After driving an hour to come to the store after being told the cup lid could be switched out, I get here and they will not come to a resolution to replace the lid. I asked for help after getting no response on a message as well. I am very unhappy with their customer service. I should not be out $8.00 for poor quality of a cup. I asked them if they could order just the lid or switch out but, said they could not do that as the cup and lid come together. I offered to buy the lid and nothing. I would of bought another cup if offered a discount due to having to purchase another cup. This is advertised as a kids cup. It got DROPPED accidentally not, thrown from the height an almost 2 year old. It was my FIRST TIME using the cup! Not great quality at all. I was so excited about this store telling everyone about it but, sadly I will be thinking twice to recommend.They didn’t even take the extra steps to see if their supplier offered replacement lids or be willing to offer a half price on the cup as to purchase another lid. If I sold this to a customer as a finished product and they came to me about the lid, I would go to my supplier which in this case is Jasie, I would have to eat the cost I charged them and I would resolve the issue as good customer service gets loyalty customers. You are not willing to eat the cost to resolve an issue with the quality of the cup, which the lid is a part of! You are my supplier for my needs and I am telling you that problem was with the lid of the cup which is sold together! The cup cannot be used without the lid for a child which the cup is advertised as a kids cup. Like I said it wasn’t even used yet! It was in the process of getting used!I am more angry with the behavior of the manger there. The girls that first greeted were kind. The manager came up with an attitude right off the bat. Lying that they responded to my message and then to tell me the employee that said it could be replaced did not have authorization to say it could be switched when I got there instead of calling me back!!!! You wasted my time, gas, and money on a cup and then to be greeted with rude behavior. YOUR EMPLOYEE SAID IT COULD BE REPLACED!!! Good customer service would of ate the money for a cup, gave the lid, reprimanded the employee, and said this was a one-time resolution.I will give you this, you are great on getting customers for one time. No loyalty though! I’ve spent a good chunk of my money there on the 2 times I’ve been and told several fellow vinyl personalization businesses about your store because I was so supportive. But now they know to visit with caution on items and how your customer service responds.Also very deceitful in deleting comments talking about their customer service and the quality of cup. If a business doesn’t have transparency then what else are you hiding? How many unhappy customers have there been?

I ordered personalized labels for my clothing.They messed up my labels saying they went strictly by the email that was sent. If that was the case the Labels would have been as follows.Bella Grace BoutiqueSizes: S M L XL 1XL 2XL etc.Instead it was printed:Bella Grace BoutiqueSize Small (bigger print than the name)I had a very detailed conversation with the young lady and they were not willing to fix my order.Needless to say I wont be going back because I feel as though they did not care that I am now out of $72.00 but I guess you get what you pay for.

I wish I could give more than a 5 star review! This business has went above and beyond. I just recently received a 15x15 heat press and I’m in love with it! I have received blanks within a week or less! Their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone, especially starting out! You will not be disappointed one bit.

I’ve been searching for a store like this for my growing business but seeing the responses to other reviews, this business seems unprofessional with poor customer service so if anyone knows anywhere else please let me know as soon a possible.

I love the store! Customer service is fabulous, if they are having a hard time getting items and they are upfront and honest from the beginning. Some customers don’t understand that sometimes owners are out of control with items that get shipped to them and that’s a shame. Everything I have ever gotten has been fabulous and if it was in stock shipped immediately. You absolutely will not regret shopping the store. I live in Michigan and I think it’s only taking a couple days at most to get to me. Thank you for always being awesome!!!

I ordered a cup for the same day pick up. However, I had to call and check to see if my expedited order was ready x2. When I picked up my cup, the sales associate told me that I was to receive an email informing that the cup was ready. I never received an email. When I informed the company as a nice gesture of the situation, they couldn’t EVEN apologize. I will use Shutterfly from now on. Poor customer service. A simple acknowledgment of the situation and or apology would have sufficed.2/18/21- I would like to be fair, give an update and was planning on giving more stars. But then I read their reply. I will give an example of professionalism because someone needs assistance. I HAD to order a cup and shirt - of course last minute. This time I went into. the store and made the order and was fortunate to get a call (same day pickup). KUDOS. However, I feel that their reply was a prime of the customer service you can get at this establishment.

