A group of four of us rented bikes from this location for a Grand Canyon day trip. The bikes were prepared and ready to go in the lot before we arrived, we were on the road within 15 minutes. They were super accommodating with everything we needed. About two hours into our ride we had a little bit of trouble, which required roadside assistance. We contacted the owner and he couldn’t have been more helpful getting us back on the road quickly and without any difficulty. Overall, we had beautiful ride and great memories. Couldn’t have had a better overall experience. Highly recommended, and will definitely rent there again in the future!

My Dad and I rented a couple bikes for about 3 days and we had an amazing time. we rented a sport glide and a street glide, both of which were beautiful, and handled the long miles with ease. Uli was super kind and friendly. He gave us a couple tips for our ride that made our trip more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place and if Im back in the area Id love to rent from them again.

What an amazing experience! Uli was extremely polite and friendly not only to myself on the day of my rental but also my wife when she called in to ask about renting me a bike as a Father’s Day gift. The shop is well stocked with anything you could need and lots of great souvenirs. The rental equipment was extremely helpful and he had a wide range of sizes available which is nice for a taller, larger headed individual such as myself! The bike was in amazing shape and I was walked through it’s features and handed the keys within minutes of checking in. I will be back (many times!) and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to spend an amazing weekend in a beautiful part of our state. Thanks, Uli! See you soon!

Boooo! The employee was a jerk right from the very start. We were having a problem with one of the bikes in our group & arrived right before they opened. The employee was quick to tell us the sign says closed! He said that TWICE and offered NO HELP!! We left and took the bike to Mikes Bike Shop which is right down the street. Great service btw. I was really disappointed in Eaglerider because I was so excited to go in and shop. The ladies in our group all said the same thing too. Ill never go there again. You just lost all 8 of the peoples business from our group and hopefully all our friends too.

This is a relatively small store. The owner is totally dedicated to providing great service, with a friendly attitude. I had a reservation, as I always do, but this was the fastest I’ve ever been on my way. BTW, there’s a wide selection of Harley, Route 66, outerwear, tees, hats, gloves, etc.I ride an Electra glide when at home. I frequently rent when I’m traveling. This is a store I look forward to seeing again.Thank you!

Great little shop to stop in if you like motorcycles. They were really cool people to visit with while we were in town. Had a blast. Go ahead and put it on your list of things to do.

They have been great both times that Ive rented from them. They had the model that I wanted and got me on the road fast. They even kept an eye on my cars while I had their bikes. Ill be back next time I want to try another new model. You just cant learn much on a test ride. You need a few hundred miles to figure out if you like a bike.

I had the best rental from this dealership. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Uli took the time to go over the motorcycle and answer all my questions. The whole group I was with were highly impressed. I cant wait to visit Arizona again and rent another bike.

Harley rentals from a german couple,my friend rented from them had to cancel and they were understanding in returning the fees. Nice people! !

My husband is a huge Harley fan and stopped by while we were taking our daughter to NAU. The person working (tall guy, long hair, accent) was totally rude to him and told him to go to the Harley dealer if he wanted to look at Harleys. Too bad this place comes up if you google for the closest dealer.

Place was really nice. And was really easy to find. And they have good prices.

Shout out to this lovely couple who pretty much saved our vacation....traveled here to ride the motorcycle to the Canyon, but found out we needed a new battery. So thankful they were opened and they were kind. Great start to a great day.

Met the owner Uli today and rented a Harley that was mint (would have preferred and Indian Motorcycle but they dont have any) Uli suggested several great rides and we are glad we listened. We ended up cruising to the Grand Canyon and back and loved every minute of it. Thanks so much to Uli for being so friendly and great to deal with. 5 stars for his customer service. I would recommend this as a must do for your bucket list !!!!

