Woke up this morning and KNEW it was time for a new mattress.....shopped around a few different places and ended up at Mattress Firm having the pleasure of meeting Lawanda. SHE WAS AMAZING! Dont waste your time here. Sales people are not knowledgeable. I was given the wrong foundation after specifically stating what I needed. Then delivery was scheduled to drop off the new foundation and pick up the old. Did not make it to the door on time and watched the truck drive away. Now I have to wait days to receive what I paid for. Ridiculously awful customer service from corporate as well. So many better options out there for mattresses!!

Lewanda Pipkins helped me when I went in, but both women were friendly and nice. Ms. Pipkins took her time, and she really seemed to know what she was talking about. She was checking out spinal alignment and even though I had mentioned a medium bed (for back support), because I have a strong hourglass shape, she said that a soft (plush) bed would be better. I said I wanted springs for support, so we stuck with that. She showed me the adjustable base with the lumbar adjustment, and I didnt tell her how bad my back was hurting that day, but the instant she moved it into position, my back immediately felt better. I highly recommend Mattress Firm on David McLeod Blvd.

Shopping was great, however that was the highlight. Trying to spend 2k plus on a bed and specifically said what times we would NOT be available and guess what time the delivery ended up at my house? Next available delivery date was a week away. Good thing we took the old bed apart and had everything ready right? Done with this company.
