If you wear shoes on your feet sometimes, this is a place where you could buy some of those shoes. As a person who sometimes wears shoes on my feet, I find that I occasionally want or need new shoes to wear on my feet. I bought some shoes here and now I wear them on my feet sometimes. The staff here was present and they operated the cash register in such a way that it was legal for me to take the shoes and wear them around on my feet sometimes. Very cool.

Rack Room Shoes is great! This was our first time there and they have a great selection and the staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We were taking our 14 year old son to get some new shoes and we went to a few other places but he didnt really find anything he liked. Rack Room Shoes had such a large selection that its almost impossible to not find what what you want there. Our son picked out some great Nike shoes and then we were told they had a but one get one half off deal going on so my husband grabbed a pair too! Great place, were thinking of going back tomorrow to get myself some new sneakers 👟 😊

Pretty good shoe store. However, they are almost always out of the sizes we need.

Only place I can find my size (14) in store consistently and with a nice variety, there is usually a decent sale going on so buying a few pairs of shoes doesnt break the bank

I love the stock but we had no help on the floor. The girls where all up front being chatty with each other. We did still spend over 100 dollars that day but if I had a better store to go to I would due to the lack of customer service. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask for help. Bummer. There is always a buy one get one half off going on. Very nice for those of us shopping for 2 but only need one pair of shoes each! You might be able to find a single pair cheaper online but not locally. Certainly with the BOGO the price is right! I found the selection excellent for Flagstaff.

Its equivalent to Famous Footwear. This place had two BOGO sales and had a nice selection of sizes. I enjoyed it!

Comparable prices to other popular shoe stores and has the buy one get one half off pricing. My only gripe is that they are pretty heavy on Nike shoes compared to other brands.

Bad selection for mens tennis shoes and dress shoes especially if you dont want to look like a child. Extremely over priced too. Found a pair of skechers for $65.99, but on Amazon they are $41. Insane price difference! Go elsewhere, or just find your size at Rack Room then purchase online on Amazon or eBay.

My wife was sitting on a chair at the end of a row when about 12 shoes fell on her head. The sales associate that did it appologized. The manager on duty (Deandra) came to clean it up NEVER ASKED if she was okay AVOIDED EYE CONTACT. Infact where ever we walked in the store she made sure to be on the opposite side and when we went to the register she fled from behind the desk. Again, Avoiding Eye contact. My wife has a huge headache and neck is sore. Horrible place. Manager clearly didnt know what to do and thought the best solution was to avoid the situation at all costs.
