willing to assist and make me feel safe shopping in this store.

The neighborhood market is very convenient in its location and easy to get in and out. There are a few guys that are very helpful to me when I go in and need help finding something or being able to reach the top shelf. I always brag on this store just Bc it is smaller and the people here really try to get to know their customers. 🤗

There shoppers getting groceries for other people for pick up are always in the dam way and no hurry to move keeps me from being able to shop. So screw them im going to Publix now on.

I love the Wal-Mart Market. I am so impressed by all the items they offer always having fresh rotated stock. The employees are always friendly . There is one associate that always stands out . He is an older gentleman who is a cart pusher. He is always busy but always polite. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful. Wish the Supercenters could have the same caliber of people. Thanks to all the great people running the Market.

The selections in this Bentonville location were awesome. Too bad our location doesnt measure up.

The folks in the pharmacy were super great finding the best price on my new medication. I had several discount cards to chose from and it did take time, but they did save me $30.58 over my co-pay with my Humana insurance. What a surprise! Thats a great savings for a Senior on a fixed income. Thank you so much for your hard work.

I frequent this Walmart far more than the regular Walmart. I enjoy the way it is laid out. Certain staff are rude but that is anywhere really.

This place is 50% better than the normal Walmart, the service is better and polite. Despite that, go on a quiet day.

Their store brand cauliflower pizza is amazing!

Had a larger variety of gluten free foods than the last time I was there. I was impressed.

I enjoy shopping here because its not as busy as the super store, they still have self check out that are fast and easy to get through. This store always has nice vegetable plants and fruit plants/trees in the spring season. The staff is always friendly as usual.

Its convenient to pop in and out. I wouldnt buy a lot of groceries there...I think .they are higher priced than the big Walmarts.

I used to like coming to this store because the associates used to be very helpful and friendly and these past couple times it has gotten terrible, the cashier was extremely rude and the manager ended up assisting me and had to recheck me out when the cashier made a mistake and the manager had to apologize for her behavior and even as I walked out the cashier who refused to treat me nice checked my cart to make sure I paid for everything when literally her manager had to check me out because she refused to. I wouldn’t even rate this a star if I could, I honestly felt like this was profiling, because I was respectful the entire time and she even asked for my ID when I tried to use my card before I even paid.

Nice store. Decent selection. Small parking lot. No great for trucks and trailers.

I have shopped here regularly since this Walmart opened. Here recently though I have noticed they are constantly out of various food items. Their produce is rotten at times and I feel such a big chain of grocery stores should have the resources to stay stocked and provide better quality produce. The staff is usually very friendly and willing to help if needed but, I will be shopping at another store soon if these issues remain the same. I believe that this store could do better.

Usually a great place to shop however here lately the self checkout has become increasingly frustrating. Its supposed to speed up your check out experience on return for you doing it all yourself. However, having to stop so they can take every item back out individually to inspect they match my receipt is infuriating. Now Id rather go back to letting them check me out and do all the work but its hardly ever open! Now Im being forced to check my own self out and deal with the suspicious stares and embarrassing profiling.I have yet to be caught stealing or whatever. So maybe yall can spend a little less time hounding me and more time opening up a human serviced check out!!

I really enjoy shopping at this store. Like its name, it is a Neighborhood type place to shop. Not as large as the other Walmart stores in Florence, Al. Thats 1 of the reasons I shop there. Ive been there on different days of the week and different times of the day. Surprised that Ive never had to wait to check out. Employees are very pleasant, always willing to help you. Love this store!

This is definitely my favorite grocery store. It being at Walmart they still have great prices and Walmart products. I really like this location I really like the management there. I only have one problem what does store it is so cold. So bundle up.

Easy to navigate & find things in this smaller sized Wal-Mart. Only carries the more essential things without the clothing, jewelry, & excessive extras when u r in a hurry to get in, get what u need, & get out.

This is a great place where you will find a slew of very helpful people. You will be pleasantly surprised at how many really nice organic and gluten free good items you can find at a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Many people do not expect this.

It is quick and easy. You can choose self checkout or stand in the line with an employee to be checked out. It will be a little longer though if you dont have any places to be.

Well stocked and clean. We were camping and this was a lot quicker than running into a full size Walmart.

It is the most visited yearly place fresh fresh consistent Foods I never have a complaint in the store based upon the fact that not only is it in physical well-kept Manor but also as one when it sold so cold in Alabama
