But, I do know the people here were really awesome and they have a neat and unexpected lower level with more chill people and this blue couch, too.In conclusion, I will return one day when I need furniture.

We came in last Sunday after having a horrible experience at a bigger store. Debra helped us out tremendously!! We were looking for a twin bed set and she found us so many that we had a hard time choosing! We came back on Monday to order the one we wanted and ended up buying a dining room table too!! We came back today to pick up our table and ended up finding a new bed set for our little man that we don’t have to order, so we’re going home with a new bed set!! Debra is AWESOME!! Go see her!! I purchased a king mattress set a month ago I have not slept on it because the mattress is defective I called them several times and went to the store some guy named tony came to the house he saw the mattress was not right but told me to sleep on it I told them a few days later to come and get the set and Tony told me to pick out another set I was told they couldnt get the new set for a week tony refused to pick up the set at the house until the new set comes I told them I didnt want the new set I will go somewhere else at that point I was told they will not pick up the set from my home I feel I am forced to deal with them the mattress suppose to have a ten year warranty it is 30 days old and has not been slept on I will never do business with them or okinus again I hope this place goes out of business they deserve zero stars

Prices are very affordable and they have many options to work with all credit types. All of their employees are great and treat all customers coming through the door with respect. Ms. Mandy went above and beyond to make sure I was not only getting just any kind of mattress but a mattress that would be beneficial to my health and well being involving my medical condition so for that I gladly appreciate that. Will continue to come back and will refer anyone looking for any kind of furnishing for their home to give them a look or chance before anywhere else and you won’t regret it.

The furniture is moderately priced. There is a large variety of items to choose from. The customer service experience was ok, but there are too many sales persons asking if they can assist you. Once be twice if I look lost. Otherwise they were friendly and professional.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! This will be my second time purchasing a bed from them. I went in looking for a king size bed for my guess bedroom. I was greeted at the door by Stephanie. She was very nice and so helpful. I picked the bed I wanted and I took her through the RINGER .. lol. Back and forth because I was do indecisive. But through it all, she was very patient. And she was very helpful with making a decision. I visited other stores over the weekend, and because of the pandemic, stock is very low. But this store had a good selection of everything and they had some good prices. I’m happy with my purchase.

So initially I was happy with the service that I received. I was told that I would be able to receive a sectional out of the box from the warehouse BUT when I came to pick up my order they told me that there was an error and I had to get the floor model of my sectional...the guy who works in the warehouse putting your furniture on the truck had a very nasty attitude!!! Like horrible!!!! So when I was just asking simple questions about my sectional he gave me the worst attitude! And I came off nothing but respectful!! I considered the floor model but when the ride associate sat on the couch trying to be petty I was all the way done!! This was a horrible display of professionalism! I’m to the point of tears now because I move in today and now I don’t have a couch! Horrible communication and service!!!
