Went to Ulta on Friday for an eye brow filler. As usual I left with another item that I really did not need, but it was on sale. The lady that helped me find the eye brow filler was so helpful and kind. She made me feel so welcome and gave me the run down of a few eye brow fillers and recommended the NYX for a full, but natural look. I used it this weekend and love it! It is super easy to use and did give my eye brows a full, but natural look.Upon check out I received great customer service as well. I will be back!
I had such an awesome experience here today! Kaila tweezed my brows and Portia cut my hair. They both did an amazing job! Super fast, friendly, and professional. Very clean facility and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back again soonπ

I normally enjoy getting my haircut at Ulta, especially since I move so frequently and typically find them to be reliable for a haircut. Not this location. Ive had my appointment canceled or rescheduled 4 times. This is ridiculous! I had taken time off work to make these appointments work and this is so unprofessional. The first time it happened I was understanding, the second time I asked does this happen frequently and they said No!, Third time the time slot didnt have enough time to fit me (even though there was over an hour) and so they rescheduled, the 4th time the person called out sick. If this Ulta salon knows they have an issue with people calling out so frequently dont overbook!
Awesome experience today at the Brow Bar Kaila was beyond fantastic at installing my lashes and doing my wax and tint. Canβt recommend her enough. If youβre considering getting your brows and lashes done here, book the appointment!

I just left the store and from the moment I walked in, the 10 minutes I spent in the store, to the time I walked out of the door, not one employee spoke to me. No one said hello when I entered, no one asked if I needed help, and no one said βthank youβ upon me walking out of the store. I applied for a position for this store and also never heard back, even after speaking with the manager. Seems rather odd that if you are in need of employees, why do you not contact people that would overall improve the quality of the store. Especially in the customer service aspect.

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service I received in store and with corporate. I had covid and could not return a item due to me testing positive for two months straight. I called corporate and could never get a person who spoke English on the phone to inform them what had happen with the item. As to why I could not come in and risk the life of others. That I had to wait to be cleared. Over $100 wasted on a product. Because I decided to be a good person and not put everyone health and life at risk.Corp basically told me I should have took the item in and returned while wear a mask. π₯΄.Heads up they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

Placed an order for curbside pick up and was refused my items because I did not have an ID. My pick up email says to scan barcode for In-store, which they refused to do.

Went in to get a cologne for my husband- after only being able to find the body spray variation of the cologne he wanted he decided to settle on that and we got in the lengthy line to checkout. Kristina approached us to make sure all was well, took us back over to the cologne, opened the overstock drawer, found us exactly what we were looking for, then took us to the back register and rang us out. She definitely went above and beyond for us even during a very busy time in the store. She was awesome! Will definitely be back!
Awful location. They keep one register open while a huge line of people develops. There is no clear structure for waiting in the line so people often skip each other. A lot of products are never restocked. The associates are nice overall but Iβm tired of coming here and waiting 30 minutes just to pay for one item. I understand itβs a busy store but there are ways to make things more efficient.
Worse customer service ever!!! They canβt handle even non busy days! βΉοΈ they valid my $120 gift card without ordering the product but at the first attempt for order she said the $120 gift card is accepted then she wanted to use a coupon but it takes so long then they said it valid our card without complete my order! I was with my husband and we were trying to get a gift for him. They hold us for 1hr! We were so patient! finally they said sorry I have to call customer service and wait for 48hr to see if the card is valid or not π! They valid it at store and I honestly donβt have time to call customer service and donβt know what they did in store how they valid my gift card without completing the order! Similar problem happened to me last year, I had a gift card and wanted to use it but they told me the card balance is zero! I was sure it wasnβt but I couldnβt say anything! Why store manager couldnβt handle the situation today! They could deduct my money from what they earn at the end of the day. They took my money and want me to take care of it and call customer service without no evidence? I will never go to Ulta again. Sephora is the best. PLEASE stop going to this company.

If you are a natural and looking to have your hair blown out the safe way possible, Portia is the go to stylist. She is very conscious about applying heat to the hair. My hair is healthy thanks to her method. When I wash my hair, my curls revert back with no problem . Everyone at the salon is so helpful and nice. Thank you Portia!

