The owner is always so polite and helpful. She even provides recommendations if you ask. No need to drive across the river for your hair needs, this store is way better and right in your own backyard.

This place had the perfect braiding hair and great price for it. Unfortunately the older lady clerk is there for a job she had no knowledge of products. Being a licensed beautician helps me keep up with different products. However if she was educated this might bring up sales and reviews. Will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Could be better. Convenience vs Value. Is it convenient for Kentucky yes but for price no. Make sure to do price matching. You can find same great wig but for half cost and by same manufacturer and still be happy. What you find in his store for $80.00 you can find for $40.00. Customer service only good when you are buying from him on regular once you decide to only stop in because of convenience he will confront you. Selection okay but if you do venture to Cincinnati you will definitely find more selection and colors. Be wise when making a purchases that you cant return and be sure to price match.

I am so glad I found this Black owned beauty supply store in Florence. They have a plethora of products for natural hair of all sorts, as well as an assortment of wigs and other body and hair essentials and acessories for both kids and adults. A lot of the products they have, I cant find anywhere else in Florence and the staff members Ive met have always been extremely helpful and very friendly.

Black owned beauty supply store without a denman brush hahaha. They don’t have a great selection of natural hair products, none of the ones I normally used were in the store. There was an older lady behind the register and she had no idea where anything was or what anything was. Literally had to google everything I was looking for to show her. You’re better off finding what you need at overpriced Sally’s beauty.

This is a great convenient spot! They have a wide variety of products and great customer service. So convenient not having to drive to Cincinnati for black beauty products.
