My experience at this store here in Florence was excellent! They had a great selection and I was very pleased with the price that I got my mattress and adjustable base, however the biggest reason why I chose to make my purchase here was the excellent customer service experience(s) with Shelby. Aside from being treated with such courtesy and respect, she knows her product lines in and out, provided every piece of information I needed to make the best choice. Educated me on things regarding sleep that I had no idea about! She had been reading a new research article regarding sleep before I walked in. She had me considering things I had no idea I needed to consider regarding my purchase. The buying process as well as delivery set up, she made incredibly easy and worked to get the soonest possible delivery date. She went over all details and made certain I had all my questions answered. Whatever I asked, she knew the answer. I really feel good about my purchases and will definitely be back to make other purchases that I need for my children.

Andrew worked with us quickly to accommodate our time frame. He asked specific, directed questions to help us find the best starting fit and helped us narrowly tailor our choices from there. We weren’t asked about budget until more than halfway through the experience, but I feel we could have benefited from expressing budgetary needs prior to being asked. Overall, great shopping experience. Still haven’t been able to sleep on the mattress. We hope it sleeps as great as it felt in the store!
