Had an issue with my iPhone 8 not turning on and was prepared to buy a new phone. I decided to stop by this place and it was the best decision I could have made. After a 30 min diagnostic test, the guy was able to fix the problem with ease and didn’t even charge me. The phone works great and I will definitely visit them again if I ever need any assistance.

My son took an iphone7 plus to have the charging port looked at because the phone would not charge. They could have gotten a repair charge from us as we do not know anything about electronics other than how to turn them on and off. Anyway, they looked the phone over and suggested that they try and clean the port first before assuming it was bad. That worked!!!! My son was on his way in no time and without an expensive repair. Thanks CPR for everything!!

Tldr: they tried to fix my problem for free, then got it done faster then they quoted!Brought in a MacBook that had a failed screen, they attempted to get Apple to cover this under warranty, but it was one year beyond the recall, if the recall had gone through they would not have made any money. After apple failed to cover the screen they quoted me 1 week to fix due to needing to order the screen, 5 days later including a weekend my MacBook was ready. They also cleaned my charging port on my phone for free while waiting for apple on the phone.

Customer service was great. Took my Xbox one up there because it wouldn’t start and had it back within a day or two for a low price. Would 10/10 recommend to anybody with cell phone/ console issues!

I had a phenomenal experience with coming to this place. I had a charging issue for my One Plus 6 and tried to fix it myself by cleaning the port, but I thought I ended up making it worse turns out after bringing it here it was still lint in the port that ended up getting displaced from my cleaning they finished clearing it out and didnt charge me a dime for the service.

Since it was first time I have required this type of service I have no other business to compare it to. After having the screen replacement my new screen never sat all the way flush. It would also pull loose occasionally because of not sitting down below the lip of the phone. My phone lasted 4 weeks before going completely black becoming useless. So, my lesson was to get phone insurance and completely replace instead of repair. Sad thing, I only had the phone three months.

I reached out to them Sunday through their website over the weekend to inquire about getting a repair done on my 2DS XL. (Their website says that they do consoles as well as phone and computer repairs) Expected a response Monday or Tuesday, as they closed on Sundays. No response this morning, so I try to call. I have now called three different times and still have had no one answer. If anyone from the company sees this, please respond. I’d love to try to work this out.UPDATE: So, I did get a call from this location 3 days after sending my inquiry in. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly pleasant. Only issue is, I had called again Tuesday and finally got an answer to my question. They were very professional and forth coming in both interactions, but it would have just been better if the response was more timely and I wouldnt have had to call so much to get an answer.

I was disappointed that after a full week, my screen was not in. I dont have that rare of a cell phone.Given free two day shipping, I am sure someone forgot to order my screen.I would have given 4 stars if the time had been as promised.The reason I would not have given five stars even if the repair had bee on time is this reason: The other problem for me is that no screen protectors were offered for sale. Could have made that sale had you had one. I dont think a repair serviced should balk at keeping stock. I bought this phone in 2018, so I feel the shop should have stocked a standard, hardened screen protector. Staff was polite and professional.

I got my iPhone 8 screen fixed on a Friday, but by Sunday morning I sat down on my couch, my phone hit a tv remote in my own pocket and cracked. This store uses low quality screens that crack easily so you have to come back for another repair. NEVER come here.

I brought my computer in one morning and told the worker my power supply went bad and I need a new one installed. They could have easily just slapped a new one in there and charged me for parts and labor, but they noticed that my power supply wasnt the issue. There was corrosion on the back of my motherboard. They informed me of the issue, saved me a good bit of money and now I know what the real problem is. Very quick and professional service.
