They really were very helpful here. But they didnt have what we were looking for. They mostly had leather sofa and loveseats. People have told me that it was the time we went in. I will try again in a few months.

Plenty of furniture to choose from, staff was friendly and helpful, and they delivered to my door the next day.I needed a couch so I spent an hour down there finding the right one and watched a movie on it with my kids the next day. Easy as that.Theyll have my business everytime I need furniture for as long as I live here.

I will be taking my future furniture business to Shumake in Decatur. I like Lazyboy products so that is why Shumake. When I went to the store to purchase two leather recliners In July I requested sales person to please wear a mask because I am over 70 and my husband is in his 70s and very compromised. The answer was no. I should of just headed to Decatur to Shumake or Story and Lee, but I did not. I did find what I wanted but was very uncomfortable with the situation. I also think the employee had a condescending attitude toward us. Well we got our chairs today which took four months. The delivery guys showed up with no masks and informed me they do not wear masks. I told them in my home they would wear masks or take chairs back. Of course they wore disposable masks that I provided. They were. rude and disrespectful the entire time. The attitudes about masks is why the Covid crisis is so dire. But the glaring disregard and disrespectful attitudes is the big reason I will not do further business with them. I would suspect in a few years the business will be gone. I am posting this review but word by mouth and social media will also be used regarding Lackey Furniture. Perhaps Lazyboy will consider pulling their dealership.

Almost no one here wearing masks and you have to run the gauntlet of people who work there without masks to get from one section to the other. In Alabama, 1 in 12 over 65 die if they get covid, so think about the risk to yourself and others you know before going.

I had been shopping for a specific sofa for about two weeks. I had went to a furniture store across the street from Lackeys furniture and the people were very rude and didn’t want to help me. So the following day I went to Lackeys furniture. Immediately greeted when I walked in. Told him what I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock but he showed me numerous things that were close to it. I asked if he could order it and he did. Paid for it in full up front. They offered free delivery and are picking up my old furniture. We will be tipping the delivery guys for doing these things for us. On the pricing, they beat everyone’s prices after tax. I would highly recommend giving them your business.

Had been to several places looking for a couch. Stopped at Lackeys and walked in and told the guy what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to spend. He showed me what he had. I found what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. This was on a Tuesday evening around 3:30 pm. Purchased the couch and they delivered the next day. Will come back to Lackeys when its time to buy more furniture.

We havent purchased our furniture yet but plan to very soon and only at Lackys 😁 great friendly, reasonable an down to earth people as well.
