Comparing Hobby Lobby vs Michaels prices,Michaels is high,even w/ discount. I was looking for flower pots & floral pieces to create my own arrangements, but the shelves were empty and there were no clower pots except the regular terracotta ones, and they were without the saucers that fit the bottoms,for leakage from the pots. A customer helped me find decorative birds, employee sent me on a wild goose chase, to plastic kids toys. When I found the birds I was looking for,I also purchased butterflies, they were all beautiful, despite the prices.

The Store was fine. I didnt find everything that I was looking for, but thats fine. The employees there are more likely to tell you what they THINK rather than finding out the correct answer to your questions. That was my True experience 🤷

The store is well stocked and has some nice craft items. However, they are highly overpriced. I can understand paying extra for some of their unique items, but not $12.99 for simple plastic decor or $8.99 for a button. Even when they place items on sale, it just about evens out to normal prices compared to stores with similar items. If they adjust this, ratings and customer satisfaction would go up.

Its kind of hard to beat the prices here. Combine them with the sales and the coupons from the app and you can get a lot of crafting supplies for not so much money. I started painting again and I really like the cose of canvasses there. Between Bob Ross videos and Michaels supplies, I may get there yet. It doesnt hurt that they are open on Sunday either.

Store is in need of a face-lift. Not stocked well, looks run down.

I love the store itself, but the staff seems to almost always be rude.. They need customer service training.

Oh my gosh! Let me tell you about Ms. Siriniti! She was the store associate that helped me with all my needs! We walked back and forth looking at tulle for my daughters costume! She helped me pick everything out. Then I happened to come across some clay pots and stuff to do a fairy garden but with Sirintis help we found all kinds of stuff to make a scary fairy garden! She was wonderful. We walked back and forth through all the aisles until I was completely satisfied with what I had! Then we went up front where I waited in line specifically to check out with Siriniti and she helped sign me up for the rewards program which got me a huge discount! I will go back just to see her again! Thank you Siriniti!

The reason for the 2 is because I couldnt find what I was looking for and no sales person at all on the floor and when I did find it an went to check out there was no one ahead of me and 2 cashiers when the person checking out at the closest cashier to me left, instead of the cashier helping me she chose to take a buggy with empty boxes to the back of the store. Therefore I had to wait an additional 10mins while the other cashier was busy with a customer who had multiple items and coupons . I know this may sound petty but customer service is utmost in having return customers.

Never accurate to what the app says they have, but they also have things the app say are online only. Make a list but be willing to be flexible.

Been there two times one cashier trying to do long line and everything else in store.

Great craft store but prices are way to high for the quality you get. Cashier over scanned my items so I was over charged and when I went back to get it fixed I was told nothing could be done... so got over charged by over $25 and they refused to fix it!!!

I like this store a lot, but you have to be careful whit the prices of the products when they are in sale. They sometimes put the signs in the wrong place or they dont separate the products on sale from the others and you may have an awkward moment with the cashier.

Love the selection, military and educator discount only on specific days now... be aware

They need more stencils and cheaper frames I do big art and cant afford the frames. Too pricey

It was very busy this weekend when I was there but Paris checked me out and went above and beyond what she had to do helping me. Great service I will be back! Kudos to Paris!!!

Yes the prices are a bit steep but you definitely get nice quality items. Store is always stocked and cleaned. Staff is friendly. Unique items.

Most of the time they have what I need. But selection is kind of limited. Its no hobby lobby but way more reasonable cost wise.

Didnt have the floating candles I needed, after I was told over the phone that they had them.

Lines take forever, and literally only one person on register. We waited for over 20 minutes just pick up an order that had already been paid for and the cashier Austin just kept staring at us and continued to help people that lined up after we got there

They are moving things around in the store so its a little funky right now, but normally really helpful workers and thier selection of good is ok. Here lately we sent able to find everything we went for.

Theyre rarely out of anything, and it is easy to navigate, as all michaels are set up the same. Plus UPS dropoff? Heck yes, makes life so much easier when you gotta drop off a package after 4 pm around here, cause after 4 UPS is unsettlingly busy. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always make sure you get any membership perks!

As a former employee, theyve certainly stepped up the game in Michaels! Organization is great, availability of stock employees are nice.

I still think they are over priced and recheck items cause they have wrong prices on things. No way a small thing of elastic was 9.00 when it said 2.50 I was so fed up I said forget purchase and walked out. Same item as dollar store.

The store is well stocked for a multitude of crafts and hobbies. Once you understand the store layout, you are able to navigate to your particular hobby supplies.With specials and coupons, it is easy to shop and save money also.

Found frames and yarn, I was very happy.

Staff was nice but very thin. Lines were long. Like many other stores, Michaels is gearing up for the season that starts after the one that hasnt happened yet. You should be able to get New Years decorations by the first of November. Christmas decorations may be out of stock by then.

I never been here before and needed to get some items for work. I asked for assistance and the lady walked me over to the area the items would be in and was looking online to see if they had the items in stock .

The place itself is nice, clean and I am sure the peoe are great but a few people can make it bad for everyone. I went there looking for an item O was in tbe area where yhey said it would be and they manager and an associate came by, nobpdy asked if I needed help, I was invisible, not good.
