Arrangement of furniture makes it very easy to look around. Sales people were informative and very helpful. Big variety in prices and style. Most can be taken home immediately or delivery.

Staff was very reluctant to help. Had what we wanted in stock but with some minor issues. Told us to buy it then take a hair dryer to address issues. When I asked them to do it they said they don’t do that or have hair dryers. Imagine, a furniture store that can’t address minor repairs.Business must be great because they don’t really seem eager to sell. Manager was flippant about if any more items were coming in. We said thanks anyway. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, bet their service after the sale is non-existent as well.Frustrating to say the least. Called first. Drove an hour out of the way with intent to purchase.Left aggravated.

Ordered couches in March and was told today it wouldnt be til the end of June until I received them. When I requested a refund, staff was rude. They refused to call the owner to get a refund started, instead they wanted to leave my invoice on his desk. Claimed they sent a refund after a bunch of back and forth, but the refund still isnt on my card. I definitely do not recommend!

I went into their business today with every intention of buying a sofa. Had cash in my purse . They never even acknowledged I was in there. There was an older couple that came in after me that a sales woman jumped on. Guess they were more important than the money I had . As a small business owner myself you cant treat potential customers that way . Taking my business down the road....

I came in with an idea of what I wanted. Bob showed me what was available and answered a couple of questions. There was no pressure, no sales tactics or gimmicks. I found exactly what I wanted and Bob politely answered a few more questions. It was that simple. I ordered a sectional which came in a week later. The two young men who delivered it were equally professional. They even helped me move my old stuff outside to make room for the new stuff. The bedroom is next and I will be back at Barnett & Brown for sure!

Customer service was horrible. When I walk into a store to spend money I expect to be acknowledge. No one greeted me or even acknowledge that I needed help within the store. I took my money to Furniture 4 Less and got amazing service with amazing prices.

Bought Bench craft a couch, over sized ottoman and a Ashley dining room set. Couch broke the very first day called to get it repaired and the acted like it was out fault. We were sitting on it watching a move and heard a loud pop. Took 4 months to get someone to fix and it was broken again in no time. The dining set is a distressed farm table. It has gouge marks on it for looks. After 2 months it bucked up where our glasses had sweated on the table. They replaced the table for us. Second table same thing. I asked if I could bring the set back and get a different set.... they said NO they would replace with the same table. NO THANKS! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN.

I had very bad expiernce with this company I bought dinette set and paid cash they had order which it took month to get when they told me two weeks when I finally got it they only had three chairs so I had wait two weeks for another chair to come in well guess what it took month for it come in now in all its been two months i have dinette set with only three chairs they still havent got my chair to me. The office people are rude and hateful .....Ill never do business with them again. I still have no chair. People if u want your furniture u best buy from someone else because this company does not hold up to their promises.. I give them no stars

I have to agree with Kimberly Wilson. Based on our experience, I would not recommend. The two pieces of wood furniture we bought was junk. Faux wood made in a 3rd world country. Although it looked good from a distance, it most definitely was not made to be used by a family. The owner I assume he was the owner, the guy with the desk in the middle of the office area was a bit of a snob. He seemed like we were inconveniencing him by being there.

I was pleased to start with. I ordered 2 recliners, good quality and good price. Was told by salesman and by lady at the order desk it would be 3 to 4 weeks to get them in. After 5 weeks, I called talked to orginal salesman, who said they should have told you 6 weeks. After 6 weeks i called again was told they will be here on Feb 28, that came and went. I called again on March 3.was told by Barnett and Brown employee that it would be shipped from Catnapper on March 9, and it could take up to 10 days. Ok so today i get a messsage that my recliner is in, I called back and say I ordered 2 recliners, are they both in? Oh yes they are both here you can pick them up anytime before 5. We rushed over to Florence, 46 miles away, only to find out, only 1 chair was in, the other was on back order. I will not be shopping at Barrnett and Btown ever again!

Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Treated with no respect placed an order product has been ordered for 3 monthsahead of time in order to be picked up called a week ahead of time saying I was picking it up on Saturday and none of it was unboxed, nothing was checked, and it was ALL damaged. But the set had been discontinued and they couldnt even call to tell me it had been discontinued or check it to make sure it wasnt damaged since it was discontinued and nothing was able to be replaced
