This place is a joke. I ordered a custom necklace. It showed up 6 weeks late. I requested a refund at week 3 because it had not been made. I was granted a refund and then still charged when it magically appeared 6 weeks late. I went to look at quality and the custom engraving was poorly done. Names were backwards and font per letter was different. I was again granted a refund but by now I only got 50% of my money back because discounts and shipping do not refund. Keep in mind I was granted a refund before it shipped 3 weeks prior to this. Almost like a scam.

If you are looking for an honest, helpful, and knowledgeable jewelry person, look no further than Eva! I took a competitors ring in for a repair because the competitor would not honor their warranty. She encouraged me to go talk to then anyway. I did, and now they are going to fix my ring all under the warranty! Eva saved me $. She couldve went ahead and repaired my ring and made $, but she didnt! Integrity at its finest!!! Thank you sooo much Eva! I will be back!

Horrible service! My order has been late for a month. Called the customer service and she told me to wait for another month before calling again. Extremely rude and condescending.

Worst shopping experience of my life. Anytime I wanted to buy something, their customer service was so deplorable that I decided to cancle my credit card with them.I have felt like I had to work harder, and deal with more hoops and set backs, then should ever be necessary to make a purchase. Dont go to this company. Save yourself the head ache and just take your money elsewhere
