I had to take my car back to them 3 times. Originally the brakes and rotors were supposed to be replaced. They were not. I took it back to them, they only turned the rotors. You could tell they rotors hadnt been replaced because they were rusty. The 3rd time I went they actually replaced the rotors. I could tell the difference right away, as the rotors were shiny! I will never take my car for service there again.

I was out of town over 800 miles away. They were open and available when many other businesses were not. They were friendly, courteous, truthful and honest. Very willing to go the extra mile to help me. Fixed my vehicle fast and cheap, with a smile. We need more businesses to be ran like this. An absolute wonderful experience that helped fix a bad luck situation. THANKS!!!

My 2017 Dodge ProMaster Sprinter Van transmission went out 140 miles away from home. I had it towed to one place and my mother in law just had a transmission done for a reasonable price at Precision Tune and they did a great job so I had the Sprinter towed to Precision. The gentleman that answered at Precision was patient and knowledgeable. After having it towed I worked with Charlie. Charlie fought for me with the warranty company and my Sprinter was fixed. Being a woman and not having alot of knowledge about repairs Charlie was patient and explained everything and I picked up my Sprinter and it drove like it was brand new... If you need repair work take it to Precision Tune of Florence. You will not be disappointed..

Ive gone to these guys twice now for an oil change and they do a fantastic job in a timely matter at a decent price. It is a first come first serve and I get in and out within an hour and a half. If there are other concerns with my vehicle they let me know and dont get pushy about letting them do it.I appreciate the team and the reception for their friendliness and professionalism. The service at Precision Tune of Florence was one of excellence and professionalism. When 3 other auto services let me down and wasted my time and money PT came through and got my Chevrolet Trax back on the road. From the initial phone call I made in desperate need of help, the awesome staff treated me with care and concern about my car issues. I reviewed this place 2 months ago as being great but i was wrong. I purchased a card 12/23/2020 as an early Christmas gift to my self. Took the car with a due bill to them and the issue has not been solved yet!! I work two jobs and can’t afford to have my car in the shop every 30 days for an issues that should have been fixed the first time. Highly disappointed and wish i would have went elsewhere to begin with. They’re costing me time and money when my car could have just been fixed right the first time instead of trying to get over on me and the car dealership.

My daughter took her car to this place because her car runs hot.Before they look at the car they ask her to pay $138 some diagnostic fees. Then they later told her that they cannot find any problem of the car. We call them and ask if they can check and change the thermostat maybe that could be the problem. They overpriced us talking about that 1.5 hour job and charge us over 200. So we end up picking the car and didnt let them do any further damage to the car. Especially female they take advantage and overpriced. Stay away from this place.

I worked there. The owner is an liar. Didnt pay right. Took money away when i told him i had a better job. Lies to customers all the time. Uses very low quality cheap oil for any oil change. Its only one oil they use for all cars, no synthetic or anything, but you pay for a synthetic oil change. Lies about air compressor being broke when customers ask for air. Just a very bad place to work for and customers to go .

This place charged my grandmother $1,700 for spark plugs and brakes. She came in and was told the work would be $700 and once they were done, the value jumped up an extra $1000. She disputed the cost and they brought it down to $1400. Feeling taken advantaged of, she reported the issue and was called multiple times from a personal number saying that “it was too late”. So they up charge senior citizens and harass them when the issue is brought to light. Looking through the reviews it looks like this establishment has a history of taking advantage of people. I literally went back 5 years in the reviews to see a trend of dishonest and manipulative service provided. Please check the reviews before coming to this place. They will up charge you and if you get upset, they’re liable to call and harass you for not just shutting up and paying the bill. I also have reason to believe this place is sexist and targets women when given flawed cost estimates. Out of the 29 negative reviews I’ve seen and taken screen shots of, 26 were from women. So if I came in for service, a male, I would likely get a different quote than the woman who came in with the same issues? Add in the fact that the woman maybe 70 + years of age. So instead of being decent citizens, these people are liable come off as if they’re targeting her cause of her gender and age? This is ridiculous. As an Army veteran of 12 years, who is still serving, I am highly disappointed and disgusted my grandmother had to experience this.

My AC on my 2006 Crown Victoria was not working well. I took it to other shopsnand they could not get it right. Then I took it to Precision Tune. They got it done right and it a timely fashion. They are good at what they do. Trust them with your auto needs.

Had an emergency auto repair on trip from Virginia to Florida on a Saturday. They were open and could take care of the repairs. Other places were closed or had two hour waits. Was back on the road in no time. Very friendly. Clean waiting area. No complaints.

