Went in for a oil change on my old 2017 Silverado and drove away a hour and a half later with a new 2021 Silverado 2500 HD . Nice and right on point.... oh and by the way you get free lifetime oil changes at Tom Gill Chevrolet...

They do good work here. Ive never had to come back to have something re-fixed, its always done right the first time. They give their honest appraisal, tell you whats wrong and what could be better, but they never push or try to do the hard sell. They can be a little more expensive than other mechanics, but theyre trustworthy; you wont find duct tape holding your engine together 😆

Had my Equinox in today for recall repair. Everyone was professional in everway. Plus they worked to get my car finished in time for me to be able to pick up my husband from work. Wouldnt you know a part on his car failed during a time I couldnt drive mine. Thank you to ALL in the service department. And a special shout out to Mark, my courtesy car driver

First service appointment is currently a complete disaster.. I was told to bring my truck in on Friday, 12-18 to have my accessories put on. I drop it off earlier than my 9 o’clock service appointment expecting it to be completed in a timely manner but received a call from my service agent at 4pm saying “the tinting people had a call in and it wouldn’t be completed until Saturday unfortunately.” I said ok, received a email from Tom Gill saying I missed my service appointment and that I should reschedule.. Um what?? I called, get bounced around until I speak with someone telling me my service agent handling the situation is out until Monday and my truck won’t be ready now until then. Complete lack of professionalism ALL around and apparently NO service manager is on duty this weekend to escalate my conversation and get this problem resolved. Unreal.. and you hear all the BAD things about this dealership and wonder why anyone would give them a chance!

Bought a 2013 Chevrolet brand new. Promised one thing upon sale then years later told something different and services cant be done. Dont like company. Very misleading people. And I was snickered at by employees on more than one occasion.

Purchased a nice used truck the other day and was very pleased with the service over the phone dealings. Now why they only get the 3 stars. After I signed my papers, got the keys, went to leave and literally only had 25 miles before the gas tank was empty. The tank holds 33 gallons so that means about a gallon in there. So I go fill it up, get on the highway, by the way its raining, I turn on my wipers and the driver side wiper falls off. I have to lean over the console to passenger side to see and find an exit ramp. I changed the wiper to the driver side and go back to the dealer. Had to wait 15 minutes to get replacement wipers and they only bring one, which doesnt match. I asked for the matching one, had to wait another 10 minutes for that one. I understand with business running the way it has to in this pandemic world, I would think spending 30k would have gotten me a full tank and better service. Still a friendly car buying experience.

I bought a car from Tom Gill Chevrolet the windshield leaks took it in to get repaired they never repaired it I had to get a rental car had to leave for a funeral for 3 days they started calling me threatening me to have to pay for the rental car which I thought was very sad I told the rental place that I was going to a funeral I was going to be gone for 3 days I dropped off my car on a Tuesday Tuesday night they had said my car was done I was out of town I think when they give you that courtesy of a rental you should at least have 3 to 5 days to return it not sending people thats going to a grieving process to get their car back or theyre going to start charging you for

My family was very disappointed with the service at Tom Gill Chevrolet. A basic warranty repair was denied because the service advisor didnt understand that a screw-on radio antenna is supposed to be able to screw off (no, it doesnt retract). Then she told me that our A/C mode selector knob was difficult to move because it was new; as it turns out, the knob feels different because it is a vacuum operated switch (as opposed to electric). Its one thing if an employee is either incompetent or rude, but both is too much.The customer service was lacking in other departments as well. I paid to have a Class V tow hitch installed along with the electrical wiring. When I went to plug in my RV, I realized the plugs were installed without any wiring. I could have done that on my own!

Service shouldve been completed prior to purchase. There were hidden fees for the service, $30 evironmental/supply charge. When purchased vehicle was less than 1k miles from needing service. $22,000 spent on a vehicle that required $250 of maintenace service within a month of ownership. Giving 2 stars because service was completed faster than quoted and all were polite. Will consider another dealership prior to next vehicle purchase which will be soon as my two everyday driver vehicles are over 200k miles.

Helped my neighbor Alma and Duane Harmon buy a car for cash months ago. Tom Gill has been promising repeatededly to provide title and continue to disappoint. They have all the money and we still don’t have ownership of the title. I think we have been too understanding. Perhaps the KY Attorney General can remedy this.
