This place is awesome! My husband bought a few pieces for me from this location and every time we go in or call they automatically know who I am and who he is! They remember us as the months go by and take really good care of us! They facilitated an exchange for us and repairs very seamlessly! They are amazing!
The two gentlemen that helped me at the counter couldn’t have been more pleasant, I wished I had remembered to get both their names, but they both went above and beyond to help me.

Overall a very good experience, Darlene attended to our needs, she was very knowledgeable with the details and prices of each piece we examined.I like that Kay Jewelers offered an insurance type policy for their items, if anything gets losted or becomes loose, theyll repair it at no cost.They also discounted the piece at least 10% which save us money and we liked that.I would highly recommend shopping at Kay Jewelers and we look forward to our next shopping experience soon.

A couple of years ago, I took my gorgeous 25th wedding anniversary ring in for cleaning and inspection. They discovered that the main diamond had a small crack. No biggy because the hubs got the warranty. Wrong! It was SIX DAYS out of warranty. So they wouldnt honor it. We vowed to never go back! Recently, the ring needed a small repair, so I took it to a competitor to see about fixing it. The sweet lady at that store encouraged me to return to Kays to get it fixed. I explained the warranty situation and the vow. She said go anyway. Reluctantly, Idid. And Thank You Lord, with the help of Diane, Terissa, and Jeff, all repairs will be made UNDER THE WARRANTY!!! If you havent been to Kays lately, go! They now have employees that have supreme customer service! I will be back! Diane, thank you for helping me find some pieces to add to my wish list!
The employees here are useless. My fiances diamond fell out of her ring and we took it in. I paid extra for the warranty to cover this, but said it wasnt covered because we missed an inspection. I wasnt told that I needed the inspections to keep the warranty. It was my first time buying a ring. Ive gone in there 8 times to make payments and have told them I never received my kays credit card or anything in that matter. They told me I should have known about the inspections from the packet when you purchase comes in the mail or my email. I didnt even have an email set up with them and Ive told them I havent received anything the mail from them. They are just useless people. I wont be going to kays again, except to pick up my ring since its getting a diamond replaced. If you want good quality service and items, go to zales. They are great. Also, the exact same ring was 200 dollars cheaper there...