Went to get my hair trimmed on Monday it has been a year since I had anything done because of Covid. My hair was half way down to my back. I walked out with my hair barely falling below my shoulders, at one point I said to Anja you are cutting it to short ! Oh no no I just even it out she said. She asked if I want it all the same length or layers I said the same length, oh no no you need some layers... snip snip and my hair was gone. Then she tried to tell me how to shampoo my hair, I am 60 years old I think I know how to shampoo my hair.I asked about highlights oh no she would not do highlights on me it would blend in with my skin tone and not look good. After I was done she followed me around the store and as I walked up to the register she stood in front of the doors pretending she was using her phone but kept watching me. Was she thinking I run off without paying, not giving her a tip, asking for the manager because she knew she screwed up? After I paid she waved at me and left the store.Worst experience in a long time. Anja supposedly had 33 years experience, if that was true I should have gotten a top notch hair cut
I went on a whim to get my hair cut at Ulta. My husband booked me an appointment blindly and I am so glad he did! Portia was absolutely amazing at what she does. She went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted. She was so professional, so sweet, and an absolute master at her craft. Thank you so much again, Portia!
My first appointment got cancelled to get my hair colored because the stylist called out. I set up another appointment the same day with Linda Vazquez. I drove an hour to get there, for her to tell me she could not color my hair because it would take to long and she had other clients scheduled!?Iβve had my hair done three times with Miss Portia Hoskins and never have any issues with time. She does amazing work every time and is fast!!

She wished me a Happy Birthday and also reminded me of my birthday coupon. I had not received it although it was just a few days ago. She gave me the Customer service contact number to speak with them regarding it. Now thats excellent customer service A+++!
Portia was amazing!! She was so bubbly and was very detail oriented. She made sure the length would look really good with my curls. I came in with a idea and she made that idea a 100% better. She explained every product she was using and how to properly use them! I went ahead and bought everything she recommended because the outcome was amazing. *this happened about a year ago, but Ive been wanting to write a review about it* went here to get formal make up and hair done as I dont know much about it, ended up not being seating until an hour after my appointment was scheduled, when they did my make up I looked like I belonged in twilight. I dont know much about make up, but for that being someones profession I found it very disappointing that they couldnt even match my skin tone ( I understand some people have that skin tone, it did not match mine. I dont know much about make up but I could tell that much. ) This was a very important event for me, I made that very clear when I was chatting with the stylists. But regardless I was more than an hour late (not including the hour lost from not being seated on time, I planned ahead for that but it didnt make a difference.) My hair turned out beautifully, enough for the stylist to take pictures of it after she was finished, but she seemed to not care enough to actually get it done on time. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Went to get my hair colored and cut, they over charged me, the bleach burnt my scalp, and the color was splotchy, but they wouldnt give me any sort of refund.

I cudnt find the type of curling iron I wanted. Staff asked the specific features, searched their shelves but found no match. She offered to search their online site for me, found exactly what I wanted & placed the order for home delivery. Saved me a lot of time.
There was a wonderful young man named Robbie to help me find everything i needed for my wifes Christmas list. Without him I would have been lost in a minefield of colorful craziness. If youre shopping for someone else, use the app to find what youre looking for so you can show pictures.
Im only leaving 1 star because Megan with the purple curly hair is very rude. I dont know what her problem is but she needs to fix it. EVERY time i come in there she always has an attitude and acts as if its beneath her to help.I asked her for help and she ignores me and when i came to her for assistance she said I had to get back to stocking.Thats horrible customer service and im sure she knows better.When she helped me which she didnt, I told her what my undertones were. She gave me the wrong shade. Now, looking at how she does her makeup, either she intentionally gave me the wrong shade or just doesnt know about dark skin.After that she rudely leaves doesnt even ask if i need more assistance and walks off.She needs more training or she needs to be fired because her service or lack there of was PISS POOR. The experiences with this associate has definitely lowered my confidence in management at this location to employ competent staff.

I have been utilizing this place for my hair color products and enjoy receiving coupons through emails. Everything i usually order through the app is in stocks and always ready in less than 30 minutes after I place my order.
I called this morning about scheduling an appointment for a shampoo/ straighten...you would think that straightening would be part of the shampoo/blow-dry. Anja told me it would cost $40 for shampoo/blow-dry. If I wanted her to put the flat iron on it, that would be and extra $30 because it would take another 15-20 minutes! From what I get out of this, she charges $120/hr to put the flat iron on your hair!!! Needlessto say, that is ridiculous and I went home and washed/styled my own hair.

Dont even get me started, I could spend hours upon hours in here. I love how up to date they stay on morphe pallets and their huge variety of makeup that I cant find most other places. The staff is so sweet and helpful everytime I come in! The beauty industry really leans to having not so nice salespeople a lot of the time and Ive never experienced that at Ulta. The addition of their curbside pickup for online orders has prompted me to write this review in the first place. So many businesses seem to care more about money than the safety of their customers during this incredibly difficult time, but not Ulta. They offer pickup outside and free masks and sanitizer right inside the door. Just flawless service and an endless selection of products that you just cant beat anywhere else