I have a 2008 Ford explore couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t turn over thought it was between the battery and alternator but... turned out it was a bad computer, it took a little while for them to get a computer for me however I was impressed!! How they kept in close contact with me at least once a week until they got it in on top of that I got four new tires and a oil change. I learned that this company and the guys that work with me work fast as possible I trust them with all my automotive needs😊.

This has been a great place to visit. The staff is so polite. The mechanics are kind and experienced. When coupons are offered there is no push back given. Went in get the Mercedes serviced while we ate breakfast next door. The Benz was completed before we finished breakfast. The inside was not greasy like Firestone at Hofmeyer left it after they had it. They were so nice and polite. I went to the house and picked up the Infinity and took for service right after the Benz.This shop does complete service.

I have been taking my car to them for years and they always show me what the diagnostics is going to cost and have me sign the work order so I know how much im going to pay. the service work there is great when they do my oil change they have an inspection sheet to let me know what is wrong with my car. I am thankful they let me know these things if they didnt and something happens I would be upset.so remember if you take your car in any shop allow them to do there job. it is there job to let you know what is wrong and it is your job to fix it. no reason to be mad at them for your negligence on your cars repairs.

I have been going to Precision tune for a long time and they have always been up front with what repairs are going to cost. I have to say this because I hear it every time im there, someone else says every time I bring my car here for an oil change they always tell me i need something and there just trying to get me.. What you need to be saying is hey I brought my car in for a service and they found something wrong and let me know. At that point its up to YOU as the owner of the car to either fix it or not they did there job and now its up to you to do yours maintain your car. Theirs no reason to be mad at them for doing what you brought your car in for.

My husband and I came in thinking the CV axel in my car had broken and they made sure to reassure me that everything would be ok and they would help us the best they could! They worked very diligently and found the problem in less than an hour of having my car in the shop. They did multiple things to my vehicle and my car wasn’t even there a week. Went in because of my brakes came out 500 dollars later I felt like the kept trying to up-charge me add things on. Told me another two hours it was more like three. Will not come again Also my brakes feel no different than when I came in so what did I pay for absolutely nothing

Fixed the issue we had BUT along with an additional 4 hour wait which was understandable they left things unplugged under the hood and plastic under the hood which caused my vehicle to smoke. So make sure you pay close attention to your car when embarking on a cross state drive after leaving here. Customer service was decent.

Tell you things are wrong with your car that arent just for upgrade in price. Tell you about a brake inspection fee after your vehicle is in the bay. Got a recommendation from family. I must say that the customer service was out of this world. I drove from Long Beach California to visit my family for the Christmas holiday. Was able to get a tire rotation, oil change, and new spark plugs! My 2015 Ford Focus is running like new and I really appreciate everything.

I took my car in with check engine and abs lights on did not tell guy at the counter I had it at three other shops prior to my visit to Precision Tune in Florence (I was scared and I am a woman from out of town) . The estimates I got from the other shops range from $700.00 -$900.00 .precision tune gave me an upfront price of $285.00 less then 2 hours.very nice & clean shop Thank you guys so much $ I highly rec this one !!

Ive had bad experience at several local oil change places, and this one is great! I didnt feel hassled into getting a service I didnt need or want. They listened to what I wanted that was within my budget. I was in and out very quickly. The staff on site was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends!

No stars here but wont let you post unless you give them one, Was told a job would be one price which would include parts and labor, but dont you believe it. They then add in a bunch of other charges. And the alignment for 90.00 ha the truck pulled to the right the whole way home. Wont ever go back here, and dont believe the reviews on their website because they only have all good ones and dont let the negative reviews on it.

Do not go here! Went in for a simple oil change and they tried to tell me that along with my oil change, I needed a new air filter, tire rotation, transmission flush( because the fluid was almost black), and said it needed a $150 general tune up (they couldnt even explain to me what would be done during this so called general tune up when I asked what it was for) all of this added up to WELL over $500....and OF COURSE they made it out like I needed all of this work done TODAY or my car would suffer massive damage. Needless to say, I refused all services, and took it to my local shop for the oil change...I asked them to take a look at all of the things Precesion Tune said it needed done, and they told me I needed NONE OF THAT DONE!

