Jade was phenomenal! I stopped in looking for a chest of drawers and found one that was perfect for my needs. When ordering found out the color I wanted was discontinued. Without asking, Jade made a call to see about possibly selling the floor model, which was approved. Jade was quick with paperwork,setting up a pick up day & time and getting me on my way.

This was our first time at Overstock and it was instantly a wonderful experience. Roland W. helped us with our selection. He was instantly knowledgeable about what was in stock, prices, delivery times and fees, and the entire assembly process. He had great customer service and was overall just a very friendly and inviting person to work with. We will definitely be back for our furniture needs in the future!

I heard about this store at church so I drove over with my elderly mother for a new living room & bedroom set. The store had a lot of options and couch prices were reasonable. We were in the store for 20 minutes and the young lady working never helped us, even though we were the only ones in the store. We went to ask her questions at the counter but she was texting and it seemed like I was bothering her. She said that they sell all Ashley furniture so we left and went to Ashley where we received better service.

My sister and I ordered a sleeper sofa on April 23,2021. She has had hers for about a month now. I have called the last 3 Monday’s have been told it has been shipped. Today I call and was told it hasn’t been shipped. ETA is August 13 and if not here then I will have to wait another 30 days for a refund. . I feel I’m getting the run around and better not have any problems getting my refund. Very very displeased with this place

This was the worst customer service that I had. Me and my boyfriend went in looking to purchase a sectional. I found one I liked but every employee there just walked by did not say one word but yet went to other customers asking if they needed help. Than when I was upset one of the employees decided to start smiling under her mask at me. Which that is not how your suppose to treat your customers. And which I never make a screen but the way we was treated was not right
Absolutely love the new sectional and tables I bought. The product is great. The women at the Florence location were also great and very helpful while I was there picking out and deciding. However, when we picked up our items it was very cold and dreary day and I had 2 young children, not very patiently, waiting in the truck. They ask if we wanted to unwrap and look at everything. I said no. 1. Because it was actually wrapped very well in both plastic and cardboard and it would have taken too long to unwrap. 2. Because of my kids. Again we needed to be as quick as possible. 3. I did not want to drive with my brand new furniture uncovered and unprotected on a trailer down the road to get bugs or whatever else on it. (According to the warranty department they will re-wrap everything once it’s inspected but that was never expressed or offered to us when we picked up...) 4. We had someone waiting at our house to help my husband unload it so again, trying to be quick.Well, we got home, got everything unwrapped and very disappointed to find that that the top support frame on the back the chaise was completely broken as if someone ran a forklift into it. I contacted the number given the next day. She was very nice and apologetic. She told me what to do to send it to the warranty department.When the warranty department contacted me through email however, it was very impersonal and never apologized even once. Fine. What upsets me is that the new item is not being delivered to me since I did not originally pay for the items to be delivered when I made the purchase. I am really not sure why that matters at all since this should never have been given to me in the first place. It’s not like we’re talking about a shirt with a hole in it that I can return at my own convenience. This is a big piece of furniture that now I have to get another truck then get someone to help my husband reload this piece, drive it back, reload the new one, bring it back, and unload it again. We’ve already done this. I brought these items expecting an undamaged item. I understand things happen. People mess up. But it is up to you to make this right.Because of this I probably will not shop here again and definitely would not recommend to anyone I know.
Pretty simple process. We checked out the warehouse in Florence, KY and got a great idea of the style master bed set we wanted. Also, ended up getting a great deal on a twin for our son. We viewed the website and saw that the master bed set we wanted was on there so we purchased and next day a woman called to verify with me! Great customer service as she explained how long each item would take roughly and where it was to be picked up. Overall, easy, painless experience!
Selection seemed to be somewhat limited, but with the help of the sales staff we found exactly what we wanted. Prices are surprisingly low. It was a very good buying experience, and when we need furniture, this will be the first place we go!

The prices are hard, or impossible, to beat but the showroom is literally a warehouse with commissioned sales people. My 2021 order had a lead time of 8-12 weeks for delivery. 10-11 weeks in I asked for an update and they tacked on an additional 4 weeks. I get that COVID has threw a wrench in the production process but be aware that they will not issue you a refund until the product is over a month late. Email screen capture attached.

