I was directed to this business via a FB group Im a part of as my daughter attended U Findlay, and they did not disappoint. To begin with, Kyle was fantastic as we discussed a possible workaround for the code the engine light was giving. It worked, and saved us money. In addition, I found the communication outstanding, both on the phone and through texts, as I dont live in Findlay, and they worked really hard to ensure my daughters car was fixed right. It took longer than expected, and as they ran into issues, it didnt translate into a larger bill. In addition, they took care to have the car BACK in to check that the work done on the car was done well.I will forever be grateful for their professionalism and care they take in their work. If you car has a problem, call them first.

1 week before taking my RV across the USA someone stole my Catalytic Converters. Kyle was able to get it in and repaired prior to our trip. I was warned that the check engine light might go on as the after market cats got use to the system. When we got back we brought it to them, they ran a diagnostic and found a burnt out O2 sensor that they replaced on their dime. I hold off giving a 5 star because the check engine light is still coming on. Kyle has it now and told me that he will not give it back to me until he figures out why the light is still coming on and fixes it. Stay tuned.

Have know Kyle awhile and he has always treated me right and always gave me better deals than what I could have gotten at other shops. If you want to go to a shop where they will not rip you off or sell you something you don’t need. lauck Auto is the place to go. I know my vehicles will always go to him to be worked on.

Lauck Auto was a god-send! We were traveling through Findlay, and our battery died! Kyle came out early in the morning, and you couldn’t ask for a better experience. He was professional, friendly, and helped us recharge our battery - my husband has mobility issues, but Kyle took care of everything. To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable. Such a good experience; I’d give 10 stars if I could! : )

So often I have thought I needed one thing repaired and they explained that it was either something else or advised me for a better and lesser expensive fix. I never feel like I am being overcharged for any repair.

Good family owned buisness. Fair and honest work. But most importantly they had puppers. Thats right. Plural. Multiple puppers. Two in total. And I got to pet them. I dont even care that my truck needed tires. I GOT TO PET PUPPERS!!!! 10/10 would pet again.

They did exhaust on my father in laws mustang. It was so low it was dragging the ground. Also they lifted it wrong and pushed out the fender. I had to redo all the exhaust work they did. Now the fender needs replaced. Very poor work.

I needed exhaust work done on two cars so I took my 25 year old pick up over there and they got it fixed up for a reasonable price with no issues. They even gave me a guarantee on the work as well as parts. So i then took our Honda Pilot over there, which has 246k miles, for an exhaust leak. They were able to find the leak in no time and asked me to come back and take a look at something, it turns out my tie rods were so loose I shouldnt have even been driving on them. They took care of that and about a week later I received thank you card in the mail from them. I can honestly say that was a first for me. Overall they were very polite and professional so I will be going back there with any repairs.

Want to get ripped off? Then come here. This shop represents everything bad in the auto repair industry and there are plenty of more reliable shops that know how to actually fix your car. I brought my car in because I couldnt get my car to stay running once it started. Literally took the owner 1 minute to tell me my key is bad, to use my spare key and charge me $50.About a week later, using the key Lauck Auto told me to use, I got stranded again and sent a msg to the shop owner asking if he would help me. He ignored me. The next day I sent another msg saying I would be writing a review on my experience. Well, what do you know... he instantly writes me back.Ended up taking my car to a proper service shop. They diagnosed my car for free and told me there is nothing wrong with my key, it is my immobilizer ring.If you want to waste your time and money then youre at the right place. Do yourself a favor and socially distance yourself from this shop.

Kyle Lauck runs a stand up business. Another shop in town lied to me by saying my truck was under warranty, then tried to charge me. But not Lauck Auto! They went to the other shop and picked up my truck and gave me proper information, and a rate at half the cost without know long what the other shop was charging!

Kyle was very professional but the rest of his employees were very unprofessional and I was cursed at . Cant believe this is the way they do business. They did good work but wouldnt recommend unless you want cursed at and insulted.
