Needed a hose for my car. Was quoted $99 over the phone Friday. Stopped by Saturday to pay for hose and price was $114 and had to be ordered with delivery the following Tuesday. Same hose, OEM, was $52 with free shipping from another site, but wanted to make sure I got the right hose to fit my car since it uses quick connects. It was a three foot hose i had to use a one foot section and had to separate the sections. Needless to say hose is not in original condition. AND TO TOP IT OFF HOSE DOES NOT FIT!!!!$
Disappointed in service department at Valley BMW. My husband and I pitched our very first BMW from Valley Auto World in 2016. First few years, we depended service department to keep our vehicle in shape. This year the entire service department has become rude, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.. I am so surprised because we just knew a BMW service department was not like a mom and pop garage. First, when you call, you can only talk to Ben...no one else wants to help ...Not even Mark...the manager..left many voicemails. No return..has ALWAYS stepped away from desk.. Back to Ben....Months ago he scheduled repairs to be done. .Understand that dealership prices are usually expensive and they know for years I have been paying without complaint. this time it didnt seem right to me...so I called another BMW dealership to compare prices on same repairs..It was at least $300-$400 cheaper....asked Ben about it and he said Oh I will do you a favor and bring the price down. Yeh, right do me a favor ...I say...you just got caught price gauging...but the everyone just pass you to Ben who charged more than required.. Tried to get my car detailed..was told that I could get a professional person to clean it..BMw couldnt.I did He texted me saying that the cleaning guys at BMW was making rude comments about my car needing to be cleaned..I asked BMW if they offered detailing and told them that I would pay any amount of money for it.. Next, I seemed to be smelling something from my car...I called BMW...Of course they immediately passed me to Ben...He said they would get the car ...scheduled a pickup...while waiting for the pick up, the smell went away after my gas level went low...I immediately thought it had to be the gas I was using....So I called BMW...fo.so I left a message asking them to let Ben know...the smell was gone and only do my required oil change...no need to bother about the smell...they picked up the car...I called again to remind them to ONLY concern themselves about the oil change....the next day I get a text from Ben saying We found the reason for your smell...you have an oil leak. It will cost over $1,000 to fix. This time when I called of course Ben was available. I asked him..did he not get my message that the smell was gone..at least when it left my house for the BMW shop. He seemed to not know about the message. to...change the oils only. He then started texting me videos of under my hood in an effort to show me I had an oil leak...Only after I said...I did not have the money...is when he left the issue alone without complaint or details on how serious the matter was ...or when or why I definitely needed to get it fixed...like repairman who care do...( I had the money... didnt want another price gauging situation) Oh it gets worse...when the car arrived back at my house on the rollback truck, my side view mirror was busted...I asked the rollback driver named Elvin what happened? He was honest and truthful enough to say It was not like that when he got the car from my house. He even told the service manager Mark that...Ben on the other hand tried to blame Elvin...I know Elvin did not do it...He is the best worker at BMW...They passed the buck on to him...Said I was not bringing my car back there...I would go to a body shop ...BMW service manager sent Elvin the rollback to my house to fix my side view mirror..( mind you this mirror was brand new...just replaced months prior) Elvin said when he got there. He didnt know how to fix it. Called Mark who talked to him..not me when I called. Decided to get body shop to fix.BMW said will only pay for 30 minutes of work from body shop...and they broke the mirror! Body shop saw where there was more damage surrounding the mirror they did. I have an estimate...What a mess..I hope BMW cooperation sees this post and look into this. I am ready to get a new BMW! Why would I go there with this horrible customer service???? To be honest, I am more disappointed than angry. My husband and I felt like we could trust them at first..

Worst BMW. I asked for help and couldnt get it. A was told I could tow my I3 to the dealer with out having to put it into Nutaul and the tow truck said he cant tow it. So now I am stuck in NC and I live in SC. Dont ever trust this BMW dealership

Buying experience was terrible from them. I wouldnt recommend going there. The sales agent was rude and kept acting like he had problem when we decided to go with a used car vs new. Also felt rushed because he kept saying he had to get home to watch a ball game. Also kept getting mad right in front of us because he had to answer phones. Also got mad when we told him we wanted the true car price . This was the price offered online. We did end up buying the car only because it was the exact color and everything we wanted. If I could have found that car somewhere else near by I would have. they want to rectify this problem I would recommend them contacting me and possibly helping me out with some kind of discounts or something. This post is honest and true and Im not looking to down anyone or any business. The dealership itself may not be bad but they have one salesman that is.

Ive been a customer of Valley Volkswagen for over 10 years and have never been disappointed in their service department. Theyre always friendly and helpful. The work is done right the first time. True you pay more than you would a friend or a lesser quality service but Valley VW is worth it.

I already did they are top drawer. They did everything that I requested them to do including the little extras. They washed and vacuumed my car too. The ladies bathroom is clean and everything is in there that you need. There are vending machines in the waiting room. Free coffee and a refrigerator with bottles of cool water too. Yay! They think of everything. Those guys and girls in the service department at Valley Auto World are awesome. I just love you guys and girls.
Got a great deal and Victor was a fantastic salesperson and Heather an excellent tech genius as well. I drove my parents all the way out from Myrtle Beach as our local dealer couldnt touch this deal I got there here. Honest dealership. Honest service department. I have been dealing with this company since 1996.
Duane, my service manager was great! He was very kind and helpful... but as soon as I picked up my car after a simple oil change, which we pay like $140 for... way overpriced... but dash was all lit up like a xmas tree as soon as I drove off the lot... about every 10min the car lost power and had to be turned off to reset traction control... called Duane and he said all service personnel had already left and to bring it back in 3 days on Mon... I cant be without a car that long... popped the hood when I got home and found they did not reconnect air flow sensor .. cleared codes and seems to be running ok now. As BMW experts... price or now.. I expect more attention to detail from the dealership... I could have easily been in an accident on the freeway when the car abruptly loses power, gas doesnt work, and traction control shuts off, slowing the car abruptly w/out braking.

I took my Rabbit into be serviced and drove out with a TDi. Their sales staff Ester and Richard were so awesome that when I saw the car I wanted, they got me the best deal and I have could not have been more happy. I highly recommend Valley to all.

Never really dealt with the Volkswagen side of the dealer but never will after today they just became a APR dealer walked in today to ask about intercooler and stage three products they told me they would not sell to me because I have an Audi but advertised Audi on there banners as well as Volkswagen a waste of time and they should distinguish its for Volkswagen only
