This place was a lifesaver. Blew a tire on a road trip on a Sunday and they were about the only place open. They were packed when we got there so we weren’t sure they would even be able to help. Cutty took care of me at the counter and did a heck of a job of juggling all the things going on while he wrote us up. Fred did the change and was communicative and friendly and kind. All in all we were there for less that 2.5 hours without an appointment and got 4 tires changed for a good price. Would absolutely recommend to others in the area.

The first time I went for an oil change and they didn’t screw the drain plug back on to the oil pain good and nearly caused all my oil to leak out and lock up my engine.The second time I went to get new tires. The desk attendant “Jermaine” refused to walk all of 6 ft out the door to get the size of my tires and said “we don’t do that.” Then, upon leaving, I discovered that they didn’t even balance my tires. I jumped on the interstate and my steering wheel started jolting horribly. I called up there to see about getting it fixed and they said you have to pay extra for them to balance the new tires they put on.

Tried calling the auto tire center at the Florence SC Beltline store for 1 hour and 47 minutes only to finally have someone one who said “Hold “ I have been holding for 34 minutes. That only shows me that Wal-Mart does not need or want my money. So Wal-Mart I have had it with you. There are still friendly stores around and most with lower prices than you do. Bye-Bye

Wish the oil change service were a little faster but the price was great and the guys found a serious gash in the inner sidewall of one of my tires that could have resulted in a true I 95 nightmare. (I bought the tires elsewhere and managed to replace them before a wipeout.). Thanks!

Waited 90 minutes for the person to say that they didn’t have the filter needed so they would top me off and get me in my way. That took another 30 minutes. Never using again and would advise everyone not to as well.

Not even one star for Walmarts Automotive Service Center. I will NEVER use them again. Not that I was able to use them in the first place. First, I was on the phone waiting for some one to pick up the phone for 20 minutes, no luck. So I stopped by and waited for 10 minutes before I went looking for someone - the person I found saw me before standing at the counter waiting. I thought they didnt work that department because they saw me but didnt come help me. THEN after I finally was able to make the appointment I waited 15 min to be served and NO BODY in sight. I finally gave up, I am sitting here waiting to pick up my tires that I pre-ordered and pre-paid for at the Kiosk. Fine Walmart Automotive, you dont care about my business Ill take it to some place that does!

I had a problem with my car and the workers were extremely helpful. I want to say a special thank you to the three workers who took time out to help me but especially to the two who stood out the in the sun and assured me that we are going to ensure that your car an you get home safe. Very good Customer service! Sams club tire center told us they couldnt fix my tire but took it over to Walmart to see Byron. Had it patched up in 30 minutes.

They really took care of my son. He had a BLOWOUT and needed tires to go back to college. They didnt hesitate. He is on his way back to school safely. Thank you so much.

Sometimes they are good sometimes they arent 💯%. This last time they didnt check the air filter 😡 even though I was told that they had. I know this because that same afternoon a friend was checking my car over due to starting issues and found a blue towel attached to my air filter 😣. No telling how long it had been there but it was the source of the major car issue.

I got a flat on a road trip, got my car towed to this walmart and couldnt find my keys. An associate got my tire off and replaced without pulling it into shop. He also helped me find the best deal on a new tire! Jerry was a life saver and helped keep a stressed woman calm! Thank you for making my day as easy as can be.

Took a bit longer than estimate but good otherwise.

My sister and I took her car there today to get an oil change. They didnt put enough oil in her car, it was a quart low. Took 2 hours for the change just to figure out it was done in 45 mins they never called us when it was done. They didnt change the sticker in window. When I informed them of all this all they did was say sorry. They need to retrain that techs how to read an oil container.

As far as the work done to my car, I have no complaints. However, they are unable to turn off/reset my maintenance required light and upon my last 3 visits they have left dirty smudges on my upholstery. This last time I finally complained, and even though they made an effort to clean it, it was done with a bit of a bad attitude.

1.5 hours and counting for an oil change. It wasnt even busy. Two bays open when I arrived. They closed 17 minutes ago. Still waiting.

I came in at 0730 for an oil change. The service person said it would be 45 mins. Took 90 mins. Oil changes should take 30 mins or less.

A little rockie at first I brought the battery online then took it to auto dept to have it put into the car but service said they couldnt honor the fee for exchanging my old battery because I didnt have a reciept which they email it to you when you order at p/u so I went to the customer service desk and a very nice Walmart associate called to the auto dept and everything was resolved. I will make another review on the battery in a later post.

There are times when you are over looked because the customer service rep is to busy with there own business and for get that you are standing waiting on them.

Had to look for someone to help me . As soon as my truck got put on the lift,5 employees took a smoke break.

We came to recycle some old tires as they were the only place open after 6. That makes this place perfect for car service after work if you work a 9 to 5

Its lousy waiting to have a flat tire 2 hours thats ridiculous!!!

We have been her for 2 hours waiting for them to put on two tires. There were only two other cars here when we arrived. We have received no communication on the status of our car. Every time I ask about it I get told it will only be 10 more minutes. The saving on cost of the tires is defiantly not worth the wait.

That Sunday morning morning counter person was great.

Always at least a 30 minute wait and most of the time its 1 - 2.5 hours; even when the bay is empty. They act as though they take pleasure in telling you that you have to wait. Took car in for an oil change and to install new wiper blades. However, after the oil change, the technician said they couldnt figure out how to change the wiper blades. Poor excuse for a garage.

Pathetic excuse for auto service. They never have the sizes in stock that are needed. Rude customer service, put on hold several times after speaking to an associate. IT DOES NOT TAKE 3 HOURS TO REPLACE A TIRE, EITHER STILL ON A VEHICLE OR CARRIED IN. OIL CHANGES TAKE 15-20 MINUTES.

In my opinion, up to 2 stars is a lot because I do not understand the difference towards people in terms of service ... and customer service is supposed no matter what race it is ... it must be the best ... because you are paying. .. not asking for a gift
