We had a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. We told him what kind of firmness we needed and our price range. He took us to a mattress that fit our needs and my husband and I both tried it out and loved the feel of it. We were only in the store for about 30 minutes. AWESOME!!

I was dreading going mattress hunting. I have a hard time making decisions and I figured I’d be in the store for hours. Not at all. The customer service was incredible! Yone made the entire progress painless and she was so kind. I explained that I suffer from fibromyalgia, had multiple surgeries and more on the way. Her knowledge and understanding of my needs was outstanding. She took all of the work out of me having to choose. Even though I ended up buying a high end mattress she started me off at the basic model and never pushed me into a high dollar bed which was one of the reasons I was dreading going mattress shopping. Good price and good quality. The customer service was very nice and accommodating. Would give five stars, however I thought I was paying for a mattress to be picked up in two days. Then after I paid I was told it would be a week or so. No big deal, just wish I knew that before I paid. But they have a great selection and had mattresses available quicker than anyone else in town!

James went above and beyond my expectations. Like my first purchase here 2 yrs. ago I was in and out in less than a hour. No high pressure tactics or trying to upsell me. Because there was a little hiccup at the warehouse my order was delayed by a couple of days. No biggie, but James was on top of things arranging for free home delivery and ensuring I was completely satisfied.

Purchased a mattress and frame on March 29, 2021. Initial delivery was scheduled for April 10. On April 8 we received a confirmation text reconfirming our delivery. On April 9, we received a call saying the products did not come in, and we would have to wait until April 24 for delivery. The caller said the mattress had not even been made yet. We spoke with our salesperson Yone asking for an email confirmation so we could compare the mattress production date when it arrived on April 24, but she wouldnt comply. On April 20, we received a call again pushing our projected mattress delivery date back to May 3. This time they said that the delay was because raw materials were being diverted to make PPE as a result of COVID-19. I called the Sealy customer support line and spoke with Crystal who said the backorder was from the Texas freeze. We will wait and see what happens on May 3rd. Yes we have called as they requested to make it right only to be told more stories of why our product is delayed. #getyourliesstraight

Absolutely phenomenal! ☆☆☆☆☆I cannot rave enough about Lewanda and her knowledge in this business.My husband and I purchased a new bedroom set and needed a king mattress. Well, about a week ago I visited the store and explained to Lewanda how we were having back pain due to the ultra plush mattress we were sleeping on. Within minutes she had me testing a mattress that I bought on the spot.I was nervous making this purchase, but her guidance to see it through really assured me that I was in good hands. James Meggs was excellent, love my bed. Had a lot of issues with my delivery though and a misunderstanding regarding the frame for the bed. Was told I would get a refund to my bank and instead it went towards my second transaction that was financed instead. Anytime I called it was difficult to get assistance because only your sales person can help you apparently. Although the initial experience was pleasant and I love my mattress and base, I would not do business again

Lewanda was extremely helpful and did not push any mattresses on me. She gave me all the stats on the mattresses I was interested in allowing me to make an informed decision. I was buying a mattress for my guest bedroom. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the product. I went into Mattress Firm knowing I wanted to buy a mattress but also unsure of what to get. Lewanda made my shopping experience great from beginning to end. She was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. I felt at home and comfortable. Her knowledge of the products was very impressive. I tried out several mattresses to determine which was most comfortable to me. I walked out that night with my mattress purchased and it was delivered two days later.
