While the local affiliate in Florence, SC is amazing, ordering for out of town recipients sucks! Should I need another order not local, Sharis Berries will be my go to website.

I dont usually wait until the last minute but Mothers Day slipped up on me this year. So I ordered chocolate dipped strawberries for Mothers Day yesterday. They were delivered promptly today as requested. I just got off the phone with my parents, they are very happy with the gift. I will definitely order from this EA store in the future.

Very dissappointed with my last order would be an understatement especially because I have used this business in the past and had great experience. Not only did my gift not get delivered till 7:15pm but it literally looked like something I went into Publix and picked up not impressive in the least bit. My order was under Patricia Tuck in Crystal River Florida I called the store number for two hours from 5-7 pm to say why hasnt my order arrived yet and no answer just a recorder that didnt allow messages.

My wife tried to order a Best Day Ever tray for a birthday surprise at 10:22 am. Found something they had in stock. Literally 2mins away. 0.4 miles. They could not deliver it by 2:00 or guarantee it. The young lady on phone asked the manager. They said maybe by 3:00 or next day. No compassion, helpful or accommodating. She ordered a cake and balloons from ******** which is 5 miles across town. The store is not well Managed. Find other ideas is what we would recommend.

Good store if your familiar with EA. I usually get my Valentines this instead of flowers. I have found most woman like to enjoy they gift by the out of the box generic flowers. What is better than the thought and if you deliver them to her work but everyone sees the flowers and they get to enjoy them and possible if they work with others of course their coworkers are all in her business which she likes and they usually share them. So flowers, good snack with quality chocolate which is a natural aphrodisiac, and attention from people seeing it delivered. She will definately show you love when you get back home that night! My fruit was good as always the only thing is they gave me big strawberries 🍓and they were not as good and ripe as the regular sized ones.

A beautiful and fresh arrangement showed up at my door for my wife on valentines days much earlier than expected. The customer service was outstanding when I called to make the order and the lady who took my order was very nice and helpful choosing the perfect arrangement. Thank you to all the great staff at edible arrangements.

Fruit is great and all but would have loved to actually receive the card my husband dropped off to be added to my delivery! He probably will not be ordering from here again and I don’t blame him!

I placed an order from FL for a delivery the next day in SC. The young lady that assisted me was very pleasant and professional. Everything was as promised and the recipient enjoyed their arrangement!

I have always had amazing customer service and love everything they have. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. At their new location they have smoothies and a lot more items that you can just grab and go, which is very convenient. The prices are good considering the florists in town are more expensive and you dont get chocolate covered fruit from a florists. Some of these reviews on here have referenced issues that I think could of been solved by the managers at Edible Arrangements if they would of just given them a call. Keep up the great work.

My husband ordered arrangements for our daughter and myself for Valentines day, mine was delivered but our daughters was not. My husband want to the store and they quickly made hers. The next day we got a delivery to make up for the mix up.

Great customer service! My boyfriends job was difficult to get into for delivery. The manager got the idea to call him to come out to receive the strawberries I got for him. I really appreciate the extra mile these guys took to make my day as well as my boyfriends day :)

This place has really gotten slack with their customer service. The new building is nice that they recently moved in downtown Florence, but I feel attitudes shouldnt be given when a customer calls to get directions because they (edible arrangements) dont have a sign yet (which is not my fault) so you have to to look for a small sign with 3 balloons along with given attitude from one of their rude employees. However, Korey (the manger) was more polite, but god knows it took it all of a good 5 (maybe more) minutes to find change to break a $100 bill. Yes, it was 9:00 in the morning, but Ive been a manager before and usually shifts are started off with at least enough money in the register (or safe) to break $100 bill. Its a must that I review my reviews about companys more before choosing to doing business with them.

Customer Service is extremely poor!!! I’ve called and left three messages today. No one has returned my call. I had a negative experience one year with a Mother’s Day order.. I knew they were busy and decided to give them another try.... Unfortunately, they have not improved!!! I’m disappointed because they offer a great product!!! However, I’m not going to beg them to accept my patronage and money.

Love their fresh fruit smoothies and chocolate covered fruit! The apples are amazing!

I bought a large arrangement for my Mothers birthday and it was immaculate! Sweet fruit and even sweeter service! I will be coming back again very soon.

I live in Cocoa Fla and I have used the store in Florence 3-4 times for my daughters birthday . I can not speak highly enough about the Florence SC Edible Arrangements location! Special thanks to Phoenix who was very helpful and also to the store manager whose name I did not get.I ordered an arrangement for my fiancée and had it delivered to her job. Well this was a brand new job out of state and apparently the employer has multiple locations and like an idiot I didn’t double check and sent the arrangement to the incorrect location. Not only was it the wrong building but it wasn’t even the correct city!So after troubleshooting this with a very patient Pheonix on the phone, I realized I had messed up. I had accepted that and expected nothing from Edible Arrangements end, because it certainly was not their fault. However, completely unsolicited they offered me multiple options to correct what was ultimately my own mistake. They first offered me a refund, which I thought was very nice and I did not expect. But then, they offered to coordinate redelivery of the arrangement to the correct location and at no additional charge! What’s remarkable about this, is not only did I not ask for nor expect this, but this redelivery involved an entirely different Edible Arrangement store since I didn’t even have the correct city the first time!The Florence store coordinated all of this, contacted the other store, arranged redelivery, and did it all without any hassle from my end. They even arranged delivery over a week later since that was the next time she would be at that job!I frequently order and have delivered flowers, small gifts, etc. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve had issues that were neither my fault nor ever made right, but in this situation it was the exact opposite. This display of customer service is completely unparalleled. Needless to say, I am now an Edible Arrangement customer for life!Thanks again to the employees at the Florence SC store for all their help! My fiancée was thrilled and surprised by this late birthday gift, you really made her (and my) day!

I placed an order midday Friday, 2/28/14 for same day delivery and my mother did not get her birthday gift ON her birthday. Instead, we were told the driver left and delivery would be the next day, 3/1. At 5:30 we called to check delivery and was told the store could not find the driver and delivery would be MONDAY 3/3. This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard, and the 4th time I was disappointed by this location. I am done with Edible Arrangements and this was my LAST order! This is the last time time the will be disappointing my elderly parents for their special occasions! This franchise should be ashamed of themselves!!!