Not so good. Ordered our furniture in July of 2020. And as of March of 2021 we still have not received the full order. Every month when we called to check on the status we kept getting pushed another month and another month. If you have to wait on the trees to fully mature than just tell me that or if it’s something else please just tell the truth.

I have an elderly woman I take care of and help her with things. She bought a chair from them by herself without my help and they must have seen an opportunity to make the extra buck. They talked her into a chair that was nothing like what she really needed, then talked her into two different warranties on the chair.Then the chair was promised to be delivered several different times to then be changed and finally once it did arrive it was obviously put together poorly as it was lopsided and extremely uncomfortable for her.I called them to stress the importance of a good chair for her and how I believe she was taken advantage of and their continuous response with no sympathy whatsoever was, its our policy we dont take things back and its up to the warranty company nowNever again will I deal with them for her or myself considering they make no attempts to right their wrongs nor have any care for their customers.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a bed frame and mattress over two months ago and still have yet to receive it after they gave me an estimate of 3 to 4 weeks. I have called and they said they don’t know when it will be in and are hopeful it will be on the next truck load. How helpful. I gave this company almost 3000 dollars and to still not have a bed for two months, unacceptable. Still waiting on it, who knows how much longer it will be.
Wow what a horrible experience. Ordered a table on 10/25/2020. It was on backorder... which we understood. Then it was scheduled for delivery on 3/13/2021 and it never showed up. They stated the truck broke down. We had to physically go to the store because customer service would not answer their phone. When we got to the store they waived the delivery fee and stated they would call us on that Sunday with a new delivery date. We didnt receive a call until Monday. They delivered the table on 3/15/2021. Three of the chairs were damaged and we were told they would contact us about next steps. No phone call. I called on 3/19/21. They lady was helpful but did not hold up to her commitment on calling me by 5:30. She stated she waived the delivery fee... which had already been done and also stated she said she met her commitment on call me back. She called me back once I drove up to the store and complained to Tyler the store manager about the issue. Tyler stated that warranty would reach out this week. They did not. They lady on the phone also said she would reach out to me by Monday 3/22/21 and still has not. Now Im on hold with them dealing with this again. What a terrible experience. I will never recommend this company to anyone. After reviewing with a customer service manager, the delivery fee waived but still need to see a discount on this to make it right. Its April 1st and still not over. The warranty manager was helpful and got the chair issue resolved. We were suppose to hear back from delivery and never did. We called left a message on 3/31 and got a call back on 4/1. Now we are expected a delivery on the 5th. Well see if that happens...
I was searching for a table. We live in Louisville, and actually have an Overstock location here. We chose to purchase from Cincinnati Overstock instead because the customer service was top notch. When I called, I spoke with Charlotte. She went above and beyond to help me. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She sealed the deal, and we made our decision to purchase from Cincinnati Overstock because of her.
I called in thinking It would be a waste of time and wouldn’t get me anywhere. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Charlotte picked up the phone to help me. She was kind, funny and extremely efficient and knowledgeable about her job and how to help me. My order was supposed to take 8-12 weeks to get to the warehouse. She helped me pick out all new items I needed in stock and not only saved me 3 months of waiting and frustration, but also a tiny bit of money! This experience will def have me recommend to a friend, and purchase from there again. Thanks Charlotte!
Was on hold for over 30 mins I was 6th in the queue and then went to 2nd then it said our customer service team isnt taking calls at this time leave a message and we will call you back in 48 hrs. Well no one is even in the chat either called back and same message want to check on my orders and cant cause phone isnt working.

