Not one to leave reviews often. But I am disappointed with this place! Whenever I’m in town I drive by and I’ve been meaning to visit and get a coffee because I love supporting local. We just went for a hike today and then grabbed a coffee afterwards. We ordered six drinks and which I understand can be overwhelming (given I have worked several Barista jobs) Although, we were the only people in line at this time. Our order was incorrect when it came out. The girl working was annoyed with us that it was incorrect. We didn’t ask her to remake any of it, but asked if she could simply add milk to two of the drinks. She wouldn’t speak to us or look at us and made us feel very unwanted at this point. I will not be spending my money at this business again unfortunately, even though it’s across the street from our place.

Order the cardiac! Ask for extra Irish cream and add Frencah vanilla. Its high octane heaven.

DELICIOUS and friendly, prompt service. my kids enjoyed smoothies (raspberry and strawberry banana), while my husband and i had coffee drinks (Milky Way and Cookie)

We ordered the large regular coffee and large mocha coffee and were not disappointed. Service was great and I had my coffee in a matter of minutes. Support your local business and go there. If I had more time in the area, I would have liked to try the other flavors.

This is a first place with la marzocco coffee machine where I have 2 star review. Barista looked like she hate her job. It was no foam on my late and it was 3/4 of the small cup. My latte tasted like a regular coffee with milk.

My coffee tastes burnt but the espresso drink was decent. Price is good.

Ordered a regular coffee with cream. First sip was all foam following a mouth full of grounds, skimmed the top and tried to drink it but super strong. Poured it out and the bottom was full of grounds. Same with the wifes. Definitely not worth ten bucks for two LG coffees. Not to mention the waitress struggled with English. Very poor service and took longer then expected. Never again.

Ordered a flavored iced coffee drink. Got a cup that was all white. It was flavored milk with no coffee. Never going to this location again. There are many other better ones in town. Drove out of our way to get coffee from wicked az because it’s our favorite, but this one is terrible. The parking lot is really bad too

Wicked AZ is always excellent. I like their iced raspberry tea, as well as iced Almond Joy coffee. If you dont know what to pick, ask the barista! Lindsay made my companion an almond+vanilla+dark chocolate breve drink today. The peeps that work there are always so fun and friendly. Its definitely a great place to stop by and add some caffeinated cheer to your day.

We came into town from Phoenix and enjoyed THE BEST coffee EVER made for us by Barista Bree!! She is so sweet and does an AMAZING job serving up delicious coffee!! We are coming back and hope we get to see her again!!

Lady working the drive thru was very rude. did not seem like she had any customer service skills. did not even look at us when speaking. i asked her if she had a seperate sheet of the flavors because i couldn’t read the .5 font that was hanging on the wall and all she said was “no” didnt list flavors to me or anything.... extremely unhelpful especially since it was our first time stopping by. will not come back when visiting flagstaff

The employee working was very friendly and the drink was delicious. The service was quick as well. I would go here over Sbux. But I was only traveling through the state so Ill have to enjoy them again when I return. I ordered a blended white mocha with an added shot.

The service is always something to look forward to. They remember you and your drink of choice. This is my favorite coffee. I always order a ice chai tea latte with soy, no cinnamon, and dirty!

I have been reliably going to this Location for the past few months since it is convenient and the coffee is usually good. I have outright avoided the east side location due to the girls not wearing masks. Up until this point, the girls downtown were generally good about wearing masks except for the occasional slip. Today there were two girls one without a mask at all, and the girl making my drink had a mask on at first and then took it off to speak to the other girl while she was still making my drink. Businesses should be taking the highest precautions in regard to covid and I am disappointed that the workers don’t care about proper mask wearing which makes me question their other practices. I will not be attending any Wicked in the near future, unfortunately I trust bigger corporations to be following best practices.

The coffee is average, not great, but two stars because of LEAKY CUPS: the lid does not fit properly on the Large cups, even when properly snapped the coffee kept leaking out the sides of the cup and it MADE A HUGE MESS of spilled coffee all over the center console!!! when I lifted the cup to save the console, more coffee spilled out the sides of the lid onto the seats. The lid was properly ON, but NOT APT to hold liquid at all. This is a drive-through only place, youd think making sure cups dont leak would be a priority.

Love this little coffee drive thru! The girl working was super helpful with the recommendations because we have never been there before. There’s lots of drink options ranging from coffee inspired to teas! Highly recommend!

It’s actually not easy to find good coffee for the money because the big guys put all their dough into corporate infrastructure, branding, etc., not necessarily quality of goods. This place KILLS it with great coffee, service, and price point.

Visited Flagstaff from Phoenix and I can honestly say this is the best coffee I’ve ever tasted! And the barista was an extremely nice lady.

Wasnt thrilled with my coffee. Usually they do great work, but today just didnt make it. I will try again at a different date. I like the quick drive up service with a smile.

My go to coffee shop in Flag. Follow them on Instagram for new drinks and promotions. Wicked uses espresso for their coffee based drinks and have some fruity drinks made with energy drinks. The Chunky Monkey and Sexi Mexi are two of my faves, also the banana bread is pretty delicious.
