The best customer service ever! It was like having a personal shopper! I needed help looking for some galvanized containers and the employee who I believe could’ve been the manager ended up helping us move items so we could see the full size. They were very helpful. I always love getting dog treats and balls from tractor supply because they were always reasonably priced. I did get charged for a bandanna on my receipt. I was only checking the price and had put it back. That is OK. I will call them about it tomorrow. I’m sure they will take care of it the next time I come in to visit. What a wonderful visit and excellent assistance. They even carried our items to the vehicle. I will for sure return.

Been to some locations that didnt really impress me but there is nothing wrong with this one. Store was really busy but clerks still found time to greet each customer. Online pick up order went surprising smooth thanks to Tara. Will definitely keep shopping at this location.

While getting our supplies for our ducks, my wife noticed that the ducklings had no water and the dish was bone dry. When we informed the girl at the register, she did not seem to care and said it would get done at close. Those birds had been with out water for a while and were trying to drink out of a dry water dish. If you are going to sell live animals, make sure your employees take care of them and take pride working for you. If not, then get people that will.

Glad they set precautions up makes me feel better shopping there.

Normally I would gladly give 5 stars for our Raeford NC Tractor Supply, but not today! Tomorrow is my Birthday and every year I get chicks 🐥, until this year I have had a great experience always purchasing healthy birds! Not this year 4 of my 5 I purchased have died! This has been horribly heart breaking! It didn’t need to happen! They changed the warming units for the birds and the poor babies were all huddled in the center barely hanging on! I begged to have them moved into the watering tanks with a heat light like they had done every other year, but the employees hands were tied and they had to follow orders. I’m so disappointed in Tractor Supply as a company right now! If your employees contact the main office then listen to them. You might just be losing profit but these poor animals are losing their lives😞😞😞😞

Has all the parts and pieces one needs for work. What is not on hand can be ordered which is better than not finding it. It has good quality work clothes and footwear.

Im not real familiar with tractor supplies layout period it seemed very disorganized to me and the prices were not that impressive. and then they did have a set of pillows that I was interested in but it was in a online order only area period so I wasnt sure if I was allowed to purchase these with the price tags on them or if I had to leave them because somebody else had already bought them

Service inside is fine. Just like any other tractor supply.. but..2 stars for the propane service. Might as well call ahead and schedule a day to fill your propane tanks. Multiple times ive came here hours before closing and Ive heard.. We dont have anyone who can fill.Along with Weve already locked the gate. And lastly.. its dark out... do yourself a favor and call ahead before wasting your trip

I love the staff, and there’s such a wide variety of items here I can get for my dog. I have 3 extra large breed dogs, and the tough toys they have here are amazing. They are durable and hold up for a lot longer than most toys at Petsmart. My dogs have had this and the bigger sized rabbit for several months, and they’re both still around and in good condition.

Went and used the dog wash today and it was a great experience, much easier than washing in the bath at home.Well stocked and had a great selection of shampoos.Towels available for use and a blow dryer.Although it couldve been cleaner as there was dog hair all over the floor.But I will continue to return.

Normally decent service unless youre getting propane.... Over multiple visits to fill propane, Ive learned theyll leave you outside for at least twenty minutes. Youll have to go back inside to ask for help at least once, if not more.

Awesome customer service at this store!!Came in 2 days ago and a female sales rep went above and beyond to help me find items that I needed based off pictures. Came back in again today and the manager was kind and helpful as well. 40 minute drive to this store and well worth it. Highly recommend.

Always enjoy visiting Tractor Supply when ever the need for something specific arises that traditional hardware or home improvement stores do not carry. They have saved the day many times where, without them, the days work would have ceased to continue. Good news for some, but for those trying to maintain a schedule and make ends meet, Tractor Supply enables my success where otherwise Id have to accept setbacks and temporary defeat.

While the staff were friendly, they have a very poor selection of the clothing they carry (I was specifically looking for Wrangler jeans) and the stock they did have was covered in spiders.

Kareem helped me to remove my old eder head the main bolt was almost sold unable to be remove he help get it off and then helped to attach the new eder head vary nicely he is a great worker.

Always like to go to tractor supply, can usually find what I want or if not they are pretty helpful in searching stuff down for me. I usually try to hit the sales here because they are a really good deal. Service is good too.

They have merchandise that you might not find at other big places. Every body is usually nice and knowledgeable. We buy our dog food here, good prices for dog food. But, not everything has a good price. We still recommend it, for the diversity of their stocks, and the home town feel.

I love Tractor Supply, I switched my dogs to 4Health sold there because one of my rescue dogs just wouldnt put on weight with other brands I tried and shes been on it about 10 months and looks so much healthier. I also love the fact that they sell shots for your pets that you can self administer or go while they have a vet there and buy the shot and theyll administer it free of charge.

Everyday things you need as well as little gems. Gardening pets of all sizes you name it youll find it there. They also have a vet come in on posted days. Check it out youll love it!

I was so happy to find the tools I was looking for. They have great prices and fast checkout. Friendly cashiers as well and you can groom your pet here. So cool

Usually the workers are very nice and helpful. I was like the only one there and I felt ignored. Like the lady wouldnt give me eye contacts. Yes, I did said excuse me a couple of times. Either she deaf are pretend she didnt hear me. I end up finding what Im looking for by myself.They have a Vet clinic in there, so its very convenient for pets check up. I use to bring my Dog to the Pets SuperMarket for vaccinations. TS have a good range of Grain Free Dog foods and a small variety of house decor. They have horse mats which I use for gym.

