I am rating a customer service experience and I cant say enough about Kevin. He was honest, fair and that goes a long way with me. I hope ABW knows what they have in Kevin as a manager. He showed exactly how a local business should treat customers.

Amazing service. Only place we buy our golf carts or have service our golf carts. We have purchased two carts from them and a trailer to haul our cart. We have always had the friendliest and best service from their staff.

Dont never, ever, buy a golfcart from abw conversions! They do not stand behind their work! Their workers who install controllers do not do function checks and ultimately resulted in someone getting injured when the key was off, in netural and did not suppose to move when the petal was pressed, but it did,resulting with the cart running into a pole. Abw conversions in florence will never get another penny from me.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. This shop offers leather seat covers installed for around 1k. Little do they tell you, they cut corners by cutting your old seat covers off and trash them... sooooo when I pick up my truck and ask about my cloth seat covers, off of my brand new truck with less than 1k miles... they proceed to tell me its my fault and I shouldve requested to keep the old cloth covers. Literally blamed me and said they would do nothing to make it right. 10 times out of 10 will not spend another dime with this business. Customer service goes a long way, and they have none!