They’re selling blanks that they have no education on, I followed their directions on how to use the materials and it don’t work. When asking what happen, they will give you the in around and then try to change their answers when you’ve already tried something they said. If I could’ve gave no stars I would’ve. Definitely won’t buy from the “Local Craft Store” anymore.

I was there today and your employees were very rude especially one I asked her about the sublimation T-shirts where were located and she act like she didn’t work there. she was walking around acting like She didn’t work here or even want to help me out..I also asked about the Mica powder and her response was I don’t know what that is.I’ve been there several times and every time I go it seems like customer service is starting to really lack their service!!! A few weeks ago I walked in there with my family to purchase some cups and when I got home we noticed that there was no straws in them I notify the owner right away and her response was they should be in there.I also bought epoxy from them and it end up messing up three of my cups and she lectured me about knowing how to measure equal parts. like if I didn’t know what I was doing. To top it off I drove 1hr and 20 mins every-time ...I will tell you this I will not be showing up there anymore too bad you lost a customer!!

I only gave it four stars because its only my second visit and I think the prices are a little higher than the usual on certain items. But overall the store is nice, neat and very clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. And Ive been told their vinyl lasts longer and was better quality, so I will see.

I spend a ton of money in this store every week with my craft business. Purchased a tumbler from here only to find when I got home it had no lid. Took it back to the store only to get a lid for it, and was told I was out of luck bc I had no receipt. I always pay with my credit card and they didn’t even show that I had made a purchase in 6 months when I am in there almost twice a week every week. Terrible customer service. You can clearly tell the box was from the store because it had their sticker on it. All I needed was a lid not another tumbler, but they wouldn’t even do that. I will never step foot in here again if this is the way they treat customers who have supported their business as long as they’ve been open.

Great service and items for sublimation

Jasie vinyl is a good store overall but over priced. People only come when they have good sales. Also they have a bathroom but won’t let customers use it. As a teenage girl I started my monthly walking through the store and needed to use the bathroom to freshen up but they said no. So what am I suppose to do then walk around free hmmmm... I don’t mean to give a lot of info in this situation but I think you guys need to open up your bathroom before people start having accidents.

Product: white glossy oracal 651This is only place I come to for my vinyl because its the only place in town. I bought the same vinyl I always buy and this time the vinyl is different. The vinyl is thinner than normal and is horrible to weed. I came to just get the white exchanged or even replaced and they just wouldnt do anything for me. I even brought my own vinyl I purchased before to show them how it did just fine with what I was doing compared to the new (exact same kind) vinyl I had purchased a couple days before. They did nothing to make me feel better or tried to help in any way. Never coming here again! I wasted my money on vinyl I cant even use

I love this place honestly. They have everything I need and location is so convenient. Today I stopped in for some outdoor vinyl and the posted sign at the whole 651 wall is .99 for 1 single sheet. I got about 12 sheets, 4 of which where neon. No signs are posted that these sheets special or $2.99 a single sheet. No where. They are on the bottom of the wall, very bottom right where the price clearly states .99 for one 12x12 sheet. She even double checked to make sure it said. After she double checked for the pricing sheet for the special sheets, which she confirmed was not there for $2.99, she still would not do them for the posted price of .99. No big deal really, I still bought them because I need them for a job. These 4 sheets cost $12....A little better business etiquette would have been nice too get. As I feel pricing is EVERYTHING for a customer, as well as good customer servicr.