This place is great. They have tons of furniture, really nice stuff and very cheap prices. We went there on Tuesday looking for a couch, we saw some nice pieces with good prices, we will go back. Check this place out,nice stuff.
I’m so upset about my experience here that I literally created a google account just to write a review. The very first time I was here, no one approached us to help. This was right at the beginning of COVID so I brushed it off at first. Stressful times and I 100% understand. Except I went to the desk for help and three separate employees ignored me for about 5 minutes. Someone came out of the back and eventually “helped” us. By that I mean someone told us the financing options while staring at other customers? It was very awkward. We decided to come back at another time because there was a sectional we really liked and just figured it was an off day for them. We came back and ordered the sectional and just paid cash instead of financing, and after paying, we were told delivery would take 12 weeks because of COVID back orders. Okay wish we knew before paying but fine whatever. A few months later, our order of sectional, mattress, and table set was finally delivered, but the delivery drivers made my husband help them unload everything. Seems very unprofessional and used profane language throughout the experience. A few days later, we went into the store to talk to them about our experience. I again stood at the counter for 5 or more minutes before being acknowledged. After I told them my story, they got a manager (Sabrina). She was very kind and understanding and I appreciate her for helping. She ended up giving us a gift card and made a note in our account so that we wouldn’t get the same delivery company again. We decided to use the gift card towards the matching recliner since we had some extra room. It again took a few weeks for it to come in but we decided to just pick this up instead of getting delivery. Once we got the call it was in, we scheduled a pick up. I just left their store and they weren’t able to find the recliner! I talked to Sabrina yet again and she assured me it will be delivered to my home tomorrow. Who knows though with how awful this experience has been. She did give me a $25 gift card again. Not like I’ll ever use that. Also wasted $40 on a uhaul pick up truck rental to get this recliner. Thanks Cincinnati Overstock!

I was told a sectional I ordered would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I called and was told it would not be available till September. I lost 6 weeks of ordering. Don’t trust what they promise. Never again will I shop there!!
Overall good experience. A couple of things we wanted would take way too long for delivery so we had to choose something else. But everyone there was helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
So far my experience has been great. I was extremely happy with the prices. I am giving them three because the showroom didnt have a lot of options to view. I was there to look at furniture for my daughter and I really wanted her to see the options in person. Turns out they dont have everything there. I ended up having to order the items that are taking 3 weeks to get in. Had I known that ahead if time I would have ordered online a week or two ago so that I could have it by her Birthday. But I am not blaming them for the fact that I wasnt completely aware of the process. Another reason for the 3.5 stars is because I havent received my items so I do not know the quality and/or service for dropping off. Once I get everything and can see how it looks I can update my rating! Customer service overall was great and prices were great!!

I went there to look at a sectional other furniture expecting to purchase that day. I appreciated that the woman who helped us listened to what we wanted and helped us find them without being pushy and aggressive like other furniture companies do. She even encouraged us to look at other stores and find something we liked. After going to another big brand that I won’t name, we came back to this store because of the customer service and over all ability to find what we liked instead of it feeling like a maze. We ended up buying multiple pieces of furniture and the process was as easy as could be. I would highly recommend buying from here and will probably continue to shop here.

I do have to wait 8-12 weeks for it, is the only drawback. However, I was told that most other items do not take that long. I hope everything goes well with getting this sectional. I will report back after I receive it. If so I will be going back to get a kitchen table and chairs and much more! Definitely worth checking out!!

Attentive service without high pressure sales. Great prices. Delivery of products takes a VERY long time and will not deliver the part of the order that is ready without waiting for the things that are not. Purchased a living room set dining room set and bedroom set. My bedroom set will take a month to be delivered to my home because my couch is not in yet despite needing it and not having another way to get it.

I went to the florence ky store planning to spend a good sum of money today on some furniture i was there approximately one hr was not even acknowledged yes they were somewhat busy there was about 4 employees working and about 8 people in the store.after waiting about a hr without a response i went up to the desk which is all the way in the back of the store to talk to someone and they could not answer my question and said they were busy and someone would help me when they could .i waited another 30mins and had enough i left.dont no if i want to go back though they did have some decent mattress sets which was something i was looking for.very disappointed...
Before coming to this location I had visited a few other mattress stores and just could not find the perfect mattress within a good price range. Within 10 mins of looking for a mattress with the employee (Jason) I was able to find the mattress I wanted and instantly bought it. Jason was nice and very open to helping me find the perfect mattress. Thank you ! I will most definitely be back to buy more things.

