Our salesman Steve Engels was so patient with my mom and really knew all the furniture, fabric, etc. He seemed like he loved his job!!

Knowledgeable designer Sabrina Traylor worked creative with me on incorporating a new rug and ottoman into my existing furniture. I had lots of questions and she answered them all with good insights and kindness. My new favorite experience of the month. We did some of the design work on line, as I am still very cautious about my health. I recommend and give Sabrina and the Florence location 5 stars.

We picked up our coffee table today after waiting almost 2 months for it. We were told it was coming mid-August and it’s now towards the end of Oct., which was fine. However, when we went there today to inquire about the pick up, the lady in the front desk greeted us very disrespectfully. She didn’t ask how we were doing. She almost sounded mad that we were there. My husband and I were wearing comfortable clothes because we just came from the movies. It seems like she was very superficial and quick to judge that we were just there with no intention to buy while we actually did have an order. Bill was very kind and nice but this lady just killed the vibe for us. It would be nice to be treated with respect no matter how we looked. Will probably not come back here for future furniture shopping.

The whole team at La-Z-Boy, Florence, KY was amazing to work with and such a pleasant experience. They took their time, laid out our room on a computer once we got measurements and really had great interior design ideas based on our needs and wants. We needed quality and affordability and we got both! On top of our overall experience, Amy, who was the main contact we had at La-Z-Boy was kind, creative, was very knowledgeable and quick to think outside the box. She was also very patient with all the questions we had and answered every one. We really enjoyed working with her and cant wait to getour furniture!

Not a great review for a few reasons. The selection was limited, what was available was 1 loveseat. 1 available. If I wanted to order one, it was going to be a 4-6 month wait! We found 2 clearance floor models that we liked and bought them. Of all the people in the store working and sitting, (including the boss boss), our salesman was the one with a physical handicap. Both of us do as well, but my husband and our salesman did there best getting the chairs in our car. It was really disrespectful, I thought, to their co-worker. Prices were ridiculous, even on clearance. Pillows at $299!!@$!. We ended up going elsewhere for what we wanted later that day.Also, the front of the store had discarded food just thrown down at the side of the building and sidewalk. No way those employees didnt see it...it had been there awhile.Really disappointing for the prices and selections...more for the service. Not what I expected from La-Z-Boy.

Liz & Sam were great to work with. They did a design presentation for us based on our house dimensions and colors. We were able to see the furniture in 3D view which really helped us make decisions. They also proposed various color schemes and accessories. I highly recommend them! Great experience!

Went during labor day weekend sale and staff was very helpful in finding us a couch that we liked and worked out a combination that fit out budget. The couch is comfortable and a great addition to our home.

Sam and Sabrina were fantastic! I was in needbof everything for my family room.. Sam came to my house to measure my space and maybe to get a sense of my style and then they both put together a beautiful custom design! I loved everything in the design so much that I bought every single item!! I am so excited to see it when everything arrives!

It was easy I knew what I wanted and asked the lady to show me the ones with the features I was looking for. I sat in three of them I chose the first one I sat in. Went to the counter paid for the chair an it will be in the store next Wednesday. In an out in about 15 minutes. It’s easy when you yourself knows what you want. I have had a Lazy boy chair for 10 years..... Needed s newer one to use as a chair and bed.. We were shown many choices that met our needs. We ended up purchasing a recliner chair. Our problem was the wait time be fore delivery ... 6 months.. the chair is fine now that we have it...delivered by 2 young men. they unpacked the chair, set it up, tested it, made sure that I was happy, thanked me and left.the store personal were very helpful. Everyone associated with LazyBoy was a reason to try the store.

I was greeted by Alice. She was so helpful & very sweet. She gave me prices & delivery dates on all items I asked about. I came out the next day to order, Alice wasnt there, but she had everything in the system & Sabrina processed my order. Later that night, I decided I didnt want to wait for the chair that I did order & Amy did the change over the phone. I was very happy with the helpfulness of all 3 employees.

Just left without purchasing a 12K sectional due to a rude sales woman that wouldnt listen to what I was saying.

Amy was super helpful but gave us plenty of time to do what we really needed to do - sit in all the chairs several times until we got it narrowed down enough to make our selection! Despite the supply chain issues that are plaguing every company these days, they had a great selection and were upfront about the inevitable delays in receiving our purchase. Great experience over all!

Typically I want to be left a lone in-store until assistance is needed. That was not the case when my twin sister and I went to La-Z-Boy Florence. Please go to the store and ask for Sales Manager, Bill Essen. We were 100% fine with him around. Bill is professional, positive and knowledgeable. The best part, hes hilarious, engaging and can talk like Cary Elwes from the Princess Bride. He is so entertaining! I purchased a great new piece of furniture and met an absolutely amazing human being. Thank you from the twins!

Staff at store worked with us to find the best colors for the furniture we wanted. They did not have a sample of the pieces we were going to order but they found something close for us to try. Our delivery was great. The guys were courteous, respectful of property and pleasant. I would give them a 10++. It would be nice if you could track the progress of your order when you have to wait 5 months for it.

