I LOVE visiting this store! Not just for the great sales prices, but especially because of the very friendly and helpful employees. At a recent visit, a cashier named Free, was so awesome that I wanted to stay and help sweep the floors! Great store! Keep up the great customer service folks! :-)

The Skibo store is a good one. But they do sell out of things quickly since its the popular Harbor freight in town.

Items displayed on the shelf and price were not available the person who helped me check the other stores with no avail. She could not tell me how to get the item which was a lawn mower lift. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything.

Went to purchase a trailer from the advertisement called every local store no one had it, so we went in to get a raincheck and my husband bought another item from the advertisement when we arrived back home he realized it was the wrong one. The lady in the store said the delivery truck came and the trailer was in so we asked can we put a hold on it so we can go get our truck since the item is large. Come all the way home 45 min. Go all the way back pick up trailer get halfway home realize its the wrong one! Go back to be told the one coupon was retracted so we got our money back and will not be buying from there again

I love this place. Im a Harbor Freight fan anyway, but this location is really a great one. Its always super clean and organized, the staff is helpful, and lines are always short and quick even when its busy. Makes it really good for a quick stop between jobs.

The Ole Hobo Freight is my toy store.. I visit once a week in about every town i visit. I love this location and the one across town. I was searching for an engine lift and no one had one. Just so happened they had one here that had come in on the truck.. But the store was closing. They held it for me until i could get off work. Harbor Freight hires quality employees who 97% of the stores Ive been into have been courteous. I have only met one surly employee in any of all the locations Ive been in. I have nothing bad to say about harbor freight. If youre looking tools and toe tired of paying what Depot, Slowes, and others charge stop in. Especially the Fayetteville stores.!!!!

Found a great deal on a come along AND of course left with several other items i couldnt do without. Posted a picture of me using the new come along.

Always a great experience. Any location. People super helpful. Even when CALIFORNIA wild fires, shut down computers!!! All charges were correct. And the staff would hunt for inventory items not on disply!! Great people!!

Excellent service and selection!

Its Harbor Freight. Yes the quality of some stuff is questionable, but with such a variety of products you can find exactly what you need that will do the job ever time with out spending an arm and a leg. The best part about this store is the staff. If you cant find what you need or are unsure ask. They will get you what you need for the job with the best price.

They have a huge selection of tools. The prices are also very reasonable.

Great store but not enough help to get around to what I need I dont like having to go up and down every stinking aisle just to find one or two things I dont know where things are staff is just at the cash registers and nowhere else and theres only maybe one or two they could do better

They hooked me in with the $5 dollar gronder, then I picked up everything I needed to fix my deck and fence. Everything was in stock and at the best price. The associate even found a few coupons and deals I was not aware of to help me save even more.

Lots and lots of tools. I found hooks I had been looking for to use at work, really cheap and they work better that the one I had. Got all kinds of bargains, so did my son.

They had the brand item I was looking for at a comparable price.

Theres a good selection of tools and great customer service up to the management level.

Great place to find tools at great prices. Bad experience regarding management. When another cashier opens to help another long line... It should never be told to the clients another cashier only had 2 clients! Instead workers should be instructed to redirect clients, by same order, to the order register. Today I had people behind me running straight to the other cashier. Not civilized at all.

Competent employees are clearly hard to find

Ive been a decades long HF customer from east to west coast and everywhere in between. Between our homes and businesses, weve spent a lot of money here. The battery-operated tools are still pretty poor but the pneumatic and hand tools are fine. The tools are all made from by non-HF factories from generic templates. If you do your homework, you can get a tool that will last you a while particularly if you dont buy the cheapest one they have. Buy good name brand blades.

This place has everything: gloves, welding equipment, 99 cent hammers fashioned from the tears of Chinese child laborers... Everything! The people who work there are nice, and the customer base seems to solely be made up of old, retired mechanics that are just begging for the sweet release of death. Its awesome!

The new Harbor Freight store on Skibo Rd. is awesome. Nice, new layout that isnt cramped. Friendly employees. The store manager, Latoya is wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff when it comes to questions about tool etc. A great place to go to for low priced tools.

Manager is exceptional! Very helpful, understanding, and present around the store.Cashiers, however, are exactly the opposite. One of the girls even rolled her eyes at me for standing in line in place of my mom while she stood the the side with a large item.

This is my go to place for low cost tools and some shop supplies. The people who work there that I came into contact with were nice and helpful to find things and use coupons. I just wish they had more accessories for things like pressure washers available locally or online. Thanks

This place is great. Bought a cargo hauler at a great price. Shopped around and considered buying used. In the end harbor freight had the best deal. Got home and assembled it and found out my cargo box would not fit. Went back and exchanged it no problem as always. Very pleased with the service, price and products.

Worse customer service I have ever had!! I asked two different employees to help me find something.they both gave me two different locations in the store!! SMH.. the manager made feel uncomfortable when I asked for a 3rd time!! Im surprised.. I have always shopped at harbor freight in San Diego ans Las Vegas.. They treated me like gold.. thats not the case here.. I wont ever return!! Amazon prime Will be my go-to place until I can find a hardware store that knows how to treat people!!

Easy place to find and shop for electrical tools.

I love this place! Very friendly employees and even when busy they are super friendly and answer questions. The value and prices cant be beat. Im sure the tools arent made to last forever but they are good quality at a fraction of the prices at the mega-home improvement stores. The free/discounted items in their circular are a must grab!

The only reason I give them one star is because I can’t give them zero. This store needs new staff. I asked TJ(manager) the day after thanksgiving if I could purchase a tool chest in their ad and pick it up later. He told me it was not necessary. He said they didn’t have them, but would get them on Wednesdays truck and to come back then and he would honor the price. When I called the store Wednesday to see if they got them in, the associate told me I had to have a rain check and got the manager. The manager refused to honor the price and said TJ wasn’t trained and he shouldn’t have told me that. When I got upset, she told me belligerently not get upset with her that she was trying to help me. She wasn’t trying to help me. In fact, she kept reiterating why she wouldn’t help me. Very unprofessional.I contacted the Harbor Freight on Clinton Rd and they were more than happy to honor the price. Needless to say, I won’t be shopping at the Skibo Rd location again even though it is much closer.

Love Harbor Freight, Ive been shopping the east side store since it opened almost 2 decades ago. The employees were always nice and helpful. Excited when this location opened! Thats not the case in this store, the store manager, George, totally lacks the attitude and skill to provide the level of service, Ive come to expect from this company.

Great place to shop especially if you are on a budget. Tools are as good as anywhere else. The staff are always courteous and very helpful. At the checkout they always check to see if theres a coupon to help you out, I think this is super.
