Never answer there phones says 24/7 open drive there and it’s closed

This clown was scheduled to come fix my Sharp TV. Sharp set up an appointment with this clown to fix my TV he was supposed to be here between 9:30-10:00 AM Oct. 3rd 2014 he never showed so I called at 10:36 AM to find out what was going on he said he was running behind and assured me hed be out asap, again no show so I again at 12:50 PM once again he assured me hed be out and again no show so I called again at 5:08 PM he once again reassured me he still planned on showing up before he went home. It is now Oct. 4th 2014 and we have never hear from him again. I did some checking and come to find out one of the phone numbers is his home and one is his business line, he was at home both times once in the morning and at the 5:08 PM call he had no intention of ever coming to fix the TV. Stay clear of this one. Now, since my time is just as important to me as his time is to him he will receive a bill for the hours I missed at work, I too am an independent business owner and because of this clown I missed a day of work for no reason the only difference is I charge $25.00 per hour for my time. If I dont work I dont get paid.

This man is a joke and should be closed by BBB. Had my vintage pioneer receiver for 4 months hoping i would forget it. I called every two weeks and he would tell me he was waiting on parts. I got tired of his BS and called the vacuum cleaner shop where i dropped it off, told the red headed guy there who was very nice to tell him i was taking him to small claims court if he didnt bring my receiver to me. I got it back but never again under any circumstance will i deal with this Guy again. I cant rate this persons work.

I wish I could negative stars. This guy is trash! Called 2 times he told me to call back then never answered. Next time he said he wanted to look up parts and he would call back and never did... shady place don’t go there !

Very rude, inappropriate, and not professional at ALL!!! I called this man Friday afternoon. He returned my phone call Saturday morning stating he would come to my house around 3pm to check out my TV. 3:45 rolls around and I call him and he states he was backed up and would be there at 5pm. At 5:50 I call him and he doesnt answer. He then proceeds to call me today (Monday) and says he was sorry he had a few hiccups and would come this afternoon. Well it is now 7:30 and hes not answering his phone.

Unprofessional. TV has been with him for two months and still hasnt fixed it. Will provide excuses as to why it isnt done. Lacks customer service skills, like calling you with an update. As the other reviewer wrote, you literally have to hound this guy for information. We were patient the first month because we understand it takes time for parts to arrive but going on 2 months and it is still not done. Terrible service.

100% UNAVAILABLE. Do not WASTE your time. Hes evasive and FULL of EXCUSES!!! Hows he opened 24hours and hes a one-man shop. Again dont waste your time!!

Firstly this mans shop is a TV grave yard. I am currently waiting on him to open the shop (under threat of filing complaint against him.) I looked in the shop window and theres about 50 TVs and electronics on the floor and all over. It seems that he probably salvages peoples TV parts to fix other Tvs. He says parts are on back order, and thats only when you hound him exhaustively. I mistakenly gave this dude my TV on November 8th with the promise it would be done by thanksgiving. Its now December 12th and Im sitting outside his shop waiting for him to show up so I can get my TV into a real repair mans hands. He is to old with to many issues to handle this business, unless what he told me is true (these tvs are here cause people couldnt pay) he has a serious back log and could possibly face a law suit. This shop should be black listed for Fort Bragg soldiers, thats if it isnt already.

If I could give this store no stars I will. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. I took my tv there to repair. A month and a half later he still did not repair my tv. His excuse was that the parts to fix it has not come in yet. Really!?? Its been over a month and you still have not fixed my tv. Save yourself some time and dont go.

Insane this man is like 95 years old, blind and smells horrible.he cant not walking No tools.he charges $30 to came to our house he do not know was wrong with the tv, we payd him to go.was horrified moment.Do Not call this old man, you will be soo mad.

Very unprofessional we called this guy and sent him a picture of the part that was damaged and he said that the whole tv was fried and it wasnt worth fixing A 55INCH SMART TV!!! that was brand new like we just bought it that day. I found the part on amazon with no knowledge of what im doing and ordered the part for 8 bucks it came 3 days later and inwas able to fix it myself for 8 bucks a tv he told me was trash!!!! He has no clue what he is doing or talking about i would never take anything to this guy also his address is for a vacume shop and is never even there ...... i would recommended the place ifixit at cross creek mall that dude is super smart and is always there he looked at the damaged part and asked some questions about the tv and left me very confident that the part i ordered would fix it and gave me some knowledge on what to do very nice guy but this guy i do not recommend he told me to trash my $500 tv

Called and asked if he had some parts i needed for a tube radio. He told mw to call nack kater and hung up. Dudes an ass. Will never visit again. Couldnt find the store had to call.
