UPDATE: Verizon and I talked about my personal experience. I leave my 3 star review for the STORE but I feel Verizon as a whole has my back and the situation will be addressed. I appreciate the fact that the Verizon rep I called in response to my rating listened and showed empathy and respect. Yes, I WILL return to the store but will try to be more communicative with the sale staff. I feel my one visit was an isolated one based on the many other positive reviews!

Be wary if you are assisted by the sales rep, Quintonn. He will try and sell you as much as he can in as little time as he can. Kept pressing me to buy additional products and upgrades even though I explicitly told him I wanted an iPhone 11 and nothing more. He also offered to toss in a charger, not mentioning that his definition of toss in included charging the customer. The other sales reps seemed pleasant, though.

Went in to have them help me with new phone got treated like I was the dumbest person in the world. Not helpful at all.

I recently visited this store to purchase the new Pixel 3A, my first experience was pleasant and I got my questions answered quickly. The store did not have stock of the pixel 3A (very new phone so understandable) and I was able to place an order and have the phone within two days.Upon returning, I was greeted by a different employee and I was not thrilled by the customer service. The individual looked annoyed of my presence and seemed confused when I came in saying I was the one who ordered the pixel 3a.No fault to this store or its employees but the experience of buying the new pixel has inspired me to never purchase a phone from a Verizon store again.The phone itself was $515 ($479 on googles store)I had to pay a $40 upgrade fee despite my line being eligible for an upgrade for the past yearMy trade in was worth $55 to Verizon ($88 to Google)Another Verizon store I visited said since my line was eligible for an upgrade, I got $50 off the phone. When I mentioned this to the employees as this store they brushed it off as some promotion that they havent heard off, without offering to look into it.I checked these numbers after I had ordered the phone from verizon, so I felt obligated to see the sale through with this store.Had I choose to purchase the phone direct from google, I would have saved around $100 dollarsAgain, the majority of my displeasure is with corporate verizon, but I still was not thrilled by the phone buying experience from this store.

Snowy day and Gavin was there opening up on time, walked in a few minutes later to get help transferring service and info to a new phone. We had a friendly conversation, he was able to help another employee and I ran on to errands. When the data transfer was done he called my spouses phone. Ran back to the store and all was good. Gavin is a manager with a pleasant, friendly, polite demeanor and was willing to help me with any request. Im glad we have this level of customer service in our local Verizon stores.

Gavin is a very attentive, personable and down to earth guy. He was assuredly professional in the same way he was invariably easy going. I enjoyed the way he handled my situation, and I was impressed by his personable attitude to spend some extra time showing me some newer devices and offering to tackle a problem with my Galaxy Watch. I usually HATE to go and get new phones or new phone service, but this was totally different! I would suggest this Verizon or any of the other 3 or 4 that Gavin is the manager at! He is great at his job! Knows his stuff and doesnt rush or push you! Hope Verizon knows what they have with Gavin and holds on to him!!

Just amazing customer service and support. I had difficulty deciding between two new cellphones: Note 8 and LG V30. The service provided by Zach and Gavin was amazing. They followed up with me on when the different models would be in, ordered the one I selected, answered questions, and handled the transition to my new phone. In a truly hectic week, working with the gentlemen was hassle free. I strongly recommend anyone interested in getting a phone with Verizon, go here. I cannot recommend them enough.

Billy Jack at the Verizon location on College Ave in Fayetteville, AR provided us with very professional costumer service this afternoon. He was extremely helpful in assisting us with explaining plans and options that fit our daily tech needs all with in reason for our finances! The transition from AT&T was made smooth and we wish we would have switched over sooner! I am already loving the fact that I can make phone calls without the cell service dropping out! Verizon just gained a loyal costumer due to the great costumer service we received! It is hard to find that these days! Thank you!

Jonah thoroughly explained all the numbers during my last phone purchase. He was able to get an older model, new phone from another store, saving me some money. Previous visits have also been pleasant.

The Verizon retailer on College Avenue lives up to its reputation. The three times I was there, all salespeople were attentive to all customers. All three salespeople who attended me were helpful in getting me the service plan and equipment I needed. None were pushy in any way.

Landon and Damon were awesome when helping me order the new iPhone. They were also super nice and helped me find the right accessories that best fit me! If you are looking for a cellular sales representative that knows what they’re doing, then look no further because these are the boyz you’ll want to talk to! Period!!

Today, I came in to the Verizon location off of college street. Landry instantly greeted my friend and I. He was very helpful with all of my questions. His product knowledge, customer service, and patience was by far the best. I have been to Verizon for all of my cell phone purchasing needs and this was by far the greatest experience I have ever had. He even greeted customers as they came in. I left with a great deal, accessories, and the best phone that met all of my needs. Thanks!

Gavin was great, from this store, we enjoy the time while he was communicating with Customer service. The call in that we have done several times can’t get their act together. I use to be an AT&T customer, but had to switch due to lack of service at home....glad I switched! My experience at Verizon was excellent. The service was fast and friendly. It made purchasing a phone easy instead of it being a chore unlike most places I have previously bought phones from. I would definitely say this was the best experience I have had at a phone store so far.

So we went to exchange a phone because when we bought it had some defects. When we went back the 2nd time the guy told us to delete some apps and if that didnt fix it to call. We go back as the phone kept shutting off. When we go through the experience of getting it changed out and sign the paper work that it is fine, one of the dumb employees starts wiping it down, takes it to the back room and then returns to tell me that I owe $50 for cosmetic damage on this phone. Now mind you this has happened all within 14 days of getting this phone and it has been in an otter box from the time we got it. The Verizon employee that we bought it from put it on. There were no scratches on that phone. It was brand new. When I went outside to get my husband the boy changed his story to say it was a restocking fee. Guess what we paid the $50 but I will never do business at that Verizon store again. Verizon is money hungry and its sad that the employees take advantage of customers like that. The boy was very disrespectful!

The staff here is friendly and no-nonsense. Gavin helped me navigate the wacky process of adding a third phone to our account. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me several different options for how to proceed. I visited the store three different times over the course of a month and he always remembered me and answered my questions. I chose to purchase a refurbished phone from another vendor and there were more than a few issues to deal with-- he took it all in stride and helped us every step of the way. AND when we got our bill this month... were now paying LESS! Im very thankful for Gavins help and for the staff at this store.

Brian took my crazy difficult headache problem I had in upgrading and unbelievably worked everything out that I messed up over the years on my account with multiple devices. I had a problem with my current phone and had my eye on the iPhone X max and he was able to fix my issue, get me in that iPhone X max for under 20.00 more a month. Michael Flater did a good job setting-up my phone but never said anything about the $35 device set-up fee - would have chosen to do myself had I known. Pretty sneaky - just be sure to ask before allowing them to set up your phone for you. His RI5 survey review went from a 10 to a 2.Also, be sure to ask for the online prices - was upcharged $10 more than what on the Verizon website for my Iphone XR.

Zsolt was very helpful and friendly. He was patient with explanations. The store is very nice and new with open and easy to view new equipment. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and worked as a team.

The entire experience at this store was excellent. I was immediately greeted by a tall dark gentleman who helped me activate my new device pleasantly and efficienly. I will absolutely be returning to this location for any more of my wireless needs.

This is a third party retailer. They will charge you $35 to set up your phone, and give you a wrong phone plan. Promised a refund of set up fee which never arrived. At the very least they should have set up the safety mode for the data plan (which has to be activated on the phone or app), received $165 extra bill from Verizon for use of additional data. Search for the Verizon Store in Fayetteville. Do not waste your time here.
