I had just customized my jeep and then hit a deer! Thank goodness Flagstaff Collision repaired it to better than it was before. They did so good on the custom paint and LINE-X bumper. Also it was a relief that they communicated with my insurance the whole time. It was a smooth and easy process. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Flagstaff Collision Center recently started doing LINE-X coatings, and I had heard great comments from friends that have done business with them, so I decided to go for it. I had clear communication and updates every step of the way, and the vehicle was done when they said it would be. I just picked up my truck this afternoon, and WOW...JUST WOW! They did an amazing job. The coating is PERFECT. Very consistent with great texture (see pics below). If you need any work done to your vehicle, go see them ASAP. Flagstaff Collision did such a beautiful job on my Camry after it had gotten rear ended, I had never been in a situation like that before and I was a bit confused about the process thankfully Chris took care of communicating with the at faults insurance and overall was really communicative through out the whole process, updating me constantly. Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk meets ice, then tree, then Flag Collision Center!These guys modeled professionalism, customer service, and pride in their work. Their office and garage were immaculate. We dropped off the car for an estimate, then phoned our insurance company who then phoned FCC to approve the job. We picked up the car on the exact day FCC predicted it would be ready, and it looked good as new!

Flagstaff Collision repaired my dads Mercedes S63 which had damage to the front end. The vehicle looks perfect after they fixed it. They also had to repair and replace sensors and damage to the A-arm. Impressive job - car looks perfect. They handled everything with the insurance and texted us every day to let us know the progress.

I came to Flagstaff Collision Center to get a quote for a body repair on a company vehicle. We are required to get quotes from multiple different companies, and this was by far the most convenient and professional experience we had. The estimator was quick and friendly. The front office was extremely clean, and all staff were professional. Unfortunately, we ended up not getting the vehicle fixed. But had we gotten it fixed we were going to return here!

I brought my 2020 Forester to Flagstaff Collision Center after being vandalized by Mother Nature (golf ball-sized hail) driving through New Mexico. They replaced my hood, painted it to match, and popped ALL of the hail dents out of the body, roof, fenders, etc. You can’t even tell the incident had ever occurred since the repairs look so good. The repair was efficient, Dylan was very knowledgeable and welcoming, and they handled the insurance stuff too. In addition, they washed and shinied my car up real nice. Five stars! I hope not to have hail damage again but if I do (or need other auto body work done), this will be my first choice!

Our experience here was not a good one. I would not recommend this business to anyone of color. I dropped of my Taho in December and we did not pick it up until February. They were rude to my mom who only wanted an update on the vehicle. Your commercial is misleading. Fast Convenient friendly service. That you were not!! You never called us with updates and the lady at the front was not very friendly along with the two guys who took our calls, Chris and the other guy. Ill be filing a complaint with BBB for discrimination. My thanks to your convenient-friendly-service. Never!! recommending your business to anyone.

My family was visiting Flagstaff when someone slammed into my brand new car! This was stressful and scary and a logistical nightmare but bringing the car to Flagstaff Collision Center was the best decision. There were certainly bumps in the road to getting my car fixed but these folks communicated, made me feel heard when I did get frustrated and fixed up my car beautifully. I live in Tucson and they even drove it half way to Phoenix so I wouldn’t have such a long drive. Ideally I won’t have any more crashes in Flagstaff but if I do I would absolutely come back to this facility. The GM Dillon took great care of my car!

Was able to get an estimate for my suv that broke down in june. Flagstaff collision has a system on their website that allows you to post pictures of damage that needs to be repaired. All from where ever you are.

We had the back window broken out of our Yukon. XL, along with a few other things caused by attempts to break in. Since we have a warranty on bodywork expiring soon, we thought wed get some prior dents and dings fixed up too. Chris was amazing and had to go back and forth with the warranty people to sort things out. But, we got it sorted. Normally, I dont deal with the car stuff. My husband will do it. Ive had too many negative experiences in that environment. However, my husband had a conflict and I had to pick up the car. Chris was wonderful. Very personable, not patronizing at all. I highly recommend.

I recently just moved here from Las Vegas so I took my Audi Q3 to Flagstaff Collision. I asked to see if it was at all possible to lift it so I could feel safer on Flagstaff Roads as well as using it for off-road use. Not only did they lift it past factory specs they used H & R Springs and sway bar. My SUV now feels like it can handle all of my off road needs and feels smoother than ever on the pavement. The staff is very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way.

I just took a used car my wife and a I had recently purchased to another body shop in town. I had a large scuff/scratch mark on my hood. The other shop said they could buff it, but it would still likely show. I took it to Flagstaff Collision Center and was impressed by there friendliness and professionalism, not to mention the facility itself. They buffed out the scuff/scratch mark and you would never know it was there. They also gave me a reference for a company that does dent removal. I am very particular about my vehicles and extremely pleased with the work they did. I normally dont take the time to write a positive or negative review

When I did decide to have them repair my car it was all done in a timely manor and I asked them to do a few things having nothing to do with the repairs and they went above and beyond my expectations and I was so impressed. Michael Whittmore who handled my case is an Ace in the field as far as Im concerned and his staff were always ready to help with all the other stuff, paper work, rental car etc. Its a family owned business where I felt like family.
