Decided on a sleep number bed after researching and the customer service rep we spoke to was friendly and answered all our questions. We had to purchase the flex fit frame for the mattress. We had to pay for them separately but we had to purchase them together. And we were assured by the sales rep we could return the bed within 90 days if we didn’t like it. Well we didn’t like it and decided to go with Tempurpedic. However very conveniently they do not take returns for the very expensive flex fit frame that we were told we needed to purchase. That is horrible customer service to have your customers purchase a frame and bed together but only allow for the bed to be returned.

Great experience with this sleep number store. Made an appointment with Mike who was waiting for us when we came in. Very knowledgeable about the beds and answered all our questions. We purchased the i8 split king bed and can’t wait for it to be delivered. We were not rushed or pressured to buy. I would recommend this store and staff highly.

WARNING: NON-REFUNDABLE $2100 for the bed frame which during the sale the sales rep will not bring your attention to the total cost you will never recoup. They advocate a “30 day return policy,” but at no point state “oh by the way, if you don’t like it you will not get half your money back.” They quickly breeze through the nonrefundable part but note, at no point highlight half your purchase is nonrefundable. I am now stuck with a base bc I did not like their product and at no point fully understood I would be out that much money. Their response “sorry you didn’t understand but you can use this base with other beds.” Note, to do that you have to pay more money to make it compatible. Do yourself a favor and go with a more honest business.

The Cross Creek Mall Sleep Number store was well worth stopping by. The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They didn’t try to pressure us into anything.The store itself was clean. Hand sanitizer and facemasks were at the door in case customers didn’t have one. There is space to maneuver around, but it is smaller than a normal bed store.We decided to purchase the i8 and weren’t pressured into further upgrades. The purchase process was simple and painless.We highly recommend going to this store especially if you’re looking to sleep better. What you get for the price is leaps and bounds above other mattresses and stores.

My plan was to go into the store for a wedge to help me with Vertigo. We had discussed getting a bed but was not approved for enough online. However, both sales reps at the store was able to make things happen and get us the bed of choice for our needs and price range. Overall, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Love the employees in the store. Walked in the store unsure of what I really wanted just knew I wanted a sleep number bed. I was told of the different options, laid in the bed, learned how to use the bed, and found my forever bed all in one afternoon. They treat you like family. I will definitely send my friends there when they decide they want their forever bed.

I had been considering a Sleep Number bed for many years but I wanted to make certain that I made the best decision on which mattress to buy. My background includes both Engineering and Sales so not only are the details important to me but Im also knowledgeable on sales techniques and gimmicks. I visited your store while doing my research ( along with many others) on a Tuesday. As it turned out my sales person was the store manager, Terry. She was fantastic and did a great job of explaining the beds and their features. There was never any pressure to buy. Since I needed to purchase 2 beds, I told her I would be back Friday. On my second visit there were more Sales Consultants working and before I left they made me feel like family. They were very patient with me and very informative plus extremely professional. AMAZING Customer Service. Amber and everyone else there was super accommodating. We were there with our little ones (1 and 2) and they were wonderful. Every member of the staff had something to do with making our experience pleasurable. We purchased the P5, the cooling pad, and a pillow. Best retail experience, honestly, ever. :)

Had the bed for six weeks...the base is malfunctioning! Call Sleep Number customer service...the person at customer service was useless as they informed me the Base cannot be returned( a point the saleman and online sales conveniently glossed over or just did not mention) ...the base is made by a company known as Leggett and Platt...and they are going to try to have a technician come hopefully within 10 business days. If I was do it over again...I would not purchase a sleep number bed...base malfunctioning at June 1, 2020... bed delivered at my home the last week in April 2020...beware.

We had an awesome experience finding our sleep number bed in the Fayetteville store. The staff was very friendly and the answered all questions we had and then some. Amber was our sales associate and she was very knowledgeable about their products and cert helpful. She also made us feel comfortable like we were right at home. I would recommend shopping for your sleep number products at this store to anyone.

This purchase was returned. I found a better quality, higher rated bed that was 1/2 the price of the sleep number bed. The sales person that I talked to at sleep number customer service was extremely rude. I purchased a Personal Comfort bed (competitor brand) for nearly 1/2 the price of the sleep number bed. Will never purchase again.

When you have to purchase a mattress in a rush and this is the store in your neighborhood, I understand. The customer service was excellent. The mattress was average. But who returns a mattress???

Ive been a Sleep Number user for over two years, now. I will never buy another mattress, save for another Sleep Number bed if I want to upgrade in the future.The staff at this location exemplify the courtesy and professionalism that I have come to expect from the folks at Sleep Number.Some folks here have complained about staff not providing all information on their mattresses; this could not be further from the truth. Each and every question I had was answered fully and truthfully. All warranty information is fully available in the store, and online, prior to purchase. Im not sure why the reviewer had an issue, but if the manager asked them to leave and threatened to call security, Im going to guess the reviewer was less than respectful. ;)

Walked in on Aug 26, 2018, with my family to look at the beds and find out how comfortable they truely are. Started off looking at the i10, inquiring about a king size. All in this is a $9k+ bed. The sales associate assisting us, Amber C., was very friendly, provided good information and was very polite.During the sales process my 6 month old son needed a diper, there are no public rest room in the store so my wife went to change him in the floor in a corner with our changing pad since we were the only customers in the store. The other sales associate in the store was very rude and pointed out that there was a public bathroom with changing tables next door.When looking at purchasing a $5-10k bed you expect friendlier service. It is also a good thing he didnt become hungry or my wife would had to go out into a more public area to feed him.