We stopped by on the way to Mormon Lake Too broke for Sturgis, where well spent our time with friends. They got everything what we needed and helped us out. We can highly recommend this Eaglerider location. They also offer best rental service for Harley-Davidson and they gave us very good advice for riding in this beautiful area. EagleRider - Flagstaff provided outstanding customer service for our Harley-Davidson rentals. Uli did a great job of preparing the bikes and equipment for our Grand Canyon and national parks loop ride. My brother and I rode two 2018 Road Kings over 2000 miles in 8 days. There were no problems with the motorcycles. Thanks EagleRider-Flagstaff. We would definitely rent from Uli again if we are in the area.

Nice little motorcycle, but wouldnt sell what I was looking for.

We reserved a bike online to use for the day in flagstaff while we were in arizona for vacation and it charged our card immediately after we made the reservation. Almost $200 we spent to come here and find out that he had to be 21 to rent the bike. Hes going to be 21 in november. I understand rules are rules but there was not any clarification on that during the application progress. That was a bummer all on its own... then we are told we cannot get a refund for our money. But a rain check. We dont even live here !!!

The worst ppl to deal with. they lie. bike supposed to come with windshield and rack had neither..waited for hours to remedy. then they had the gall to ask for another $1000. . stay away from these ppl.

Rented a bike online. Once I walked In I was told I could not cuz I was using credit rather than paying. Sales rep was making up restrictions that didnt apply.

Need to change your hours on Google. We are from Wisconsin and walked over 2 miles to look at your store and buy some shirts and at 12:20 we sit here at a closed store that shows open till 5.

Thanks to the EagleRider team from Flagstaff, I was able to make my dream of driving a Harley on Route66 come true.During a tour in September 2017 in the western United States, this was considered from Las Vegas. The stop in Flagstaff was the much better choice because everything was just right here. Completely uncomplicated and in German it took half an hour to get the right machine and equipment as well as all the necessary information for the short trip. Located directly on the route, the trip from Flagstaff to Seligmann was feasible with a short stay and back in 4 hours, just as I had imagined. My wife was even able to stay in the shop for so long and have nice conversations with Birgit and Uli.Finally, Uli booked me the sightseeing flight at the GrandCanyon and a few photos as a souvenir could also be taken.Many thanks to Birgit and Uli and I can only recommend you.

A must for every biker near Flagstaff. The lending is a breeze here, which is charged by Germans who put service and customer-friendliness first. We had an unforgettable day.A beautiful route starts not far from the store.Anyone who has decided to borrow a motorbike should consider where he is doing this. In June 2017 I and my girlfriend booked an HD Heritage Softtail for three days at the beginning of July 2017.Our idea was Flagstaff, Kingman, Las Vegas and back.The afternoon before booking, we went to the store to do the paperwork.Uli (German) from the EaglerRider team and a colleague greeted us very friendly and quickly made it clear to us that Las Vegas was not a good idea because of the heat in the desert. Thanks to his personal local knowledge, his recommendations for our three-day round tour were quickly drawn on a map.The next morning the motorcycle was ready and was exactly as ordered.The briefing was now played down by a German old hippie colleague like that of the juice pushes on the plane. Queries (I drive a Kawa VN1700) were not welcome. Due to the hippies problems of understanding and / or expression (to put it in a friendly way), an actually simple practical / technical question could not be clarified. Uli then came and in no time everything was clear.Ulis suggested route was just great !! The landscapes varied between forest areas, mountain routes, desert, Route 66 of course fed up. After three days we happily reported the bike again. We visited Flagstaff for a few days in May 2016 on our Harley tour through the southwest of the USA and visited the Eaglerider agency there: Super nice owners, emigrated from Germany !!!They booked an exclusive helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon for us, arranged a jeep in the booked out page and were always approachable for other tour suggestions - so you wish a partner in the holiday country, you can absolutely recommend! Who does not enjoy driving on Route 66 with their Harley? Highly recommended, Sedona. Great area. The rental was completely uncomplicated and super nice.
