I have had to take a few cars here over the past 10 years and each time they have exceeded my expectations. The people who work there are very kind and personable. The work they do is always exemplary. Fit and finish of new parts are near perfect. They are worth stopping by if you need body work.

I took my beloved (yet very rusted) ‘98 Toyota Tacoma here for a welding job on the frame. The manager Chris was very straightforward about what was wrong and exactly what my options were. He went above and beyond in evaluating my situation and giving recommendations. I felt like I could really trust this business and enjoyed every interaction that I had at the garage. Might just be luck, but my truck was also done very fast and for half of the price originally quoted. I highly recommend this business.

I ordered a part, went over to check. Wow, part was in and they put it on right away. We need more businesses like this. Very helpful and reasonable. These people are the best.

Called and talked to an employee who told be the manager would call me back the next day. It didnt happen. The next week I called back and spoke to the same employee that told me the manager would call me back. It didnt happen. Called back the next week and got a quote for work from the employee that kept answering the phone. It was a good price. Too good apparently because everytime I would get a date to bring the vehicle in, Id get a call that day telling me that they couldnt do it and they would push the date out. Finally the last date came and I called to see what time I should bring the car in and the manger answers the phone and tells me, two months later, that they dont do that kind of bodywork there. He proceeds to tell me that the guy answering the phone shouldnt have told me they could do the work. Terrible service. Id find somewhere else to get work done.

Words cannot describe how great Campus Collision is. Chris and his team are spectacular and their work is absolutely superb. Sadly 3 of my cars have seen Campus Collision but I have always left satisfied. My insurance is through USAA and they even consider Campus Collision as the gold standard in which they back with a guaranteed warranty of their work. Thank you once again Campus Collision!

I couldnt overstate how amazing these guys were. Chris in particular went out of his way to get the assessment on my vehicle, allow me to drop it off and pick it up after hours - even picked me up himself on his day off because Enterprise was closed and I didnt have a ride to the shop. Not to mention the work they did is beautiful; you cant tell in any way that my car was in an accident. These guys will get 100% of my business and recommendations, 100% of the time.

The first staff member who I interacted with was angry with me from the moment I called. I had never met him before, but he was determined to be hostile with me. I was shouted down on the phone and refused service. I waited an hour and called back and got a different staff member. She was much more helpful and didnt ask me if I was stupid. This place has serious staff issues.

Im not one to complain much but I took my car in after my rear bumper was ripped off by a semi. The staff was great to deal with up until the point I got my car back and the paint on the bumper had appeared to start pealing. They said bring the car in and we will need it for a couple days and we will fix it. The problem with the bumper was fixed. Now right above the bumper the paint on the body is chipped now which was not like that prior to bringing the car in. I mentioned this to them and they said it was already like that (which it was not) when I brought it in and refused to correct the issue. You would think after going to a body shop the paint would not be pealing in the area they worked on shortly after the job. I guess this is why the other shops I called had a waiting list to get in and they were able to get my car in immediately. I certainly do not recommend them!

I was hit by someone who ran a red light about two weeks before I had to drive home to Colorado, by the time insurance gave me the money to have my car fixed I only had a week before I was heading home. I called or went to almost every shop in town and Campus Collision were the only people who said they would get it done, even though they already had a super busy week ahead of them! They worked so hard and made so many accommodations to get my car done on time. Not only was it un-paralleled customer service but the result was astonishing! My car looks flawless yet again. I will never take my car anywhere else if I ever need more work in the future. If you need work done you should look no further because honestly they were the only people in the whole process of this car accident that helped me. Thank you Chris, Gail, and anyone else who helped fix my car! I dont know what I wouldve done without them.

Did an amazing job on our car when we got hit! They didnt have the plastic strip for the door but they called us when they had some and put it on for us!

The best body shop in town!

Just asked for an estimate on replacing a front bumper cover and fog light. They refused to provide an estimate on specific cosmetic work saying $2500 minimum just to look at it. I priced the replacement part at $300 on-line. Dont bother going here unless someone else is paying.