I placed an order last night for a “car kit” online, it doesn’t explain much on the website but shows a picture of the car charm, coasters and license plate so that’s what I thought I was getting since they do have just license plates for sale also, went to pick up today and all I got was the license plate. The picture online was very deceiving unlike the other pictures that show just the license plate I thought I was getting the whole kit just like it said, or else I wouldn’t have ordered it. Online doesn’t give you an option to add anything on either in this so called kit. Then I asked about the acrylic blank keychains and how I could find the cut files for those and no one knew how, but even if I order them on eBay they include the cut files for them, I was very disappointed with them today, after all the money I’ve spent there I will do my shopping online from here on out

Very horrible customer service had them print some vinyl for some shirts they never checked the rolled up vinyl which had faded letters called emailed went back to the store and showed proof and they did not want to fix the problem horrible will never go back there I suggest you check your Vinyl before leaving the store you will not get refunded

Very friendly staff and well organized store

Love this place, compared to other vinyl stores I have gone to (out of state) price is on the higher side but still way better then getting it from department stores for sure! Nice selection friendly staff always wanting to helpUpdate: one girl (younger blonde ) is super sweet and will ask about your projects and will help you as much as possible. The owner is always helpful when I come also. But other workers in the store kinda rude when asked a question. Mood goes down for sure when I see the other girls.

Used to be friendly and affordable at some point they started charging expensive prices on everything. We didnt mind paying a higher price for the merchandise but now the merchandise is expensive and the services make going to the store and buying off rack way more appealing than a shirt with a cute saying on it.

A little upset that the store on Skibo has closed. I literally was in that store EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. The girls at the skibo location were ALWAYS friendly, i mean supppper friendly, and personable. The staff at the Ramsey location is like night, and day. My husband even commented on the attitudes, and just on their lack of enthusiasm(and he never complains). I will continue to shop here until I find other options, but im hoping that in the mean time, the staff at the Ramsey location is either re-trained, ORRR let the skibo girls take over. Business will most definitely be lost if this is not fixed. Oh, and the 5 star rating is not on accident. My rating stays the same because I love Jasies and her prices, and the QUALITY of her items.

Great place! All locations I have been to and love them all. Staff always friendly, good prices (much better than craft stores), great products (Sisser, thermoflex etc), awesome selection of colors, textures, glitters, patterned. Can buy by the sheet, roll or yards. Also has very trendy and cute blanks.

I visit the Ramsey and Skibo stores often and am typically happy with the outcome. Today however was a different story. At the VIP day for the Warehouse sale I came across what I would consider to be questionable customer service. It started when I was looking at the white skinny stainless steel cups. When I saw only one was left on the table (the display), I bent down to the box underneath the table to get more. Once I got down there and had about two cups in my hand, an employee came up next to me and started rapidly loading a basket with them. For every one I grabbed she grabbed three. I actually stopped reaching for them to give her space thinking she was trying to hurriedly restock the table. After a second I stopped and asked her “are you restocking?” She turned to me and said “no, these are for a customer.” I was confused as to why she would hurriedly grab all of the remaining cups for another customer when there was literally 3 people waiting behind me to get some. Others behind me even commented how disappointing and unfair this was. The employee set the additional basket of cups at the register waiting for the customer. This was about 10-15 minutes before the customer even reached the register. To have a customer being able to get an employee to pull merchandise from the floor BEFORE she even reaches the register for checkout is astounding considering the rest of us were shopping on our own. So I paid $10 to have the chance to shop early at this event only to have an employee scrape up all of the merchandise I was interested for another customer. The saddest part was that I spent right around $500 tonight before I even got my HTV and other items. I had plans to go back in the store to get more items after my first set of purchases but the lack of caring/response left me pretty disappointed and not wanting to make another purchase. After tons of visits to the stores and this being my 3rd warehouse sale, I will be taking a step back.

First visit to the store, purchased some heat transfers to only get back home to find not only did i mess up my tee shirt but the transfer was written backwards! Messaged the store and it was like they didnt believe me! Had to send a picture! Then to top it off, for me to get a new transfer i would have to pay shipping charges! Wow! Poor customer service for their mistake