TS customer service has always been better when compared to other competing stores however, this location surpasses all expectations !! I got there 10 minutes prior to closing while they were cleaning to close and received excellent service. Shawn greeted me immediately and even though I asked him to only point me in the right direction, he insisted on bringing me to the item. He showed me all of my choices, explained the difference between them all and suggested his opinion of the best value for my needs. I was expecting tired staff, unhappy with a last minute customer but found the complete opposite. The cashier even took her time to enroll me in their rewards program with only minutes to closing. 5 stars stars doesnt do them justice !

I was in need of a specific type of oil that they seem to constantly be out of so they said they would order some and notify me when it got there. I waited about 2 1/2 months and still nothing so I called and went through the same ordering and waiting and about 3 weeks went by and just decided screw it and ordered from Amazon. They were polite when dealing with them but they clearly didnt do what they said they would unless there was some logistical problem they didnt foresee

We have chickens so we go to Tractor Supply on a regular basis. The employees are always very nice and do what they can to get questions answered, or direct us to what were looking for. Sometimes I can see that employees get bored and might play on their phones, which doesnt really bother me, but I can see it being something that other customers dont appreciate.

Love the store. The employees are nice, the store is mostly always stocked. The only thing they could stock a little better on is their 4 health brand dog food. They are out half of the time I make my trips. Employees are also sometimes a little hard to find. Very nice selection and always a better price.

Love this place! Reminds me of Co-Op in Arizona! They have a little bit of everything! You can wash your pets in the stand up tubs so you dont kill your back and its only $9.99+tax! They supply everything you need, including shampoos/conditioners, dryer, toenail cutters, brush, combs and towels! They have baby ducks and different breeds of baby chicks! They sell clothes and riding lawn mowers and everything in between! Their dog food is a great for your dogs and is an awesome price too! They even have human snacks, lol! Love this place!!!

I enjoy coming to this place and bringing my granddaughters.I can always find what I am looking for or the employees can help you order it if not in Stock.The employees are very friendly and helpful but sometimes busy.I would have rated 5 stars but some times the isles are block or something spill.

This location has a dog washing station. The best $10 I have used this year; your back will thank you. Especially if you have a 160 lbs St. Bernard that hates bathes... just saying.

I live in Hope Mills. The nearest tractor supply store to me is in Raeford. Which is about a 30-minute drive. The only place I can get the 50 lb bag of sports mix black bag for a good price. I drive down there about every three week to another bag. Unfortunately half the time there out of stock. I give then 3 stars because its a good story and good people and polite pe people work there. I just wish they could get better at keeping my dog food in stock.

I need to remember to look here first. Sometimes I need a strange item to build or repair something. Tractor Supply always seems to have things the big guys dont have. Wide selection of quality pet food, as well.To top it off, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I only buy my dog food fro. Here, but the staff is always friendly and helpful! I love how easy it is to get in and out with my toddler. The last time I visited there were no shopping cart with seats which made it hard to carry my son and push a bag of dog food, but maybe next time.

I like TSC . Employees are always friendly and help you out. But to tell you the truth I miss the old crew. There are some of them up there still and I am happy about that, but I miss the other ones too. It always felt like a big old family.

Young folks working in retail should learn that when a customer ask where a product is located the answer is not over there and point off in a random direction in the store. Take them to the location of the product. One other thing, ask the customer do you need any information on the product or a ask is there any thing else I could do to assist you.

Its hard to describe what this location is. Think a very small Lowes that has horse food chicken feed and dog food. And clothing. Farm owners will rejoice as they have the feed mentioned and other supplies. They always have a huge selection of small tools and flashlights. You never see the same thing twice although everything here is brand-new. Ive always gotten great service from the friendly people. See the photograph to understand the store.

I love tractors and I love supplies. Came here to buy a trailer with a friend to attach to the back of his truck. Would be five stars but the staff member who was helping us left us outside wondering if he’d ever return for almost 30 minutes in the cold. Btw they have more than tractors here and stuff for tractors. I did some Christmas shopping here one time.

Needed primer bulb for chainsaw purchased there. No bulb in tune up kit. Should be apart of tune up. Instead, only thing on hand is a universal kit for $12.95. Went online and just ordered 6 primer bulbs from Amazon for less than $7 with free shipping. Primer bulb wears out and leaks over time. TSC needs to carry more parts in my opinion for the saws they sell.

Went in to buy a trailer tire/rim today, only had one left in the size that I needed.When I got it to the check-out we noticed that the tire wasnt mounted correctly onto the rim. The cashier told me that perhaps I could get it on discount (that would make sense since Id have to take it to a tire shop and pay to have the tire mounted correctly) but the manager said no.So anyways, long story short, the tire/rim remains on their rack for sale even though its messed up. So buyer beware if youre shopping for 15 utility trailer tires! Im afraid someone might buy it and then have trouble if they put it onto their trailer...

Very poor customer service when buying chicks, wasnt given much time to look at the chicks and choose which ones I wanted, and ultimately ended up with one who has deformed feet. When I called to see if I could exchange that chick for a healthier one I was treated like that was a ridiculous request. I normally love shopping there, but I wish I would have found a local feed store instead. I will take my business elsewhere, even with the very close location of TSC to me.

I love this place they have everything you need from clothing to pet supplies and pet food. Probably the best place to find anything Carhartt. They have the best selection of good durable work wear that I have found anywhere in my area . Always have good deals too. We ordered a product online and had it shipped to the store. There were two employees working the registers with long lines of customers ready to check out. After waiting almost 30 minutes, we ended up leaving without our package.

Very nice staff, always friendly and helpful. If its on sale but not in stock ask the staff for a future sales credit to get it at the sales price when stock is available theyll even email you when the product cones in.

It can be hard to find an employee sometimes, but the selection is good. There are occasionally very good sales if you keep on the look out for them.

Tractor Supply Co. is not the same store it was in years past. They have fewer items one needs for a working farm and more farm and country themed knic knacks. For the first time ever they did not have the item I was looking for.