Really sad that customer service is not their number one priority. I found a sofa that I really liked, no one greeted me, came over to see if I needed help or anything. There were a couple associates just standing around and talking to each other. Then when someone did come over, she insincerely apologized and told me I’d have to wait two weeks for the sofa I wanted. I asked about a clearance sofa, another associate interrupted her and she walked away. I left empty handed. I’ll not be back to the Florence location ever again. I ended up going across the street to furniture fair-MUCH better service and they took time to answer my questions, I didn’t feel ignored. This location could take some customer service cues from them. Terrible experience.
The associates were so helpful in helping me purchase my bedroom set. No one was pushy and allowed me time to browse and approach them when needed. The prices are best in the market and the quality is great! I will be back for future purchases!!
Has great prices and great customer service. Vicki H spent two hours helping us and was very kind. They have by far the best prices that I have seen out of any furniture store. We got a bedroom set and a nice mattress and box spring for a little over $1000. You can get a dining room set for around $300.

Great deals and great finds. The customer service is a bit lacking. I felt like I was disturbing the sales lady when I asked her a question that required her to look something up. She was not the friendliest person, and I would have walked out, but the couch I wanted was such a good deal, I couldn’t pass it up. So go for the good finds, not the customer service.
Honestly a disaster. was a MESS trying to pick up items and never called back or were prompt about anything on their end. Waited three months for a sofa and recliner. Never called back when messages were sent or responded to emails sent specifically to their customer service line. Tried for days and never got ahold of anyone. Will not be ordering from again, very disappointed with the customer service throughout the entire process

We have purchased items through Cincinnati Overstock in Florence on three different occasions.1st Experience: Natalie was very helpful. We found exactly what we wanted. The entire process was great and we had no issues.2nd experience: our item was faulty in ways that were not visible until after we picked the item up and put it together in our home. Still functional, but the screws for our dresser were not long enough to put the knobs on. We had to fix in our own due to store policy basically saying they won’t help. Not too serious so we just let it go.3rd experience: we were told we would be called when our item arrived at the Florence store. We were also told that it would likely be on Thursday of the week we bought it. The following Monday, we still hadn’t received a call so we attempted to call. The number said we were seventh in the que and that we would be connected to an associate soon. We waited for over 40 minutes. It cycled through the message and told us we were next in the que a few times then said, “we are currently not accepting calls. Please leave a message and we will return your call within 48 hours.” We hung up and tried again. Same thing happened. My husband decided to just drive to the store to speak with someone. When he arrived, they told him our order was ready and he could pick up the items 30 minutes later. We were never notified of our items arriving and had not arranged pickup. It was a Monday during business hours (our items had been there since Thursday) so anyone who could have helped was working. My husband had to move a heavy two piece sectional with his 15 year old, 95 pound sister because we received no notice and had no help from customer service whatsoever. Our sectional is also an entire cushion bigger than it was on the floor so we have to rearrange our entire living room to make it fit now.

I loved the selections, bundle deals, and customization that was available. He made our shopping experience so much fun and was extremely helpful. Showed us amazing selections, gave us great tips on caring for furniture, and even stayed after closing to ensure we had everything taken care. Will definitely be coming back again!
The best advice I can give anyone who is looking to buy furniture from here is to read the reviews on this place before wasting your time. I have been nothing but patient through this disastrous process, but they have absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They delivered my furniture today and upon delivery I noticed one of the pieces of my couch was brown, while the rest of the couch is gray. The delivery truck took the piece back and told me I needed to call customer service to deal with this problem on my own. While dealing with customer service they can give me NO answers on when I will be getting my couch. They say they have to wait for the wrong piece to get delivered back to the warehouse before they can give me any answers on what is going bad that could take a few days.. I live 15 minutes from the warehouse so I have no idea how that could take a few days. But regardless, There was no compensation, there was no apology, NOTHING. In fact she chuckled at me when she heard the change in my voice as I began to get frustrated. I will never, ever, return here. God only knows if I will ever actually get my couch so until then I have a living room with two pieces of a sectional couch and the rest of the couch missing. I am furious.

Honestly if I could rate this place higher than a 5 I would. We were looking for a mattress and had a set budget. We heard good things about this store so we decided to check it out. We walked in and were IMMEDIATELY greeted by probably the nicest person ever. Like, her customer service skills were an 11/10. She explained the differences between the mattresses they had and gave her recommendation. Im pretty sure the one she recommended is the same mattress that the Greek gods slept on. Like, its THAT comfortable. Needless to say, we ended up getting that mattress, an end table, and a rug for our living room and we were STILL a little under our budget. Seriously, this place is awesome.
Love this place and the prices and quality is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Most of my furniture is from here. Havent found anywhere else comparable.
