My experiences are usually good at this dealership, but the last time I was in I specifically told them not to rotate my tires because I have aftermarket wheels that require hub rings. The last time they rotated the tires they hub ring got stuck on the hub and was smashed together with another hub ring that stayed in the wheel (which it’s supposed to do). This caused the wheel to not seat properly and I was flagged down on the road by someone telling me how bad my tire was wobbling. I told them before that I had hub rings the first time I took it to them after I got the new wheels. So, this time I told them DO NOT rotate the tires. Well when I went to pay I found out they had done exactly that and now I’m stuck again with the same problem.

A previous employee stripped out my oil pan on last visit. The service folks had it repaired in a timely manner.
