I really like shopping here. Their store is the most organized hair store in town. Tons of hair, wings, hair products, salon products, etc. Reasonable prices.

The prices have went up. But it still a nice spot for all your hair needs.

I use to think this place was great, until I pulled up at 7:55pm and they had the doors locked. The store close at 8pm and I needed one Item. If your store closes at 755 that what u should have on the door.. I’ll take my beauty supply purchases cross town from now on :(

Milton does my hair! My hair is very fine & hard to manage. Milton does a bang up job cutting my hair. I can always make my hair look good when Milton cuts my hair!! Cant you tell I like Milton much!! Thanks for making my hair look wonderful!!

Great place!! Employees were friendly n helpful. Esp since because we were from out of town it was a great experience. If u come to Florence, S.C. n need hair, xtensions, weaves, wigs or other products come here n they will hook u up!! Black/White/Purple, doesnt matter. The workers are kind n helpful. Go here! Great place! Walk ins are available. One stop shop, hair braids, weave, perms, hair dyed and fried. Nails and feet(via appointment only) ever thang did all in one spot. On a serious note go check them out. COVID restrictions apply.

The staff are very helpful and know what they are doing. Very professional and seems to have the knowledge in hair care products, which is a must working in the black community.

My wife visits this store everytime I go home to South Carolina. This store is great. It carries just about whatever hair product you may need.

Its a huge beauty supply with nothing in it, well nothing I would use anyway, walked all the aisles for specific things and it was a total flop.

Poor customer services I live right down road from this store but I whether drive cross town to get better customer service .

Its basically stocked with the usual. But most of thw wigs are gone and could have a little wider variety for store size .

I have visited this store twice. The girls working there provided poor customer service on both occasions and the first time, the cashier allowed another customer to leave with a product that was not hers. Terrible selection of weave...half of the displays are not available.

Its a little strange to communicate with the staff. Not bad, just awkward.

Store has most of the things that a black woman would need for her hair but sometimes the customer service is lacking

Came into store to make exchange.....picked up wrong product....item had store name on it..refused exchange ....no receipt....wasnt looking for money back....item only 7.99...come on now....very disappointed over store policy...never shop there ever again....
