I didn’t know which trimmers were good and I asked for a recommendation and she recommended the most expensive ones they were the worse ones. I was willing to pay a decent amount but at least for something that’s worth the amount I’m paying for. I honestly thing they just wanted it off the shelf

This place was very unprofessional, when my mother and I walked into the store we were not acknowledged by the staff. We purchased a pack of 18 inch extensions for 130 dollars and the staff didnt even have a key to unlock the hair. So they had to cut the top of the pack in order for us to purchase it. I do not recommend coming to this location if you would like guaranteed customer service.

They are closed today but the site says it’s open till 6.