I love getting my hair done at Ulta . When they reopened with safety and sanitation guidelines in place i was over the moon.The only thing I wasnβt thrilled with was I had to wear a mask the entire time of my service .I mean I get it ... but yuckWell let me just tell you Anja did a phenomenal job of the getting the job done in a quick and efficient manner.Her hair coloring and cutting skills are like no otherI enjoyed my time there and I would recommend anybody to have her do your hair π
I was asking for help to locating this specific product i wasnβt sure of where it was, one of the ladyβs who was βhelping meβ wasnβt even really helping. She was on her phone on instagram the whole time which hey idc by all means but it was the attitude like i was bothering her for me. Even when she was helping me she was still on her phone & when i asked about the product she was brushing me off like βmhm yeah okayβ so i asked another woman to help me & she was absolutely great! β₯οΈ never had a bad experience there before until this day. Everyone is usually nice but this one particular woman was just not it.
Really like the salon at Ulta. I am happy with appointment availability; I can always get an appointment with my stylist within a week! I love my stylist, Mariah. She fixed multiple issues that other stylists did previously (fixing both cuts and color issues) with great results. I can go with a few ideas, and she is able to provide her opinion of what will work best for my hair type. I have ultra thick and wavy hair. sheβs great at creating styles that promote minimal upkeep and maintenance. 10/10 recommend.
The hair salon was nice. Very polite people that work there and they all seem to know what theyre doing. But like most salons, when you ask for them to trim the bare minimum they cut like 5 inches off. Happy with what else I got done to my hair though, just not with the length.
Every time I shop here, I am reminded of why I would rather purchase Ulta products online... The workers here are extremely snobby, and petty. There is honestly little to be desired with the customer service. The only reason I am even giving a star is to leave a review. Shop online and save yourself the headache. Seriously.

I needed one thing super last minute and pulled up at 7:58 (they close at 8) and I knew exactly what I needed (just one thing) and the woman working saw me pull up and immediately locked the door so I couldnβt come in. If you close at 8, you lock the doors at 8.
Good makeup but overly priced. I got 11 items at $279.88. One item eye shadow was $24. I was told by a sales floor clerk upon checkout I would get a goodie bag just for her to disappear. I never got anything. Never again.
Love this facility. My younger sisters and I were looking for good foundations, concealers, and primers. And Amanda (and others) HOOKED US UP! We left there very happy. Everyone does their best to assist you, even at the register.

I enjoy going to Ulta for a couple things but the line is always ridiculously slow! Like wait in line 15 minutes for only 2 or 3 people in front of you slow....They always have 2 or 3 cashiers so it isnt the number of staff.I think the cashiers get drug into conversations about product that shouldve happened with the staff on the floor and they also have to ask so many things while checking you out. That makes for a slower check out process than necessary..
Went here for menβs cologne upon a friendβs recommendation. They had a decent selection and decent prices. I was happy they had a lot of testers so you could get a good idea of what each cologne smelled like.

I love ulta. Sometimes it takes a little time to get help because of how busy they are but once I did receive help the lady was very knowledgeable & helpful. Ulta has some pricey items but also some cheaper items. I purchased foundation for 7.99 so not bad

Went in there to shop around like I do every month or two and I was followed around the whole time by employees. I had a backpack on so I assumed they thought I was trying to steal, but Im actually a platinum member. I would never ever steal, my bag stayed closed on my back until I got to the register to pay. I was there for 45 minutes and was followed the whole time. I had told the woman checking me out I had a coupon and she was trying to tell me what to click on the screen to pay. She didnt explain to me why I had to click what and when I clicked the wrong thing she turned, said something sarcastically and laughed with the girl at the register next to her at me. I understand being frustrated but there was not a huge line, fixing it only took her two seconds and it really wasnt that big of a deal. I always get this attitude vibe like I am not welcome in there. There have only been two employees Ive ever gotten help from who werent rude to me. Those girls laughing at me at the register was unacceptable, and I will not be shopping at this location ever again. I have anxiety issues and I dont like going out anyway, I shouldnt have to worry about employees at a store behaving this way or treating me this way. This happened a few days ago and I thought about not posting this, but someone in management needs to work on their customer service in store.

I love the new displays and the flow of the floor since the updated style. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was also told about coming sales that I might benefit from. Also, this employee read the tiny print on a shampoo bottle to look for sulfates as the bottle didnt state it openly. Very helpful and friendly place to shop for all things beauty.

I recently moved from Texas, and was looking for a trustworthy stylist to do my hair. I made my appointment with Mariah. She was AMAZING! From the way she treated me to my new hair style. She was friendly and calming. She was knowledgeable and listened to me. I love my new haircut and found someone I can trust with my hair again. β€οΈ
This place is SORRY, only gave 1 star because you have to put at least one. For one, this store has NOTHING stocked. For two, apparently the left side of the store is βself serveβ but I was looking to upgrade my makeup and NONE of the workers wanted to help me?? I get it being self serve, but you canβt even help point your customers in the right direction?? This location needs to reevaluate the βworkersβ they have. Safe to say, I wonβt be returning to this particular location.

I love coming here, the staff are always welcoming with big smiles. Huge selection of different cosmetic lines. In store solan, and free make-up facials. No matter what you are looking for, the Staff knows exactly where to find it. I have received recommendations from Staff and til this day, I use the brand that was suggested.