I visited this location to see how much the cost of a wheel alignment would cost for my vehicle. I already had a quote for a lower cost for an entire alignment of my vehicle from another location. The location that has quoted me was quite a bit a ways away and this was close to me. They offered me a discount to get my car aligned at this location and then place my vehicle up on the chassis to start the alignment. A little history my vehicle is a Awd vehicle. It is not a 2 wheel drive vehicle but they had adjusted the paperwork to give me a discount and never fully explained what I was signing. I even informed them that the car was varying pull based on when my Awd system kicked in during intake. My understanding was at the alignment was supposed to be for all four of my tires. The paperwork said 2wd. They placed my vehicle on the chassis and then came back to me and informed me there will be an additional charge after they were completed with the front end alignment for the rear end alignment. This is false advertising I should have left and gone to the locationI was planning on visiting at the beginning instead of being drawn in by their false discounts. I will never be returning to this location and I would not recommend goinghere not if you wish to understand what theyre actually doing to your vehicle since they are not upfront and transparent about what they are doing.******In addition, after I received my vehicle back it was still out of alignment. Instead of returning to these snake oil salesmen, I visited the first place to give me a quote and payed a second time to get my vehicle aligned. This location indicated both the front and the rear were not in alignment. The mechanic at the second location informed me per the age of my vehicle, there should have been tool marks indicating an adjustment of the alignment on my rear uncarriarge. There were none and it was obvious that an adjustment to neither my rear nor my front had been performed.

Ive been going to Precision Tune for over 2 years to have my oil changed. New staff is very polite and friendly !They always do a great job, the last time I was there to get my oil changed I asked them to put air in my tire, the mechanic quickly saw that there was a nail in my tire and offered to plug it, now I feel safer on the road, thanks.

Awesome service as well as personel. I have 3 children and my brakes were going bad, only $100 in my pocket for the next week, which is about what it cost to replace the brakes. I left stressing wondering how i was going to afford this. Then an employee came out ( J.T ) and called me back in and negotiated a very fair price. I can thank Precision Tune and it employees enough for their empathy and care shown towards me during my time here. I will definitely be back.

They overcharge. They are not really that fast, they are friendly (in a sales way) but overpriced. Also, they try to find issues with your car, and offer financing options if you refuse what they are asking to do to your car. I asked for an alignment and someone took my car on a test drive to see what else it needed. If you dont have to go there, dont. I was just trying to get back to work and I dont want any services I did not expressly ask for. I will not be back to this location.

Went to get my brakes checked and was told it would be $45.00 to just checked. After they charged me to get my brakes fixed and then held my car keys hostage until I paid more money. Went back a second time with a friend to get an oil change and they tried the same stunt. -20 stars. Do not go its a waste of time.

Do NOT go to this place. They overcharge you, and dont fix the problem on the first trip. I went multiple times for the same issue that kept reoccurring. I then took my vehicle to another shop and was only charged $75 when Precision wanted to charge me $500 to fix the problem. Worst place EVER.

I felt they overcharged me for a simple inspection of my tires and suspension. $50.00 for a quick drive up the street and a look under the car seems a bit much to me.

Great service fast and affordable

Bought a set of tires online and needed them mounted and balanced. Was quoted almost $100 but agreed to match another place in town for $80. I walked in and was told before they even saw my car that I NEEDED an alignment. And was very rude and offensive. I should have walked out right then and there! However, I declined the alignment and they put the tires on my car. After driving my car around with new tires for a few weeks and my car shaking every time I exceeded 50mph I took it to jiffy lube for an alignment thinking I needed one. They told my my alignment was PERFECT and that the shaking was caused because there was not one weight on ANY of the rims/tires to actually balance them. And that the reason the car was pulling to the left was that my tires were over inflated by 15-20psi on one side. So, after declining the alignment, this shop purposely set me up to fail trying to get me to come back and pay for a service I didnt need. So I paid Jiffy Lube $40 to have them balance the tires. Armed with a receipt from Jiffy Lube, I went back to precision auto tune asking for $40 back and explaining that I had caught them in their lie. He was very rude and acted like he didnt care, and told me he does not issue refunds and that I should have brought it back. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY, TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

One of the guys then a oil change and in up breaking something else and diding tell me we driving down the road the next day both of my tries almost fell off I took it back they told me my truck had to stay I said hell no Im going to jiffy lube they then a good job replacing everything back I had to pay but good job 👍 now Im back driving again

I should have checked the reviews before I went. I guess the change in management wasnt sufficient. The cashier was unaware of the special they had on the marquee and tried to charge me the full price for service. Also, it would have been helpful for them to inform me that the services being provided would do nothing to fix what was wrong with my car. Read the reviews and dont go here. Firestone may be a little more expensive, but they actually take care of their customers.

Trying my best to get the word out around Florence of how harmful Precision Tune is to innocent customers in our community. Going to take it to Creel now and let the professionals handle this once and for all. The owner made the mistake of walking off from me while I was politely complaining. Big mistake! $1300 spent and the AC is still not working properly. I have a warranty on all parts fixed and if anything they fixed is bad I will take it back.
