We dont get to the big city much, so when we do its a bit wild. The girls helped alot. They were all great. And we bought a bunch of clothes and two pair of boots cowboy boots and some new hiking boots. My son even got a few shirts and a vest. I do wish theyd organize by size and width... looking for 9 EE was a chore. But found everything and then some. :) hope all the sales credit ends up with the right people. I will certainly make the three hour one way drive again...

Great store. All youre work clothes and great work boots. (Cant say enough about the boots). They are never that busy, and every salesperson will go out of their way to assist. Im not a fan of cowboy apparel, but for such a small store they have it all. The work boots are what I am after because they are comfortable and durable. Did I say com.....for....table. lol

The staff at this Boot Barn have always been amazing. A few years back I bought my first set of formal boots here and they made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and what I needed to maintain them. Olin (sorry if I misspelled that) went above and beyond for me for my last visit. I thought I had ruined my straw hat so I went in to look at new hats, I wound up picking up a nice palm leaf hat that Olin kindly shaped to my liking and even managed to fix my straw hat that I had thought was ruined. Very happy with all of my visits here.

Never buying work boots here again! Bought defective work boots and tried to take it back for a new pair. Hawx boots says guaranteed no questions asked. But when I tried to replace them I was told I couldnt cause they wouldnt be able to re-sell the boots I was returning. Why would the manager want to continue selling this defective product? So Im out $160 on workboots. Shop elsewhere people.

Went to shop for western wear. Husband got a straw hat, and some wrangler jeans. Good prices and selection for men.

Needed EE width boot. Only place I could find them.

279.00 bucks for boots and they cant even put it in a box for you. Sloppy. Just throw it in a bag and shove you out the door. Even Payless gives you a box. SmH

Staff was very helpful. Got some nice clothes for my 91 year old dad who is a veteran cowboy!

Mackenzie was awesome, she got me into the boots that I wanted and knows her stuff. She was helpful and considerate. Not once did she make me seem like I was a bother to her and even helped me with an exchange when I found out I bought the wrong pair of boots.

Usually Boot Barn locations carry some double wide (EE) boots, but this place only had a couple pairs anywhere near my size, and had waaaay more Western boots than work boots. Again other ones Ive been too cater to boots first, and Western clothing second, but not this one. Alas the bootbarn website is usable if you know your size.
