Best Circle K I have been to! Matt was an exceptional cashier and he was really helpful. He signed me up for a circle k rewards card in a super easy and professional manner. Also the bathrooms were immaculate

Restrooms are new but gross.. urine has been on floor and base boards for many days. trash over flowing. Such a great new unit to have such poor sanitation.. self checkout is a joke.. However, employees were very attentive.

Went of 05/05/21 and it was great. They tore down the old building and built a brand new very nice and busy store, lots of pumps and ton of snacks inside, plus they have nugget ice! Great job, its my new goto store.

Its a new store, so youd think it would be clean and stocked. Thats just an illusion, long lines, new self check out that dont work, dirty disgusting restrooms, drink area with many out of order signs, tea that is clear as water, drunks and beggars asking for money, unstocked cooler items, the list goes on. I see 5-6 workers, but lines still go out the door. I recommend go elsewhere unless your getting and paying gas at the pumps....

The new store looks great. We heard about the slurpee machine so we had to check it out. The new store has a truck stop feel and everything is easy to find . Customer service was very good and the workers were happy to serve us. I wish I took more photos but we were on a mission for slurpees . My next visit Ill add more and give more detailes .

5 employees behind the counter, only one checking people out. 15 min to buy a drink? No thanks, itd be faster to go to the grocery store.

Probably my least favorite Circle K in Flagstaff. Hopefully they will be knocking this building over, seeing its closed and under construction. Its a shack, and worst looking Circle K on the planet. If only this franchise was demoed and it came back as a QuickTrip God almighty would have answered my prayers.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star! WORST circle K Ive ever been to. 1 stall bathroom is disgusting. Pee on the seat and all around the toilet. Whole store was dirty. Fountain soda machines were dirty and gross. Clerk was rude. A customer was asking about ice. Everyone in line heard him ask, but the clerk ignored him. He repeated himself, she rudely responded with a no as if she was irritated by him asking.Will NEVER stop at this circle K again. Save yourself, go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Never been treated so rudely Yesterday (July 1st) I came into store to exchange propane tank and picked up some chips as well. I got up to the counter after waiting in line (one customer in front) and I asked for a propane tank exchange gray haired lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me, so I asked what does that mean, so she explained everyone else in line would have to wait and she was the only one there. I told her I would take my business elsewhere and bought the chips and left, hindsight wish I wouldnt have purchased anything from this company as they employ people that really DO NOT care about the customer. I cant believe she didnt even try to help me or say if I could wait a second or something she simply did NOT CARE! I did go down the street to Conoco and had a pleasant experience with them and the nice young man that filled my tank. Never will I waste my time here again.

Bathroom was NASTY. Had the 90’s “truck stop” condominiums machine, build up of only God knows what everywhere, and I ended up using hand sanitizer VS touching anything else in there. Coffee bar left MUCH to be desired. A mess, no sweeteners, 1/2 the coffees were out. Checkout took forever for one couple buying a few fountain drinks.

Favorite place for soda and lottery. Lucky store 😉Im all about this place, always friendly staff, and clean as a whistle...

They have you walk in the dirty store for receipt because pumps printer doesnt work. If you dont tell women clerk with black hair how much exactly you pumped she will let you stay in her dirty store for a few minutes before receipt is issued. If you use her bathroom you might get sick from its dirt.

The store is overall dirty. The restroom is the most disgusting. Went to get fountain drinks and we smelled mold or something spoiled. We didnt purchase. Staff needs to pick up on cleaning or have a staff especially for that with all the business. Floor doesnt even look like its been mopped in days. 👎

Employees are nice but the store is so run down.

Ive been coming here for 10 years, and have always gotten good service, and help when I needed it.The only thing that I can fault this location for is the number of panhandlers that frequent it.

What a dump! Go across the street. Filthy bathrooms, no paper towels to check your oil, no fluid to clean windshield, no paper to print reciept. Cashiers have no idea their store accepts NFC via cell phone for payment. Im surprised they had fuel.

It has been a while since Ive seen a bathroom this filthy. I wouldnt eat anything from this gas station.

Terrible Service Nasty bathrooms and waited 15minutes in line because they were only using one cash register while two other employees stood around behind the counter. This complaint is coming from a gas station cashier. That place was a dive!!
