Staff did not know PRODUCTS! And when I asked about product after calling another cosmopof store in east points plaza, new exactly what I wanted by description! They know there inventory very well, Lacrissa knows the products and made my job as a professional cosmotoligist much easier! But this store hires anyone and they dont know their products like other store chains do! Once I had the product and asked the person working about it, not knowing I found it, tired to say they did not carry the product and I prolly had their store mixed up with a state storr, which I have never been too! Please dont make excuses and blame the customer because you (who work there) dont know your inventory!
