I came in to get and oil change, hitch installed and wanted a tune up/inspection done. Ended up having a wheel bearing, back brakes & rotors, new wiper blades, license plate lights, cabin & engine air filters, tire rotation and more done. The technicians kept in contact and were upfront and honest about the repairs and pricing before going further (ex: they told me I was still within the safety zone of my rotors and brakes but I had them replaced). Pricing was in most cases cheaper than anyone else in town doing the work. Service was speedy and some before their estimated time. Will continue to use Brown Auto and recommend them.

I recently had my check engine light come on and was recommended to go to this place by a different auto shop in town. I was helped by a man named Rikkz and he was the most helpful person I could have asked for. They found out what was wrong with my car within 15 minutes (Turbo seized up). Rikkz gave me a printout of the breakdown of cost and told me I could call around for other quotes. Let me tell you, the 3 other places were asking substantially more then the quote he gave me. I got my car back within a day and it drives like the day I bought it. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else from now on.

Kevin Brown & his staff service our fleet of cars. They do an outstanding job of diagnosing problems, whether theyre a 911 or something that can wait a while. This helps us manage our costs. Turnaround is usually within a day or two, depending on needed parts.

I needed a brake line replaced, Midas quoted me $300 just for the line, another place told me 1800 for all 4 and calipers replaced. Brown auto told me 170-230 worst case scenario, new line and caliper.I dropped my car off this morning and they drove me home. they called soon after and said i needed 2 lines, i also asked them to replace a muffler mount and change the oil while they where at it.
