They do their best to be helpful. In most cases they are correct. Hair is not always a perfect science. There are plenty of times it is a judgement call and without seeing the hair in question they can not be sure of the proper chemical reaction.

Didnt like the ideal of having to purchase a bag when over the years I have spent thousands of dollars with your company. Just for the record I wouldnt be shopping where I have to purchase any bags.

The employee was very nice. She helps me find the hair care product that I needed. She offered advice and instructions on how to use the products. Overall she was very very helpful. Great experience and great customer service.

@Sallys on Cox Creek Blvd, I needed multiple things for my mother who is disabled but still wants to do her hair and nails and the most beautiful pink haired little employee helped me get everything on my mothers list!! I was verryyy pleased by the customer service and my mother is Verrryyy pleased with her products, I may need to stop by again soon.☺️

The girls there were so Sweet & helpful. I didnt find my favorite hair product (they had a generic) but they had my nail products.