More selections in showroom would be nice.50.00pickup fee is a bit much to pick up at showroom.

We were very satisfied with our sales person (Bill) -- we waited 6 to 7 weeks for our new furniture --- we are not happy about the fact that when it was delivered the arm of our new leather couch had damage to the arm and our lamps were not on the truck for delivery -- we denied the couch and it was sent back -- we did accept our 2 new leather recliners -- waiting patiently to get our new couch -- we have arranged to pickup our lamps at the Florence Ky store -- we have never had an experience like this beforeDennie and Judy Carter

We walked in, and were directed to the chairs that would suit our needs. We seen the chair we were looking for, picked out the color, paid for the items and were headed out the door! Very easy process! Background: We were not happy when we walked into the store, we had been to a competitor’s store, where the salesman was rude and then told us 8 months to get our order. We told them never mind. Same exact chairs in our choice of color is being delivered to us in a week! Thank you La-Z-Boy! We walked out very happy customers!

I had to pick out a complete living room for my new forever home. The experience was so pleasant as I could see, feel and sit on all the different models and see not only large swatches of material but larger versions on the massive inventory. The designers helped me find the right combination of not only furniture fabrics but rugs too. Recommend highly.

We were expecting the delivery of our love seat and sofa today (after waiting four months), when only our sofa was delivered. The delivery man was rude to my wife and told her “it wasn’t his problem”, when she asked why the love seat wasn’t included in the order. The saleswoman in the showroom laughed and was flippant when I asked her where the loveseat was. “It just wasn’t scanned in at the warehouse”. Meanwhile our living room looks bare for an indefinite amount of time while our loveseat floats in incompetence limbo. You would expect a furniture company to function with some degree of professionalism. We sold our sectional prior to the delivery and are now left without enough seating for our family. I wish now that I hadn’t mistaken La-z-boy for a professional showroom, and shopped at a boutique, contemporary showroom instead (these places all have comparable prices to La-z-boy). The company seems to follow the cheap, fast-food model of accountability, with each rung of personnel, from showroom to warehouse to delivery, lacking the competence to prevent problems from occurring, and then lacking the personal autonomy to correct the problems their idiocy creates.

We enjoyed our visit with the sales men at Florence Lazy boy. Our sales man left us to look at our pace and was very ready to answer any questions. We sat in the recliners for. At least half an hour just talking after I had made my selection. It was a good trip can’t wait for my recliner to arrive.

Amy took great care of us both times we visited the Florence location. Ordering went smoothly and all of our concerns and questions were addressed.

She left us alone to try out different chairs and to discuss amongst ourselves what we liked. We decided on the first one we looked at and she took us through all of the purchase info. Quick and easy process. Now to wait for our chair to arrive!

Purchased a leather recliner from the Florence location. Could not decide on a color, so I chose to wait a few days to decide. Went back to the Florence location after speaking with Amy, one of the sales reps about the color I chose. She mentioned that the color I chose can take on green undertone and that I may want to see it I person. I chose another color that will actually work better with my decor. All the reps at this store were extremely helpful. The only bad thing I can say is that I won’t receive my recliner for 5-6 months, no fault of the reps that work there.

Last night my wife and I purchased the Leighton sofa, chair, and ottoman, and the staff at the Florence store were exceptional. We arrived toward the end of the night, but they stayed late to take care of us. We definitely recommend this store and the brand generally.

Very impressive! We were pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and thoughtful Steven, our sales representative was. He really wanted us to get the color that we wanted. He understands that when you buy a Lazy Boy couch you have it for a long time so you better like it. He even let us take a sample home to make sure it didnt clash with the carpet. It did clash! When Steve saw me sitting in several lounge chairs he came and told me about the features and fit of the each chair. The one I picked was picked up this morning by my daughter so all worked well. We were impressed with the show room. It was well lit and the furniture display was attractive and inviting. Our salesperson greeted us with a smile and was knowledgeable and professional. We checked out fabrics to view in our home and our salesperson offered a complimentary consultation if we were interested in that. We ordered our furniture yesterday and were very pleased with our entire shopping experience.

Walked in not expecting to buy a couch but walked out having purchased a floor model for 50% off! Delivery will take a little over 2 weeks but we can wait since we got such a great deal. Sabrina helped us, even helping us perfectly match pillows to the color of our rug.

The same thing happened to me as the gentleman with the 1 star rating..... my couch had wrinkles galore and looks nothing like what was on the showroom floor. I too was referred to their comfort care dept and the guy came in, took 2 pictures on his phone and left. They called and said the issue would resolve itself over time and with usage. What they deliver should be as it was in the showroom. I called my salesperson who said she’d get it replaced but that’s not happened. And to top it off I noticed today a seam in the arm of the matching chair has come apart and is fraying. Very frustrated and disappointed as Lazy Boy was always top notch furniture in the past.
